This place of business is TERRIBLE! The owner is so rude & unprofessional ! He has a smart mouth & tells you to bring all documents, but does not explain that the debit/credit machine isn’t working. They are only accepting cash & the signs posted says otherwise ! THIS RUN DOWN BUSINESS, IS A SCAM ! RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL WILL BE REPORTING THEM !

Terrible experience, this place is THE WORST. I showed up with not 1, not 2, but 3 (count that again) 3 forms of identification/proof of ownership and he still would not release my car to me. I called the police and waited 2 hours for them to basically force him to accept my documents. Then he said his machine is broken and he only takes cash (despite all the posted signs saying the opposite) which from the other reviews looks like this has been the case for years. So I finally pay and he prints out a receipt for me that is totally illegible! UNACCEPTABLE, I don’t even know why my car was towed or what the details of the charges were. He couldn’t even email me a copy that i can actually read, i will be filing with the small claims court and leaving the worst review everywhere i can.

Zero starts if I could, there machine is down that’s sus then charges 241 for not even 2 hours that the vehicle been town . Sus

Worse place ever. Got my car towed and was told I cant use a credit card because they machine is down, and if I wait til they fix the machine Im responsible for additional fees and stuff. Do not ever deal with these people.

Towing service is great. Very experienced drivers. Ive used them 3 times never had a bad experience.

This companys tow truck driver towed our vehicle right after AAA tow truck driver dropped our vehicle in front of our mechanics shop. The only issue with our vehicle was that the fan belt broke. This companys tow truck driver damaged the catalytic converter and the company refuse to pay for damages. This company is unprofessional and dishonest. We are filing a claim through small claims court and suggest that others who have had a similar experience with this company do the same.

This company is like a cancer for the society they tow my truck from my parking arra designated. And i need pay 400 for get my car back towed 4 am i call 3 pm but. They will be paying 1 day

A bad storage facility. I will be reporting this company to TDLR. The so called owner/ manager of this company blocked me from calling his phone number after I asked him about the rim and tire his tow truck driver took from my SUV. I am not reporting this company for blocking me. If this man can do this to me for simply asking a question, I believe he must have done this to other clients. When I called him, all I expected him to do was to ask his tow truck driver if his tow truck driver has the rim and tire. I still don t have my rim and tire and I still cant call them to ask about the missing rim and tire.I am also reporting this company for claiming that they close by 5pm when where as they are expected to be open 24 hours (With 1 hour notice after office hours) to release cars to clients. When you call, he will say they close to by 5pm so that you dont come and then have to pay more to get your car out the next day.

Worst experience ever he does illegal stuff he was towed my car, keep in mind the car wasnt fully hooked up just the front wheels and even then the law states that even if the car is fully hooked up or not, if the owner of the vehicle is there they should drop it off if requested and should only charge you a minimum of 150$ drop off fee. These people didnt even do that with me they just towed my car against my will, and every time I call they hang up on me. Dont be fooled know your rights

TNT is doing a lot of illegal things. Stop allowing these tow truck companies to steal your vehicles and make you pay them money. Or even worst them keeping your vehicle.They should be investigated. Everyone go file a complaint with Texas Licensing and Registration. Do it the right way and have their license taken!!!!!!

More like car thieves.... unprofessional.... this company towed my car from a parking spot with no signage stated parking rules or warning of towing... and when I tried to call T n T to get my car back they at first did not answer but when I did reach them the guy was rude and Belligerent made threats hung up in my face.... this company need to be shut down 😡🤬

The professionalism from the owner is terrible!! He do not answer your phone calls, hes VERY RUDE and unprofessional. I actually had to call the police because he WOULD NOT release my car AFTER proper documentation and payment was told to him AND proven. This is by far the WORST towing experience Ive ever encountered. DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR BUSINESS!! Take yours elsewhere if you have the opportunity to do so. A complaint has been filed against this rude and UNPROFESSIONAL individual.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! He will not answer your phone and he lied about being 24hrs in order to get more money from you on your vehicle!
