I called this bonding company and a lady answered and she answered a couple of my questions and I had a few more about my current status and she said she would call me back in 10 minutes to let me know what was going on. I was going to use them as my bonding company and they never called me back and now they won’t even answer my phone calls so I would not recommend this company.

I usually don’t leave reviews for businesses unless they have done something that needed recognition. With that being said, about 2 weeks ago a friend of mine was in a tough situation and I had absolutely no idea how all this process works. Julia with A1 was so helpful. She explained every step of the process and was there for my every question. I hope I never need to bond anyone out, but if I do I will always go with A1 thanks to Julia and her A++ in costumer service!

Great Bond Company! Called Glen and left him a voicemail and he returned my call right away. He got me transferred to Victoria and she immediately got to work on my sons bond. She went above and beyond and his bond was completed in just a few hours. By the time I got off work and got to the station on Mykawa, I waited less than an hour for him to come out! And that was due to the diligence and quick work these people did for me! If I ever needed a bondsman, this would be the only place that Id go to! Highly highly recommend them!!

I am not familiar with the process of bail bonds. However, people should be up front and honest with the individuals needing their serves. I am a parent trying to help my son and GOT SCREWED by this A1 Bonding Co.Refund takes more than 24 hours to receive. Also there are hidden fees which are not disclosed at the time.I lost $100.00 .......I did not have co-signers to help me and did not have the full amount required. Canceled the Bail Bond with them....NO RUNNER TO RUN and yet charged the fee.CRAPPING SERVICEUNPROFESSIONAL MANNERSTHEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTEDCON ARTISTS

Well this is the worst business ive seen. They lie on the phone to get you in the office then are unprepared. One agent says one price then another tells u different. Save urself some gas and drive right past. They dont even have a parking lot
