Dont let the outside appearance deter you from renting from Gabbys Hall. Large dance floor and very nice inside. You have the options to decorate and make it as nice as you would like. The owner was accommodating when the guest were too cold and turned up the AC.

The owners did not give us enough time to decorate because it was their lunch time and they wanted everyone out of the hall. They also turned the AC off an hour early before the event ended and it was so hot!!! Beautiful reception but the way the owners treat you is not worth it. Also the owners stay during the whole event.

If I could rate this zero stars I would! They were so rude the day of the event and kept ignoring all our calls and messages! The old man was going in and out during the WHOLE event watching over everything we were doing and giving us no privacy. There were also sitting outside as people walked in. That’s not the point of renting a hall if you’re going be watching over everything! It’s a affordable hall but not worth it. Spend your money somewhere else! They also turned off the AC an HOUR EARLY! how cheap do you have to be to do that! Never again!

Its a cheap place to have your party if you dont want to spend money. The day of your event gabby and family owners eat food from your party with out asking permission, go in the bar get their selves something to drink. 2nd, music must be kept low . She says she is going to give you your deposit money 48hrs after the event but she makes things up to take your deposit money- not only did this with me but also with a couple family members that have had parties here. I feel like the interest is towards the money because you have to put your decorations and she only gives you 2hrs after that, you pay extra and if you want an extra hour the day of your event it is 500 dollars extra because of staff when everything is family. The day of the event she was about to charge us an extra hour because we stayed till 12:40 because we were helping them clean after we had picked up our things when thats what youre paying them for but she didnt and Im thankful for that, if not we would of had a problem .PAY MORE MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HAVE A BETTER TIME AND NOT FRUSTRATE YOURSELVES WITH THESE PEOPLE !bad, bad, bad feel free to ask me more about this place if your thinking about getting it. -Thank you

No hot water to wash your hands! much less if caterers are there!Complained and the old man asked what do you need hot water for?I can only imagine how dangerously dirty this place must be!

When I was recommended to Gabbys hall, I was very grateful cause I needed a venue last minute. Before, leading up to the event.. Everything seemed legit. I did have to schedule around the managers (Gabby) schedule to meet up with her to pay out deposits.. But I didnt have a problem with that. Because of the storm there was damage to the hall but not enough to keep us from having the event. However.....when we got there to set up... They didnt put out all the tables and chairs requested. So we had to wait on that.. Gabby previously asked what I would like written on the outside tron for my daughter.. I gave her a scripture and asked if it could be done.. She said yes.. When we got there the tron was empty. I asked if they were going to put it up and she said yes they were working on it.. (with a fake smile).. An hour later after some guest arrived it was finally up and it only said Happy bday and my daughters name. Nothing like we discussed. While the party was on.. Gabby was in the office,lights on, door wide open, watching our every move with her kid running in and out. Her dad.. (owner) was there too.. In and out. It was rather rude and annoying. (might I add she was no smiles.. Had a look of disgust most of the time which guest pointed out) she and father helped theirself to the food before we offered.. Kept some of our decor (which I didnt mind that) there was roaches in restroom and food area so we had to be careful when we served. So embarrassing. We said we didnt want no drinking at our event and she took it to heart. She pointed out someone who snuck in a drink.. And when I say pointed.. She pointed her finger right at the suspect.. Then threatened to take from our deposit. When we fixed the situation.. The rest of the night was uneasy and guest started to leave. We cleaned the entire place before leaving and she still was trying to nitpick our owed deposit.. She had nothing. I was told deposit would be given back in 48 hours. I complied to all the rules of the Contract and expected her to do the same. After weeks of back and fourth excuses on her end of why she could not meet with me to pay out deposit owed.. I finally received it 2 months.. Yes 2 months later! SMH do not recommend if you are wanting to have a good time at your event.

Horrible. The lady Gabby says one thing but the owner says another!Lights went out & they said they had to accommodate to us and buy lights. Didnt give us no warning at all! Was told we were going to get $100 back but than said because we didnt clean up we could only get $50 after Gabby had already said that they would clean up. Horrible service. I would never recommend. If you do decide to do a party make sure you talk to both people. Because its always a he says she says thing with these people.

Owener parked right infront got out and starded yelling at the kids to get out from the moonwalk because it was slanted. Really old rude man his wife came by aswell. It was the wrong approach to the situation. And his 2 staff members did nothing . only 1 trash can was put out. Very very rude old man in a gray f150. Kids just want to have fun. They are not sopposed to be there anyways. The owners need to stay home. Dont be cheap. Get somewhere else.
