I just have to say this place is WONDERFUL. I have used them everytime I have needed to get someone bonded. They have stayed late in the office to meet with me due to my work schedule, and gone above and beyond to accomodate me. I see other reviews complaining about them only caring about money. News flash, ITS A BUSINESS and they are asking TEN PERCENT of your loved ones bond. Of course they want their money, they are technically multiplying YOUR money by 10%, which is a liability on them. Rant over. Rated 10/10. Have recommended and will continue to do so.

Do not go here!!!! Absolute worst experiance Ive ever encountered!! i Did everything what they wanted co signers and money. Themost stressed over ever been upon turning in the rest of the papers and money i get informed that i would have to wait another four days before they would verify the co signers employment which if Im not mistaken is the insurances job to do and we shouldnt have to wait for our loved one to get out that long after doing everything. Not only that then i was told that i wouldnt be getting my refund which was for 1500.00 for another 7 days later on top of the rude receptionist behind the glass. Need i remind you all this time them telling me this two days already in of getting these people to get my finance out of jail to see his dying father. So now please tell me where its that caring for your clients where is that on having compassion. They dont care about doing what right they only care about money. Some people forget why they wanted to do that kind of job in the first place. Now here i am still trying to get my loved one out Oh jail to see his father before he passes and out of 1500.00 because of them!!! My first time trying to bond someone out of jail and it was the worst experiance ever!!!!

Do NOT go here. I went in for a bond, they were quick to take my money and do all the paperwork, but slow to give me my refund. I never used the bond, because my brother used a pr bond. I brought their check and paperwork back within 3 hours of receiving it, and was told to pick up my refund on Tuesday. Mind you, this all took place on Friday. It has been almost a month, and I have yet to receive my refund. Its only $150. Every time I call in, I get told theyll call me back with an update or that theyre trying to figure out whether my refund was done because there was a misunderstanding within the office, I NEVER get a call back. Dont waste your time here, find another place.
