Drove from dallas to see the X6 inventory, it was just a walk-in and just to see and test drive an X6. Didnt expect to take home one!! My wife and I was treated with the utmost respect, even with regular clothes nothing fancy. Talked with Alex Gheith as my Client Advisor, and I have no words how he treated my wife, dog and I. Every experience was great with him, no pressure, honest, and body language was genuine. Darrin Felsner was my CCFS Manager and I love how he handled all the paperwork and financial parts of the deal. He made sure everything is tailored into our needs. Overall, It is an exceptional experience.

I have been going here for almost ten years. They are all nice in the Sales dept but Customer Service has declined in the Service dept. Didn’t want to deal with the Extremely rude & untrained staff so started going to the Woodlands location. Definitely happier there.

The production phase was quicker than expected & I was kept abreast during the entire process. Closing was easy also, I was able to complete all the paperwork in about an hour & happily drive off in my new X7!

I’ve been coming to this location since I purchased my preowned X3 last year . The service was excellent in the beginning when I was just pulling up for coolant top off . My last 2 visits regarding maintenance not satisfied at all . I was told last visit 08/13 I had to pay for diagnostic even if I just got things done that was covered under my extended warranty which makes no sense because they had to the diagnostic to find out the issue anyway to cover the items that were covered under warranty anyway . I got all the maintenance they suggested I needed which cost me an additional 350.00 on top of the 200 deductible for the item covered under warranty . This visit I went in on Monday 09/27 and my vehicle was diagnosed which pretty much same issue I paid for in august . I called a couple of times for status of my vehicle yesterday which I never received a call back the whole day . I received no assistance on loaner vehicle or info and told my advisor is not in today . This will be my last visit to this location for service or maintenance request .

My experience at BMW of North Houston was great! My salesperson, Paula Stevenson, was patient and allowed me to process my purchase without any pressure or haggling. I was actually my salespersons first sale at the dealership! The sales manager was also pleasant and share how I might benefit from being a loyal BMW owner. I really appreciated how the sales manager offered me opportunities to get acquainted with the car before making my decision to purchase. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car.

I bought the most beautiful Bmw G30 from this dealership and the salesman (Shawn Massiah) was friendly till sale was final and I complained about a non functional headlight.. he then became a total stranger.I was handed to a nice lady (Cassey) in service who promised to fix my headlight and motor mount with dealership warranty (Easy care).There is NO ETA on when the parts will arrive so I have my fingers not only crossed but TIED TIGHT.I be patient and wait like a gentle man.

I opted to build my 3-series after failing to find the exact one I wanted. I began sending out inquiries to multiple dealerships around Houston in hopes of obtaining a reasonable offer. Many of them wouldnt even talk about the car. They requested I come to the dealership to “talk it over.” I didnt favor the idea of driving to the city only to find out they didnt want to give me a reasonable price. Then I received an email from Randy at BMW of Houston North with a detailed sales proposal outlining their offer. I was thrilled to have some transparency, although still cautious. It is a dealership, after all. The best part was that Randy did not request me to come in to discuss the build; he just submitted what I had done online.When I picked up the vehicle, the entire buying process was quick and easy. Everyone at Houston North is exceptionally generous and thorough. They answered ever question before I could even formulate them in my head. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a BMW. Ask for Randy!

My experience with BMW Houston North was exceptional to say the least. I was a little nervous since I hadnt bought a car in over 10 years. My sales expert, Alex G. greeted me at the door on my arrival and escorted me to the exact car I wanted. To my surprise, the car was in my budget even with all the bells & whistles. The finance expert, Leante assisted me in finding the best package to fit my needs while keeping me within my ideal monthly note range and I left the dealership on cloud 9. The first thing I’ll say is wow I’m really amazed how fast they actually got me in and out.My salesperson was very helpful in getting me setup with a vehicle and they actually kept they word as promised.I’ve been to several dealerships and all had said one thing but did another.The price they quoted me on my trade was as is spot on. Not a penny off.The only thing I will take away from is that I have to Waite to receive my car as they are doing inspections and minor repairs to get my vehicle to me other than that A1 financing team I have hopes of returning in the next few years to get my next BMW .

Alex called and made a very fair offer to purchase my car, she was great. The people behind the curtain however, not so much. It was a simple car purchase, I had to sit there for 4 hours to get my check. I admit their was an tiny undisclosed dime size chip in the windshield. I was fine with the $1000.00 deduct. So why the 4 hours for simple paperwork on a car I owned outright? If they were not simply “handling “ me then incompetence is the only answer.

