I’m very thankful for the wonderful customer service I received with Milton Motors. I spoke with Esther and Melissa and they were both so helpful, organized, and very kind. They made sure to communicate with me about picking up my car and the delivery status. They delivered my car on time without any problems. I’m glad I decided to use this company over others. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of any transportation needs.

I got all kinds of Lies from truck having problems on the road to driver being sick +++ etc.. If I could give them less than a star I would have, they told me 7 days to pick up,seven days pass no pick up,I call them to cancel so i can get another carrier so I will not pay for storage fee,she then call me back that they have a truck picking up right now and will take 5day to delivery. 5days pass no delivery,I call them agai was told that they have to put my car in a storage because they truck was full to wait another week, another week pass I received a call saying car is here but I owe them an extra $100 because they have to tow my car to a storage, thing that I was not aware of,now they are holding my car hostage till I pay them the towing fee that they took upon themselves to keep the business.Please take your business somewhere else, they will screw you up too.

These people are horrible at business. They overcharge. Dont pick up your vehicle on time but expect you to pay for the overage of storage thats caused by their inability to deliver. If you dont want to take this warning and still use them. Make sure before you pay your fee and use their service ask them when they will get your item picked up. If not you will be screwed gauaranteed.

Dont leave your vehicle here because even if your battery was good when its there it wont be when its time for pick up, I think they intentionally leave your ignion on or your door open to kill your battery. Then you will have to pay them to bring out your car.

Rating Milton Motors from a transporter point of view, they are excellent to deal with, your check is ready in a few minutes after unloading, the product they dispatch to you is usually ready and paid for in advance, Im in my 7 th year of dealing with this company, have had very minimal issues.

Awesome guys to work with, I been dealing with them for over 4 years now, and never ever had issues with anything and theyre always fair.

Great service super friendly staff

Been using these folks for about a year and theyve been very prompt with picking up and delivery. Not until recently that Ive noticed some discrepancy with their services....poor communication between driver and dispatcher costing me storage fees. They did apologise due to high volume of cars they have been overwhelmed lately. Wont let this little issue deter me from patronizing them in the future.

Unprofessional. bad experience working with Esther. Says one thing then does another. Doesnt follow through with business deals. She backs out of payment after work has been completed. Had to cut my loss and move on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

The worst experience I have had in the transportation service, honestly there are many more companies in Houston that give you a good service, the car was brought in 6 days after the limit more than then they charge you for coming to pick up the car that they do not tell you From the first moment, they are not responsible for paying the late fee, even if your order is on time, I honestly feel that it is a company that you should not trust.
