While leaving Houston after bringing my granddaughter to the doctor our car broke down. Eddie, Matt, Lee and the receptionist at Christian Brothers was more than just helpful they were kind. I told them of our situation, stranded, stuck in a hotel, and from out of town. That’s when Eddie told me to have my car towed to them. They all worked diligently to made sure to get my vehicle up and running so we could get back home! Their professionalism, promptness and most importantly their kindness will always be remembered! I was in Houston from out of town and my check engine light came on. I stopped at an auto parts store and they said it was a transmission code. They cleared the code before I could ask them not to. I drove another 300 miles and it didnt come back on, but to be sure I brought it in to Christian Brothers. Lee thoroughly had my car checked right away and even test drove it. Nothing was found to be a problem thankfully. Within 2 hours I had my car back and I wasnt even charged for the service. Lee was great and I highly recommend Christian Brothers!!! Car is still running great and had no issues driving all the way home to NW Arkansas.

I brought my car to Christian brothers because I was told they are honest and have integrity. I did not know how true this was until I brought my car in. From the moment I arrived I was treated like family. They were transparent about everything and assured me that they would take care of the situation. And they did. My car is running smoother than it has in over 100,000 miles!!! They are not the cheapest. But worth every penny. And I will be using Christian brothers and Copperfield from now on for anything I need with my wife’s car or mine.

My experience at Christian Brothers Copperfield was nothing short of amazing. I was seen in a timely fashion, I received updates on my vehicle quickly, and the price I was told on the phone was exactly the amount I paid upon pickup. Everything that needed to be purchased and done to my vehicle was itemized and explained, and the prices were fair. I was especially impressed with the full car inspection. I have never seen such a detailed inspection report, and even though a few things were flagged for needing attention soon, I was never pressured into doing more than I came there for. Christian Brothers Copperfield went beyond my expectations and I they will be first on my list if any problems arise for me or my family in the future.

Excellent costumer service!!! I just did a state inspection and the whole process was easy and faster than expected! The day before I went to Rain Forest Auto Center and it was a totally night and day difference experience!!! Im glad I found them. After the inspection they voluntarily emailed me pictures of everything was done with the inspection report and let me know of things I should expect to take care soon. Ill definitely come back whenever I need car services.

I have never had service this good before. From the moment I walked into the shop I felt like they genuinely cared about my car problems. They were polite, respectful, stayed in constant communication with me and finished my truck before I expected. MY CAR DOESN’T SHAKE ANYMORE!!👏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏼 I brought my 2009 Honda CRV in to get the “D” light checked that was blinking every time I drove. Matt, the shop manager and his associate Sasha were very nice. Eddy and the shop crew performed a courtesy inspection and transmission fluid flush. This did the trick since my light is not flashing any longer and my car no longer has the shakes.😆 Christian Brothers Automotive did an amazing job keeping me up to date on how the repairs were going throughout the day and repaired it in a timely manner. I have been coming to this location for 4 years and they have always taken excellent care of me, never pressure selling me but making sure I am driving a safe vehicle. They get whatever is needing to be done in a timely manner and keep me updated on the status.Being single and using my car for business so much it is important to me to feel safe and confident my car wont break down and they excel in making me feel confident while driving.

CBA, inspected my vehicle for an upcoming trip Im taking. The cost was $150 and the feedback I got was from the vehicles mileage recommendations, they recommended that I get a tune up and change the spark plugs. I just was there less than 6 months ago and they gave me the same recommendation, so I had a tune up done more than $600 and now they are recommending the same thing. When I went to pick up my car 6 hours later, when I was told it would only be 2 hours. They also called and said I needed a new battery and they had one there, so I got it. When I called an hour later to get an update, I was told they are waiting on the battery to be delivered. I explained that I was told the battery was there and my vehicle would be ready in an hour. Three hours later still not ready, so I called at 4 and explained that I needed my vehicle today and that it couldnt stay there over the weekend. I dropped my car off at 10 and picked it up at 5:45. Been a customer for 10 years, no longer one.

Eddie treated me right from start to finish. Gave me what I needed and great suggestions for future visit. Shuttle service was an after thought, respected my time and got me back and forth to home and the shop quickly. Great place to get your vehicle done right!

Christian Brothers were very professional and on-time. I definitely was satisfied with the service and results. My only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars was that Christian Brothers are more expensive than others but I guess you get what you pay for and Id pay it again for the services and results I received, 👌👍😊.

I took my truck to be inspected. They were very courteous and the waiting room was quite comfortable. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and I will definitely go back for future automotive needs.

Christian Brothers asked me to write a review; unfortunately this will a case of being careful what you ask for.I took my wifes car here for an oil change and state inspection. When I arrived I was told it would be about an hour. It took 2 hours.While I was waiting I asked for pricing on a brake job for my other vehicle. Their quote was $30 higher than the dealership! Yes, they explained its because of a better warranty but...for brake pads? If you need to use the warranty on a brake job, the shop that did it shouldnt be in business.I then asked how much just to resurface the rotors if I brought them in so I could do the brake job myself. The quote was $100. You can get this done at any OReilly for $30.If you like to wait longer than youre told and pay more than you should for auto repairs and maintenance work, Christian Brothers may be the perfect place for you.All that being said, the staff are very friendly. Hence the 1 star, whereas otherwise Id be wishing I could give zero stars.

I had a great experience at Christian Brothers Copperfield. I wanted to find a company that i felt was trustworthy, and out for my good, not just their own.I believe I found that here. The staff (I worked with Matt) was great and helped me understand the issues that needed to be addressed immediately, and what I should be aware of in the future. They did good work for a fair price, and I will be back again.