I always have an amazing experience when I take my car in for service and Cassey is my service advisor, she is always so polite and helpful and aware of her customers unique requests. I work nights and most times Im sleeping during the day even when Im off; so when she needs to update me on my car maintenance she will text me instead of calling me, and I just take care of it when I wake up. I will always request her as my advisor anytime I need maintenance.

The service provided was excellent. They diagnosed the issue quickly and my car was fixed within a few hours. Ariel explained the diagnostics and kept me informed through the repair. My only complaint would be the cost of the repair. The part was only 50 dollars, but the repair was 530 dollars total. I found it quiet expensive. I did not shop around, but maybe next time will.

Warning light came on so naturally got to go check it, they kept us informed of what needed to be done, I wish the diagnose was not so high, but I know the parts to my vehicle are going to be expensive. We made an appointment which I am glad we did, the car was fixed with in the day. Only draw back no courtesy cars available. Jason was our go to in the service department and did a good job. Would go back to them for service.

I reunited with the BMW family in 2017 and I have no regrets. Ive purchased 2 new cars from this location and each time my experience has been great. Neither did I have to haggle over prices, nor stay all day. A simple phone call was all it took. If youre looking for a great no nonsense sales rep, Khalid Bynoe is your guy. If you need a great service representative I highly recommend Rader Evans. Overall, I believe the staff is great and you are guaranteed to receive great customer service from the beginning to the end. I believe this will be my forever BMW family!

This is the second time that I have my car serviced at BMW North. I have had a mixed experience. I can share the pros and cons of my experience. One pro is that typically, for a certified BMW that gets serviced, this dealership offers a rental that you can use while your car is being serviced. Cons, both times that I’ve been there, it has been hard to get an update on the status of my car. I’ve picked up my car and I’m still waiting to hear back on a couple of items I was promised I would hear back on. I thought that if I reached out to the manager, I would have a better chance of hearing back but that has not been the case. I paid for a service contract but I have to work hard to get answers on my side. Another con is the coverage offered on a certified car from this location. You are really getting a service contract through one of Autonation’s service providers . Not so much BMW so be careful when you buy a certified car from this location because you may not have the same experience as buying a BMW certified car from another true BMW dealership. Another pro is that most of the people I’ve dealt with are very nice. However getting the job done and being nice are two different things. It would be great to have both.

Compared with the other BMW dealership in Katy, BMW of Houston North knows how to treat the customers in the right way.Randy B. is the one who helped us to get our dream car and also the offer that we can handle. He is a passionate and patient person. But meanwhile, he knows how to leave you enough space and not being aggressive. We felt comfortable communicating with him and did enjoy the time while he showed us all the fancy features of the car.As for the car itself, I am so happy that I have this gorgeous and powerful car. I planed to choose the car among Q7, GLE 350, and X5. Finally, X5 win because of its outstanding horsepower and unbeatable driving experience! The dealership has a nice selection of vehicles and the staff are quick to respond to inquires and concerns during the sales process, but their service after the sale has been substandard in my opinion, we bought a vehicle two weeks ago and I was given the run around on them fulfilling their agreement to repair the windshield. Hopefully since I finally heard back from them today we can get it fixed soon. Not sure what the disconnect was here but the experience overall has been okay but not great.

Cassie, the individual who assisted my was courteous and informed me of all the information I needed for my vehicle and it’s service needs. I even received a free wash and vac. Beyond frustrated with BMW Houston North. Leased a new ‘21 X5 last November. Was sold a 3rd party warranty that I’m paying for monthly. All the paperwork for it was scanned in and sent to me blank. Also says I have a $500 deductible but they promise me I don’t but won’t put it in writing (first red flag).My Local BMW dealership in Austin can’t locate the warranty in service dept and so I Called the warranty company direct myself and they claim I don’t have an account.Sent an email to finance manager a months ago and no reply. Then back in July I Called and left finance manager 2 VM’s a week apart, and no response or call back from her. Weeks later I called the General Manager of Dealership, he promised me he would get it resolved right away. 7 days later still no call back or follow up from the GM himself nor the finance manager.Called for a 4th time, spoke to new car sales manager who said he would send a note to them both immediately and have one of them call me back and finally get this resolved.4 days later the finance manager called and she promised to email me ID cards that shows I have a warranty account/profile and other info for the warranty. It’s been 8 days and still no email or follow up.It was what seemed like a good experience when I bought the car, however horrific post sales experience which shows their true business model. Post sale is 10x more important and I’m totally shocked the hours I’ve lost trying to figure this out. Now having to work with BMW finance/corporate to figure it out since it appears this was all a scam.Only reason I purchased here was because they had the equipped car I wanted. I should have stuck with Momentum BMW, they have impeccable service!

