March 9,2020.I needed to get a love one out. This place was recommended by my sister n law. They explained every thing well detailed, but forgot to mention the 5% of credit cards before we headed that way. We had to pay the extra fee for using a credit card, Not cool. $50.00 we could have saved. So bring cash here. We left the bail bond @ 1:30 Pm. He was out by 7:00 PM. Very Fast Service!! Thank You!

I just called asking for a bond for my son, first they couldn’t find it then a man got on the phone and was so rude!! He first said well you have to pay 4,000 dollars then I said well do you have payment plans and he was so rude about it and said well it depends how much money you have . Verses the other bail bonds gave me a Choice right away! I was just getting quotes from different places! So if he talks like that over the phone I definitely don’t trust this company! You guys are suppose to help not make our life’s more difficult!!!

Then I called the best bail bonds company in Houston - H-Town Bail Bonds and they came to the rescue by first picking up the phone the first time I called. Then in addition to LOTS of helpful information, they were extremely honest. I spoke to Sylvia and 1 other lady there. They guided me and called me to update me every step of the way. Hopefully I dont get in this situation again, but if I do, the ONLY company I will call is H-Town Bail Bonds. 5 stars ALL THE WAY!

They are so friendly and so helpful. I was scrambling for information and calling different places for prices. Other places were very curt, and I understand they were just doing their job. Other places also wanted higher amounts of money for the payment plans. However, when I called Htown Bail Bonds in downtown, they were very friendly and warm from the beginning and wanted less money than other locations for their payment plan. They even offered to give me updates as the online system got updated. I spent the entire day trying to get money for the bail, and I finally made it to them late at night. The only Spanish speaking person that night called me to ask if we were in our way back to start the process because her shift was up and she wanted to know if she needed to stick around. It was very very sweeet and made the entire process that much easier on my nerves. Im very grateful for Sonias help. I highly recommend this location.

Bad business; they advertise 7% rates but I understand that the norm is 10% on a bond. I called to get a bond for a friend and was told the cost would be $125. Come to find out that the bond was only $500. Theyll try to take advantage of you knowing that youre in distress trying to take care of a loved one.

If you ever need to get a loved one out of jail, GO TO THIS COMPANY!! The girls there are so nice and go out of their way to help you in a your situtation. They actually made it seem easy, I was short $50 and they said No Worries just bring it when the defendant comes in to sign paperwork. They are fast, simple and I called alot of places, they had the cheapest price too. Thank you H-town!!

They got me out of jail quickly.

I do not recommend this company! First I had an open arrest warrant that I was never told about. So it turned into an actual warrant. They came and picked me up from my house. Yanked me out the door, being extremely rough with me in front of my kids. I wasnt fighting. There was no reason for it. They wouldnt let me get dressed. Put the handcuffs on me way too tight. Then when my husband tried to bond me out they told him he had to pay them $4200, my fine was only $2000, which $1000 of it was bc of the bond forfeiture. So why would he pay you guys 4200 when he could just pay the jail $2000? This company will be hearing from my attorney. Thinking theyre above the law. Treating me the way they did over $1000 bond. Also, for giving my info out to ppl who werent even on my bond nor a part of my case. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BONDING COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is connected to premier parking enforcement, if you park your car here and pay $25 for a parking spot they will boot your car and charge you $135 to remove the boot. They do this to moms who are trying to get their two young crying babies home. They are thieves who want nothing more than your money, they are ghetto, rude people who work here! When you are forced to pay $135 to get your car out of the boot they try to start a fight with you and they start all kinds of drama and mess!