The service I received was A+++ from start to finish, the bathroom was clean the waiting area was clean I felt very comfortable waiting on my SUV. I even got tips on how to keep the mosquitoes at bay ( essential oil’s) I was informed of every step of the process, when my car was done I received a report of things that I could do to prolong the life of my car. No pressure just suggestions, I have to admit I was a little scared going in I mean it was an oil change for 30.00 !??? On an SUV. However, leaving out I will choose Christian Bothers as my FIRST choice.

I have used CB twice once to do a complete engine exchange and recently for my CEL they did an excellent job both times with a quick turn around. They kept me posted with the status through the entire process. I would strongly recommend them

I first went in early in the day and I found out I needed to schedule my visit for the service I wanted.The nice man at the counter was able to walk me through setting up an appointment, while I had a squirming 1 year old in my arms. I returned during my babys normal naptime. I was offered a ride home, but I declined because I needed to go somewhere immediately after leaving the shop.The atmosphere of the office was so calm, that she was able to fall asleep. Which usually does not happen unless she is in the car or at home. They were done with time to spare. I was given tips on car maintenance before I left. This, by far, was the best service that I had ever experienced. Thanks Christian Brothers.

Great people here, very helpful and courteous. When I showed up, Eddie was nice enough to take the time and come glance at my messed up headlight assembly on an old Volvo -- I wanted the peace of mind after getting very un-helped by another mechanic. They sourced the parts and got the job done at a reasonable price despite the trickiness of old Euro parts.

UPDATE: A small mix-up with oil weight turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I noticed some oil leaking from the car and asked them to look over the vehicle when I brought it back in. They were extremely thorough and sent updates with pictures and video of the not just the issues that needed to corrected but also of all the things that are in good condition. It is a great way to get a health check up on your vehicle. John Paul was the best to work with! He kept me updated on the status of the repairs and costs. He never left me in the dark or had me questioning what was happening to my car. It really put me at ease and made the process a positive experience. This CBA location in Copperfield was really great. I appreciate great customer service and I feel like Matt, the representative that assisted me, really delivered on that. The service provided was spot on and they really exceeded my expectations to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. I went in for an oil change and they saw that my battery terminals were corroded. They took care of this for me without additional costs due to the severity of the corrosion. I was going to take care of it later but they took the initiative to knock it out for me. I cant appreciate that enough. You cannot undervalue honesty when it comes to mechanics.The time for the total service was what I would expect and was happy with the time. I was expecting to pay way more for everything than what I did so that was a pleasant surprise. I use to alway go to Jiffy Lube for services like this in the past and would pay almost 50% more for this same service. So in total I like the service at this location and will definitely go back for future services. Thank you.

Got an oil change done here. Great customer service!! But disappointed bc they told me all this stuff wrong with my car but wasnt. Everyone always seems to fail to reconnect the hose to my air filter and my check engine light comes on after every single oil change. Smh

I recently scheduled an oil change at this location Christain Brothers Copperfield. Upon my arrival I was advised my wait time was longer than I expected, so I decided to drop my vehicle off and not wait. I returned about 2hrs after my appointment time to pick up my vehicle. Upon my arrival I was advised my vehicle was not ready just yet, in fact it had yet to be started on. I understood the shop was very busy and I respectfully advised I could not wait and I would have to reschedule for another day.At this point Matt the shop manager asked if I would be able to return first thing the following morning, to ensure I would be taken care of promptly. I told Matt Yes, I would return first thing the following morning (7am).As I turned to walk out of the shop Matt stopped me and apologized for the confusion. I told him I understand, it was a busy day. Matt told me, when you come back tomorrow morning don’t worry, the oil change is on the house.I returned promptly the following morning and sure enough Matt was already at the front counter waiting for my arrival. The oil change was on the house and further more the customer service exceeded my expectations.I will return to this shop for my vehicle Matnence needs and I will encourage you to do the same. This is a trustworthy mechanic shop, which is hard to find. Highly recommend!

Came in for my scheduled maintenance for my Jaguar since my warranty just ended. The service was amazing. From calling in for a quote to the very end having add-ons, they treated me kindly and professionally. It genuinely felt like they had my best interest at heart. They took the time to explain fluid colors to me, helping me understand why certain fluids weren’t looking good. I am definitely bringing my vehicle here for its lifetime.

I removed the paper floor mat to discover it was put down after the mechanic had soiled my mats with thick dark boot prints.I had just recently cleaned my beige floor matsSo they don’t take pride in your vehicle.This should have been cleaned and I should have been told that it happened instead of them coving it up!! 😡

They diagnose my car professionally. They started testing components from the most probable cause to the least. They eliminated all the possible outcomes of that was causing my check engine to illuminate. Until finally they were able to detect the cause. Amazing service and quality parts.

My first time getting work done at Christian Brothers went very well. They worked fast and fixed the issue of my emergency break and didnt charge me for the adjustment. They offer rides back to your house. Only thing is the driver was asking about my nationality and trying to put ideas in my head about the upcoming election. Other than that the experience was great. They give a really exceptional detailed inspection report with pictures and video explanations. I’ve never seen any other place do that.

Christian Brothers on 529 is a great location for any work you need on your automobile. Eddie helped us up front and Daryl the technician did all the work. Our 2014 Charger needed a water pump, thermostat, hoses, coolant flush and a complete brake job. I highly recommend this shop.
