I’ve been going to Happy Karz consistently for all of my car needs throughout this year. I was referred there when I started having some mechanical issues with my older Honda Accord. Every time I’ve gone, Alex has been such a pleasant person. He explains everything, and is very transparent. You can tell he’s confident and knowledgeable in his work. This is something I appreciate as a customer, because I don’t want to shell out money feeling like there is a possibility it won’t be fixed correctly. The first time I had my car serviced, they provided a comprehensive breakdown of my car. What might need to be fixed soon (brakes, lights, etc) There was never any pressure about these services, just informing me. My starter had gone out in my car leaving me stranded on a Friday, Alex was able to refer me to a very reasonable tow service. My car was done the next day! I can’t recommend this place enough.Besides the excellent customer service, the waiting room is SO clean and comfortable. I never have a problem waiting because they are pretty quick and accommodating.

I made an appointment a few days ago. When I got there, my car was seen to quickly, given a test drive, and the work started promptly. The work was done quickly. Alex went down the entire checklist of everything that was looked at and explained each item to me, both good and bad - it was thorough, and Alex was patient and professional in answering my questions. He printed out the estimates for work that he recommended before I had to ask for it. He also told me which things were important and which ones could wait - I didnt have to ask.Alex was outstanding. I was putting off replacing the front suspension strut and coil spring assemblies on my 2008 Acura RDX with 194,xxx miles. Was recommended to Happy H Karz from a trusted friend. Everyone I encountered (Alex, the technician and the check-out counter) was professional and courteous. Alex explained the repairs needed and gave me options (chose the non-OEM parts due to lower cost). The repairs were completed on time and no need to wait there as a technician was able to drop-off and pick-up. They did not try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs and the quoted price was what I paid. Very happy with their service work, price paid and quality of the repair.

I drive from Corpus Christi to Houston regularly seeing my doctors at MD Anderson. My car started to overheat in the parking lot at the imaging center. The tow truck driver recommended Happy H Karz, and I will be forever thankful! They quickly diagnosed low coolant and did not charge me a dime. I was back on the road in a couple of hours. The lobby was comfortable and had a charging station so I was able to work while I waited. Very friendly and professional.

I reviewed Happy H Karz a few years ago on another popular site, and I just want to say that I have been so pleased with the service and consistency of this business that I felt the need to review it again. My experiences have been exactly what you would hope for in a mechanic. Alex has always been honest, thorough, and fair. Like Ive said before, he gets to know you and your needs so that youre always on the same page. My car is reaching the end of its life at 250,000 miles. Instead of pushing for expensive repairs, he has given me tips on how to keep it running. I appreciate this because I like to be hands-on with my car, and I dont want to spend much more on it. When the time comes and I have to move on to a different car, I will definitely keep going here because it is the type of shop that exceeds expectations every time.

I started coming to Happy H Karz because I lived nearby and it was cheaper than the dealer. Exceptional Service!!!Ive went to Happy H Karz several times now and every single time they have been amazing.Examples of a few of my experiences:I bought an after market cruise control system; because the truck didnt come with cruise control. I had no intention in trying to install it but lets just say the instructions were long and confusing. Not only did they install it in a way which made it look like the truck came with it but they did it in a shorter time than stated!In the few times Ive ever tried to fix something I felt I had broke something in a way no one could put it back together. The main mechanic fixed it like it was nothing. Im still in aw how he did it.Im to the point with them when they call me and breakdown what should be done Im just like do whatever you recommend. They have my 100% trust. If you go to these saints youll feel the same way.

Great service with very reasonable prices and friendly, professional attitude from start to finish.I had been having a couple of issues with one of my vehicles for some time and every place prior to Happy H Karz was not able to remedy the situations. There was a lug nut that apparently could not be torqued free and when trying to pass Inspection, the computer would come up with an error that no one could get a detailed read on, so no one knew what the problem was.This has resulted in not having my tires rotated for over a year and not being able to pass Inspection which keeps me from being able to update Registration. Everyone kept suggesting that I visit specialists in those areas and even the specialists would throw their hands up and refer me elsewhere.I stumbled upon Happy H Karz online and was impressed with their outstanding reviews, so I decided to give them a visit. They were able to get the lug nut free and rotate and balance my tires without an issue. They also went through an Inspection and where able to get a read on the engine error that had been coming up so I can finally see about getting that fixed.At the end of the day, they had solutions for all of the problems I was facing and were very friendly and professional throughout the process. This is the most pleasant experience I have had with an auto mechanic and I will definitely continue business here. This is now my go-to place and I highly recommend Happy H Karz.

Im sorry Alex but you let me down my cigarette lighter went out and it was just a 20 amp fuse sorry Alex I went to another bmw and it was just a fuse now my both of my cigarette lighters work now you tried to charge me over 100 dollars in diagnostic cause you said the fuse was good it was something else then my passager restraint system is not working and you wanna charge me over 1,200 dollars to fix and another bmw European place say they can fix it for 100 dollars Im starting to think your are a con artist because thats not right or fair the fuse was bad and you wanna charge me in diagnostic over 100 maybe because you and your crew are hungry for money in this pandemic you never return my phone calls either with that lady at the front desk not vey professional business wise and its not right 😡

I cant say enough about this place. They are always prompt and helpful. They always give me all the options for my car and never pressure me to do anything Im not ready to. They give out a form that tells you with a red light type system what is most urgent (red), medium (yellow), and whats all good (green). They even have a system where you can leave your car and drop your keys in a drop box if theyre closed.

Mechanic took part home from my vehicle had to come back for a part and mechanic tried to make me pull in back when coming back for my part. All way too shadey to me if you have to come back for missing parts!

I had my 2013 Honda CRVs 30,000 miles maintenance done today. I faced with a professional and polite customer service. It was also quick and explanatory. Alex, showed me the old and the new engine air and cabin filters. They gave me a bill which is probably 1/3 rd of a dealer price. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I was recommended Happy H Katz from a friend so I decided to take my car in to do the oil change and the anual inspection! Alex the owner and Mrs Dora the receptionist were extremely nice. Alex took care of everything. He even refilled the fluids and checked the tire pressure, not everybody takes the time to do such detail job. Everything was done on time and the prices are reasonable. I am definitely coming back they make you feel like family!

The owner Alex had my car towed from my garage at his friend request. I have the text messages to prove this. I cant believe that an owner of the auto shop would remove a car that isnt owned by the friend and would do it just because he asked. They both attend a Christian Church but I dont believe that his actions were very Christian like. I would think twice about doing business with a person that would do anything at the request of a friend..

Ive taken my last two Hondas to Happy Honda. Theyve always done a superb job and are significantly cheaper than the dealership. I always feel a little sketchy with mechanics possibly trying to do work that doesnt need to be done, but can say that Ive always felt comfortable with Happy Honda.