Update 03/10/21: Service Department has been awful. I cant get a return call from anyone there to dispute why I only have 2 lugs on my M2. I think thats a pretty serious concern if you ask me. Luckily I havent driven it much or at all since it came back into my possession after service.Its been 3 days now since the initial call... Id expect better service coming from a luxury dealership, but I guess not... (GM number doesnt do anything if it just routes to the receptionist line and I do the exact thing prior).

Worst dealership experience I have EVER had. They sent the vehicle payoff to my home address instead of the banks and made it my problem to get it sent out rather than send out another check to the correct address. I drove across town to hand deliver it to the bank. No apology, no attempt to take care of the mistake they made. It had been 10 weeks since the trade in, many emails, multiple complaints to corporate, before I finally received my equity check. I have confirmation they received the title several weeks before they finally sent the check out. Unapologetic, unprofessional, unwilling to make the calls needed to get the title and send out the check in a timely manner.

I went here to seriously inquire about a 4 series car. The gentleman I talked to was nice, but he immediately looked to my father as the one to purchase a car. I hate that yet he did redeem himself a bit. To no fault of his, there were no 4 series cars for me to look at or test drive. Plus he always insures that I receive a nice clean new loaner car even when I take my car in for something minor. The service department does a great job of accurately diagnosing any concerns. I recently visited the sales floor and was very impressed with the experience. I also had the opportunity to speak with the sales manager, great guy. This was the easiest and smoothest car purchase transaction we have ever made. We arrived about 1:00 and were out by 5:00, usually its an all day affair and we are at the dealership past closing. Fortunately BMW of North Houston diagnosed the issue, ordered the replacement parts and it looks like the car is now functioning as expected. I had an appointment with Daniel Aro the BMW Genius so that he could teach me about the different features and functions in my 750i. First of all I had no idea there was a complementary service like this and secondly I had no idea that BMW had a Genius to teach such a class, and boy was he a genius!!! I learn so much about my car and how to use features I didn’t even know it had, or to afraid to try using features like Assist Parking and driving in manual. Every time he showed me something different I was blown away and supper excited, but I think Daniel was just as excited as I was just showing me how to use everything, based on the smile on his face😄 Daniel, I had a blast and I can’t wait to use everything you taught me. If you haven’t made an appointment with Daniel Aro the BMW Genius, you are missing out!!!

They were absolutely fantastic!I had been searching for a used Mercedes-Benz SLK for over three months. I had gone for a test drive three other times before BMW of Houston only to find that the seller had misrepresented the quality of the vehicle.Mike that BMW of Houston was absolutely fantastic to work with. He sent several additional pictures of the vehicle before I came to test drive. The vehicle was exactly as described when I arrived.Additionally, BMW of Houston had done a full inspection, provided that inspection to me, and corrected any items that were not acceptable.I flew from Michigan to buy this vehicle. I would highly recommend doing business with this organization.

I have the best Service Advisor! Cassey Monroe does a great job in exceeding my expectations, no matter the task or challenge.Had some issues with a front window replacement, during my last visit. This is the second vehicle Ive purchased from BMW of Houston North in the last six months. And the second one Ive bought from Philipp Crosbie.Why? Because he is an excellent salesman who understands his cars and he understands his customer needs exceptionally well. He is thorough, engaging, incredibly knowledgeable of luxury vehicles, and is as pleasant a person as one could meet.I couldnt be happier with the transaction.

Is there not anywhere that you can good customer service anymore???After waiting on hold for a half hour on the phone on Tuesday, II booked a Thursday appointment for my wifes for service and a warranty issue.I arrived at my appointed time and was asked, Are you sure?Took over 30 minutes and they finally came back and said, I am sorry, sir, your appointment is for tomorrow.Let me just say, I would NEVER make an appointment on a Friday. My mornings are too busy and I dont want to deal with picking a car up on Friday afternoons.It is amazing that a high end dealership is so disorganized and has to lie about losing an appointment! So nearly 2 hours blown and have to make a new appointment!This is not the 1st time we have had issues with this dealership. It will be the last. Going to your competitors for future service and purchases.

