The mechanic is not professional. He made fun of my car because it was old and he keeping asking why I wanted to keep my car. I just simply wanted my motor to repaired correctly. I paid the guy cash and in full. After having my motor ship to them and my car being in the shop for 2 weeks the car still wasnt driving at its full potential. Upon returning the car to let them know the car was running horrible they didnt give me good customer service nor were they compassionate that I was without my vehicle the whole weekend. I asked him to take a look at it and he told me not to worry about it and walked off. I would not recommend anyone to bring your car to this shop because they dont appreciate good paying customers.

Great famioy owned business. They are very honest, hard working people who stand behind their work. They provide fair, competitive prices and give estimates that end being the actual price or very close to it. Im proud to say I do business with them. The people that I have referred to them have always been pleased with their work and pricing.

Walked in just to ask a simple question about my car and i was treated like i wasnt supposed to be there.

I took my own parts and he gave me an exact quote which was very reasonable. Also, the owners were friendly and even took me home when I dropped off the car. Mostly, Im very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again.

Friendly family auto repair! No-nonsense owners make it easy to get your car repaired without worrying if they are taking advantage of you. I took my VW in for A/C problems and after trying to diagnose myself, they said it was a part that does not go out often that would take 8 hours to replace since it was such a pain to get to (thanks, VW). I went ahead and trusted them and was not disappointed! A/C still works great for over a year and through the Houston summers! They will also try to work with you on cost.

Took my cars here 3 to 4 times. Thought I was getting a fair price good service and what not. However this changed completely when he wanted to perform a fix unrelated to my issue. When I explained to the owner that I had done some research on it online and that I thought it could be something else, he got angry and said Go fix it your self then Never going back.. He lost what started out as a loyal customer.

The auto parts shop employee recommended this repair shop and I have always had a good experience and good price when they work on my 2009 CRV.

Poor service. I took my car in for a little fender bender and they fist say it was just going to be a couple of hundred dollars nothing over a grand. 4 days after I come back, they said its going to be 2,000, outrages for little damage. They were being disrespectful to my mother in law and my girlfriend. When I got there, I told them I wasnt going to f****** going to pay 2 grand then he cursed at me and got on my face telling me to punch him. Horrible experience. If you need work done, just do it yourself or go somewhere that is more trustworthy and respectful. Save yourself from headaches.

Very good service, Ive always taken my cars and SUVs there. I will request anyone looking at this post to buy your own parts so you will only pay labor costs. Ive owned a 1996 maxima _ ball joints, a 1998 Infiniti qx4 _ timing belt, water pump, oil changes, sway link bars, etc.... And currently my 2001 qx4 sway bars. I live in clear lake and travel to see them.-Nick

Very bad/cold attitude of the owner of the establishment. Very poor service. Never provides a quote for the work to be done. My advice would be Never take your vehicle to them. They dont care for customers.
