I don’t even know where to start! This is a beautiful venue! But! What makes it different from all of the rest! And makes it the one! Is the owner, and all her staff! I fell in love with this venue and everyone and their service! My Daughter’s 15 birthday party July 10, 2021 was beautiful they have very professional and excellent people taking care of everything for it to be perfect! Had my baby shower here and it was beyond perfect 💙 it definitely was a dream come true . The decorations where amazing they did such a great job and most of all I had a lot of fun

The people (Berenice and Adriana ) are their from step one till the last step. They definitely give you guidance and are very helpful. Just Threw my 30th birthday bash here. The party was amazing thanks to DJ ROB(they provided), as well as the catering, alcohol, and photobooth I brought in. However if you have a vision and attempt to explain it. You’re wasting your time. When you first call they give you pricing, but when you show up there they change it all up. That should’ve been my first RED flag.In my contract she wrote down what I wanted, and I originally was going to bring in my own centerpieces but she said that she had everything that I was describing. so of course, I went ahead with them instead. I received a call a few days before the party (super last minute, but none the less I was excited) in order to speak with the person that was supposed to be decorating. I was told I would walk in there would be options, for table setting centerpieces and decor as we described in the contract. That was NOT the case I got there and the girl asked what were your colors again? None of what we originally described was there. The centerpieces and flowers were what they came up with. I got a quote on a dessert table for 250 when I go to pay, the price was raised $100. After saying I’d go without they set it back down. If you read my review and decide to move forward with this venue just know you better have a strong back bone, because THEY WILL STEP ALL OVER YOU if you don’t. Very unprofessional. The woman was only there to take my money and every other time I spoke to one of her hall workers. (Aside from the day of the party) . Messaged and asked when I be able to pick up my deposit that I put down on the hall. She told me I’d be able to go A week later between 3 and 8 PM. I get out of work early to show up and a lady has a receipt printed of the margarita machine ingredients. And if that’s not a slap to the face the woman was not there AGAIN!!! it was her worker asking if I would like a $3.98 check in my name. I Understand the ingredients for the margarita but why couldn’t you just text me and tell me not to come or tell me that when I called. So very unprofessional. I brought in my own balloons and decorations only to see some that were NOT used for my party set up for a baby shower the following day. If you would have asked I would have given them to you didn’t have to STEAL them! Save yourself a headache.

So happy we decided to have my nieces Quinceañera here yesterday 10/5/19. They take care of every single detail of the event. Berenice was very helpful and organized with everything. Staff through out the whole evening were very helpful and provided great service. My overall experience was above and beyond of what I had expected. Thank you for providing such amazing service in everything. We loved it!

I usually dont leave Reviews unless its super bad or super mega good. In this case it is super mega good! Excellent service. I was thinking that something was going to go wrong. But the day of the quinceañera Condesa VIP made everything super mega easy. Do not worry about anything. From beginning to end! They exceeded my expectations 100%. Super grateful. Mrs. Berenice, her husband, Adriana and Rosy are very good people, very patient and always willing to help and make sure everything was in order. Not only did they attend me but also all my family and guests at the quinceañera. Wow! Rest assured that all my parties in the future will be in Condesa VIP!
