This store have a whole lot of samples but they dont have any quantity. I also paid this store over $2000 to do the installation which was never done. They take your order, charge you then bring whatever tile they can find. I brought them to small claims court to sued for my money and i wonSo now i see they changed the name of the business but it is the same crooked company. Please dtay away from this business or you will regret it.

Horrible horrible experience. Adam the owner told me lies from the beginning. If you want the tile you ordered please dont buy from this guy. Please don’t buy from Adam at US Flooring Kitchen and Bath store at 8000 Gulf Freeway in Southeast Houston. He will tell you anything you want to hear and he can’t deliver. I purchased almost $6000 worth of tile and installation services from this store. The only reason I was going to allowed him to do the tile was because he said he had tile installers working for him. He does not. These people are contractor that have their own business. He just overcharges what they charge and takes a cut off the top.I purchased tile in Friday 7/27/18 with the promise that it will be delivered and begin installation on Monday 7/30/18. About $400 work of tile and the bags of thinset that I ordered was delivered. One of the tiles he sent was completely wrong. I ordered a black slate and he delivered a brown tile that is not slate. The boxes were nasty, busted open and incomplete. I have included pictures. By Wednesday morning it was clear that Adam didn’t have the tile I ordered so I called him to cancel the order. He refused to cancel it even though he could not get it to me. Adam seems to purchase much of his tile from Tile Center on the Gulf Freeway just miles from his store. My building is not even occupied at this time but Adam sent someone from Tile Center to just drop tile at my front door in lower 3rd ward and left it unattended. People were trying to steal the tile until my neighbor called me to let me know what US Factory had done. On top of that, the order was still wrong. I ordered 50 boxes of tile and he only sent 21 boxes. It was suppose to be a green tile but Adam sent two different kinds of tile. I have disputed this with my credit card company because it is obvious this man Adam and this company US Flooring Kitchen and Bath does not have any morals. Please don’t buy from this company. You have been warned.

I did my laminate flooring with them 2 months ago and it came out perfect me and husband love it. They told us they have program that they will come after every 60 days to inspect the job to see if I need some adjustment. Guess what they came last week and inspected my floor everything was good. But I like the service that they take care of you after job is done. I will defiantly use them in the future if i need any work for my house and recommend them to my friends and family.

They didnt let the obstacles they encountered affect their attitude one bit! In fact, they took on the task with good humor and a great attitude.

STAY AWAY! This is a garbage and “fake” company. I’m a contractor and was referred to them by a neighbor for granite. Used them on two jobs but the owner, Adam, is never seen and ignored requests to properly schedule the install so I could coordinate with the homeowners. Adam only responds by phone when he wants payment. He makes you deal with Ed, the front man, but he won’t talk to Ed either...On the last job, which resulted in me getting fired because of Adam, he told the customer she could pick out her slabs. There was no stone yard like he mentioned. That’s because he uses samples of nice granite then turns around and pushes prefabs from China on everyone! You don’t even get what you pay for because they are ripping people off. My client read right through the BS and sent us on our way...and I’m glad she did because it confirmed their shady business tactics.The worst part is I had to give my $7k deposit back to the homeowner being an honest contractor, but Adam is refusing to give me my $3200 and ignoring all requests. No work was ever done and the material was never paid for.

I bought the tiles. They deliver the tiles next day to my house. It was a free delivery very fast and good service. Costumer service is awesome and also their prices are very reasonable and they have a big collection of tiles, carpet, cabinets and granite.I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Stay away from this place. Adam the guy running this place charged me for more tile then he could deliver. He refuses to give me the money back and worst of all I was left with an unfinished project trying to reach other distributors for material. The guy will act meek and kind but he is a wolf ready to take advantage of anyone. I will be reporting him with the BBB. You have been warned! There are tons of other options around the location. Don’t do it.