This dealership is very straight forward in their dealings. They tell you what they can & cant do. They dont promise anything they cant deliver. Khaled, the salesman I dealt with was just awesome. Will definitely check them out for any future car purchases.

AutoNation listed a discounted price off MSRP for a new 3 series that is explained as being “available to everyone” yet when I tried to purchase a vehicle at that price I was told it’s only valid for people financing through BMW. Also, two separate salesmen simply stopped responding to me in the middle of my attempt to buy a new 3 series. This place is staffed by exactly the type of folks you don’t want to buy a car from because they will rip you off the first chance they have. This dealership exemplifies why people hate shopping for cars, and hate car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and find another BMW dealer in the area.Update: Despite the dealership’s claim that they are “deeply concerned” about my experience, the General Manager has not responded to an email I sent to him about it. That says a lot about the leadership here.

Great experience. I really dislike buying cars. I hate the whole process from the sales to closing. Yet, somehow this dealership surprised me. No High pressure sales. Sales rep (Ali) was very easy to get along with and professionally managed the process with no surprises (fixed price, no dealer add-ons). George took us through the paperwork process and closing. Again, no stress nor pressure. As much as I dislike car dealers, I find myself giving them 5-stars and they deserve it. No, I wasnt asked to do this (5 star) by anybody at the dealer. They just emailed me a survey. Id go back.

Inconsistent service experience. I own two BMWs; a 430i Convertible and an X1. I purchased both of my BMWs through Vroom online. I have had minimal issues with both vehicles. Honestly, I dont have high expectations for performance of any cars built in the last 20 years. This is why I typically purchase a (new to me) car every 2 -3 years on average. I make sure to have a good deal left on the factory warranty and also purchase the extended warranty in case I end up driving more. My first service experience with BMW of Houston North was positive. My 430i had overheated while driving. It was a Saturday, we called and I ended up with Rader as my service advisor. We had the vehicle towed across town, Rader stayed a little late and made sure I had a loaner vehicle to drive when we arrived. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism. My car was fixed in a timely manner, I was updated throughout the process, and very happy with the level of service. My first experience sold me on having a BMW. It was exactly what I would expect out of a luxury brand. I returned with a minor issue and had an equally good experience with Rader. Unfortunately, my latest experience was not up to par. I called to schedule an appointment because my A/C was having an intermittent cooling issue and the SOS warning was coming on intermittently as well. I was told by a woman that was scheduling that I would have to wait 2 weeks if I wanted a loaner car. She blamed the lack of loaners on the chip shortage. This is not entirely accurate. After much research I learned the BMW corporate is penalizing dealerships for having more than 39 loaner vehicles in their fleet. For every vehicle that they have as a loaner over 39 they will send one less new car for them to sell. They have effectively tied the hands of their service departments to provide the level of service that you expect when you buy a BMW. I called again and asked to speak with the service manager regarding the loaner issue. Carla was not immediately available, but she did call me back 1 1/2 hours later. She managed to get me a loaner for the following Monday; my call with her was on Saturday 8/14 and I brought my car in 8/16. I was satisfied with my experience with Carla and appreciated her getting me the loaner. I was not happy with the way I was initially treated by the women scheduling the service. They were abrupt, rude and unsympathetic. I spoke with two different women, I didnt get their names, but they were both equally difficult. They each had an attitude when asked why I couldnt be provided with a loaner; neither considered no A/C in August to be a mechanical issue. I have always taken the you catch more flies with honey approach and tried to be friendly, while questioning the reasons why. They simply werent having any of it! They both had a level of contempt in their voices that was unprofessional and rivaled a call center at Comcast! I delivered my car Monday morning and met Jason my service advisor. He seemed friendly enough at first but his attitude changed a bit when he realized that I purchased my car through Vroom. I realize that my X1 is an entry level BMW, but regardless of that I should have the same experience as someone who owns an X7. I do own two BMWs. I have one for fun and the other for practical purposes. I needed a loaner because my daughter is using my 430i currently. His attitude became dismissive, like I should be grateful to have gotten a loaner at all. How and where I purchase my vehicles should not matter! I own two BMWs, both under warranty, and I should receive the level of service every BMW owner is promised when they buy their car! I got my car back on Wednesday, it was fixed but recommended that I get over $1K worth of tires and alignment on a car with 11K miles on it. I went to have my tires checked at a small BMW repair shop that I get my oil changes at and they said my tires are good for at least another year. My next car will not be BMW.
