Very poor!! I set up a sale for a car. The buyers used this company for transport. They were supposed to come and get the car and the title and PAY ME!! They showed up to get the car and wanted the title .. But they wanted to mail me a check. The woman on the phone blamed to buyer for the error. But the amount of the check they were supposed to bring was clearly on the transfer paperwork that the driver was holding. She also told me that if the driver didnt pick up the car that he would not get paid for the 4 HOUR run.The driver even had a company check but he said he wasnt authorized to write it out for more than $1,000 unless the office approved. Copart would not approve it. So I took the day off of work for nothing. This is NOT how business is done!Awful company to do business with.

Make sure you get the car the same way it look in the pictures, Copart sold all the cars as is, WHICH IS NOT A PROBLEM, IF THEY ONLY GIVE THE CARS THE SAME WAY THEY LOOK ON THE PICTURES.You buy a car here because you like what you see in the pictures, but, when you get the car you buy, with a lot a different parts, THEN THE ONES YOU SEE IN PICTURES, tell you that something is happening, someone in Copart crew, SPEND TIME CHANGING PARTS, KEEPING ALL THE GOOD PARTS .

Give the loader guy the printout and he takes you to your item....and then puts it on your trailer for you.

Great variety of inventory, best fees by far of all that I go to, and the staff is the most helpful on auction days. I would highly recommend Repokar to anyone in the car industry.

Disrespectful and lying individuals. I had to wait for my vehicle for 2 hours because the guy who has to bring my car to the front entrance was being lazy. Also, they overcharge on their vehicles that are sold. I had to pay tax for the vehicle and then I had to pay tax again when I was registering the car. They are lying scums pretty much as they told me that I would not be paying sales tax for the vehicle I purchased.

Wish I could give negative stars but thats not an option. They sent a tow truck driver to my property in the middle of the night. The idiot got off the road and got stuck, left huge ruts in my yard and also damaged my asphalt road. Never ever ever do business with the company! I cant believe they are even in business. What a total bunch of screw ups!

Worst place to buy cars sell for 400 you end up paying twice. Office people tell you to go in and look at the cars once you inside looking they come and get you treat u like you are a prisoner what a joke.

I gave them 1 star because they didnt have an option to put 0 stars.My vehicle was taken to COPART so I could get an adjuster take a look at it after the flood. I picked up my car a couple of days later. It was damaged. They do not want to take responsibility nor release any of my information from MY VEHICLE. Management is not professional at all and they treat your car like trash, theyre going to get sued!

My insurance company had my car towed there for an appraisal. Had to wait almost 2 hours for them to let me retrieve items from my car.