They have been providing us with impeccable granite supplies for a week, and now that our kitchen remodeling project is almost finished, we must say that this company is just simply amazing! The US Flooring Factory did an amazing job! From my first initial phone call to my complete installation, I experienced exemplary customer service. I was very impressed with the knowledge of my salesperson. We went to the Friendswood store on Saturday inquiring about a Granite counter top and wood flooring in our dining room. We are on a tight budget because we have two children in college and one special needs child that my wife stays home with. Our sales representative was at our home promptly at 9am Monday morning as she promised. The entire measurements and looking through the samples and agreeing on a price that was more than affordable for my family. (Please check them out. The prices for the Granite are very good).Installation day was done on the following Tuesday They were promptly at our home by 8am and completely finished cleaned up and out the door by 7pm.We have had so many compliments on our counter tops and flooring from everyone from our pastor to my wifes book club.It is great working with an honest affordable company that has respect for their customers needs! I dont usually (actually never)take the time to write reviews but my DREAM kitchen is finally a reality and i didnt have to take out a second mortgage to get it done! I had tried the usual suspects...i.e. lowes...home depot and they asked for nearly twice as much as i paid with these guys and had all sorts of nonsense fees attached to their quotes. The service was fast, like- really fast, lol and the workers were extremely respectful of my kids and dogs....the granite and backsplash installed on my project looks even better than in any pictures ive seen in showrooms. For real! They even helped fix the window behind the sink at no extra cost. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! TOP NOTCH work with very fair pricing. Already planning to have my bathrooms upgraded with them after the holidays!

Adam, the owner lied to me from the first time I spoke to him on the phone, and he never stopped. When I called, he told me that he had some granite for $25 per square foot, including installation. When I arrived, the price went up to $35-$40.The day of the installation, Adam wouldn’t give me a timeframe for the installers arriving. I asked 3 times, and he ignored my correspondence each time. Finally, I called him after I ate lunch, and he said that they were 10-20 minutes away, and he insisted that I had to be there the moment they arrived (I was 30 minutes away). Literally 1 minute later, my general contractor called and said that the granite guys arrived and needed me to be there.After the guys worked for a couple hours, they told me that they didn’t have the correct sink for the install and they said that they would have to finish the install the next day. When I spoke with Adam, he tried to blame me. He said that I never told him that I needed a small sink. I had provided them with the exact deminsions of all of my cabinets, and his associate said that they would get the correct sinks, but Adam blames everyone but himself for the error.Later in the day, I noticed that the plywood on my bar was really wide. I measured it and found that it was 16 inches, when my original drawing indicated that it should be 12. This was a big issue because the bar sticks out into the hallway, and it was already hard to move furniture past it in the past, so loosing 4 more inches would have made it impossible. I talked to the guys doing the install, and they said that they couldn’t cut it to 12 inches and finish the piece because Adam wouldn’t pay them for that.I tried to call Adam on his cell phone (which he stopped answering after I became a customer), and I called the store looking for him, but he was not available. Shawn, one of the sales people, took the message and said that he would get with Adam, but I never heard back.After working two half days at my house, the installer still wasn’t done. He told me he would come back Saturday or Sunday to finish the job, but he never showed up. When I tried to get a hold of Adam, he ignored my phone calls and text messages.When we first ordered the granite, we told them that we had a party scheduled for 1 pm on Sunday, and we needed the granite installed by then. Both Adam and Shawn said that wouldn’t be a problem, but by time our party started, we had half of our kitchen finished.Overall, this has been a horrible experience. I could have paid literally and extra couple hundred and used contractors at Home Depot or Lowe’s, and had a much better experience. I guess you get what you pay for.

Was very happy with outcome of installation on my granite countertops, did fantastic job well done, Company was very cooperative and helpful with any questions I had, came out An did free estimate, also ordered sum material that was delivered for free the next day, very happy with price . Will be coming back for any flooring or cabintry needs...

Everything started off smoothly until the deposit was paid. They never picked up their phone but we’re so responsive prior to the payment. Then once the job was done and we weren’t happy with it at all, we were told to contact the “boss” and so we tried many times without sucesss. So basically I’m spending 7k+ for counters I am NOT happy with? That’s insanely ridiculous! So now I’m stuck here trying to figure out how to fix this huge chip in the marble they installed AND a completely yellow line that you can see from across the room screaming your name! Terrible!

They took $5300.00 for floor tile-delivered 1/2 of our order in wall tile not floor tile and refuse to call us to resolve and refund our money. This place is a joke! I would rate them in negative stars if I could. But dont worry boys, Ill get my money back.... fraudulent transaction!
