This is the absolute worst bond co! The owner has his daughter working in the office who is the most incompetent, rude person. She comes in late, leaves early & does nothing when in office. She lies about calling references & lied saying she called a # & it was false when the person showed me her call log and never a call from them along with 10 other people never received a call. They will take your $ and stop answering your calls & even block you. Your love one will be in jail weeks longer than they have to. Believe all the years of bad reviews they are true. Worst experience. Lady in office Marlene is the most unprofessional, rude person who will lie in your face,hang up in your face..soon as this company gets your $ they stop working. Went 2 weeks (yes 2 weeks) trying to get him out. Merelene comes to work around noon or later & leaves 4PM or earlier doing zero work while there. Trust several years of horrible reviews because I went through exactly what the people wrote because they treated me exactly like they described happened to them. There are several other bond companies to go to. You will only experience grief & aggravation with this company while your love one will sit WEEKS longer. Use another bond co.

Used this company 2 times.Never posted the bond neither time just collects your money now I did receive a refund of money paid out minus there service fees.

This place is a SCAM. Do NOT waste your time nor money. My bond was paid and for 3 days i was told I would be out of jail in 6-12 hours. Needless to say I never left. I ended up getting bonded through a legit company and was out in 4 hrs and 2 weeks later im STILL waiting on a refund

I paid a bond on an inmate a week ago and was told he would be released within 24 hours. He still hasnt been released and everyday we get the same excuse that its waiting to process from a guy whos on vacation apparently. This company is UNPROFESSIONAL and I strongly recommend avoiding them.

I sent money to do a bond at 4 pm on Thurs. They didnt answer my calls till I had the police call.on Tues and it took another week to get my money back. Be cautious. . My people never got bonded.

Dealt with Mary Lou over the phone today.I was trying to clear things up and get my questions asked before thinking about proceeding with a bond for my loved one.She seemed very agitated and bothered by my questions.Her voice you could tell off the top I was a bother to her.It might have been a ridiculous question to her, but to us we wanted to be on the same page and be accurate. Use this bonding company at your own RISK! After my experience, it is my duty to make the public aware of this bonding companys business practices. Around may 11th I contacted this company they told me to bring money with co signers and my loved one would be out within 24 hours. Today is june 2. 2020 no bond was ever done because they couldnt get approval for bond through their insurance company for the tire time I was given the run around as to why bond had not been secure yet. Until finally they said they couldnt do bond. Now after almost a month of waiting for bond I have to wait 2 weeks while they process the refund of my money that I gave to them. Do not use this bonding company there are literally hundreds of bonding companies to choose from so why give them your hard earned money. All Im going to say is that originally, certain information was not conveyed to me in the proper manner. I was told specific information by one of the women that worked for the company. 24 hours later her story changed. Also, if you use a credit card they will charge you 5% on any transaction.Make sure you get specific information and know who you are talking to. Eventually, once I talked to them in a distasteful manner, they got my situation taken care of.
