I noticed Mary Lou is mentioned in other reviews in a NEGATIVE light.My experience was just the opposite as Mary Lou and all staff were very very helpful and understanding. Started off good had to wait 8 weeks for my money to be returned. They gave me a check with NSF. Had to wait for them to deposit money to make check good. They tried to charge me excessive fees. They tell you to call on Friday on Friday they put you on hold and come back to tell you your check is not there and the owner is not in. After threatening with theft charges, media coverage and BBC I was given my money. They take advantage of poor people and try to steal their money. Misleading information on walls put in for your refund on Tuesday and it will be in on Friday which turned into 8 weeks and I received it on a Monday. If you want to give them your money do a small bond

Worst service ever. Ive always used this company and have referred many family members and friends. I called to get bail info on my cousin, a man answered, I asked for the agent I usually speak to and with a horrible attitude, he stated she wasnt in. So I proceeded to get ask questions about my cousins incarceration. Took him forever to get the name right. Seemed as if he didnt know what he was doing. When I asked to speak to someone else to speed up the process, he states he was the only one there. Come to find out he was the owner of the company! Well damn..now I know why there is NO staff, owner was an ass. Needless to say we didnt bond with Lockwood. I bailed my cousin out elsewhere.

They have a lady name Mary Lou that works for this company in rude as hell. My advise to any one that is trying to get a person out of jail PLEASE DO NOT USE this company. I tried to explain to her today that my daughter needs her 1200 dollars back for a bond that was not done by them so they she can her love one out of jail today. Mary Lou said in a sarcastic way that it takes seconds to take my money of my card but it will take me 30 days to get my money back. I cant even speak to the manager nor the owner. So now Im forced to do this public notice. BAD BAD BUSINESS,BAD COMPANY. THANK MARY LOU ON HOW SHE HANDLES YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!! THE ONLY WAY I CAN POST THIS I HAD TO CHECK A STAR WHEN REALLY DONT GET NO STARS!
