A/C not blowing. Working from out of town. 97 degrees and went to Joe’s. Ordered part that afternoon. Dropped car off before opening and Joe had it fixed before I had a break to pick it up. A man of his word and price was a lot lower than what I thought he quoted me. Will give my 88 year old friend his number and address.

Joe, the Owner, knows his stuff..... but some of his mechanics dont and/or dont care. I took my car in 7 times for various jobs and had to take the car back 5 times to get 5 jobs done right..... Maybe someone didnt like me bringing in my own parts when a repair was needed. To many auto repair shops use the cheapest parts they can get for a job and then bump up that cost for parts to the customer. But hey..; its the USA in 2021 and Freedom is going down fast. All good things will end. Merle Haggard had it right years ago. Dont think it wont happen just because it hasnt happened yet !

They dont overcharge, and Id leave any of my vehicles with them. It comes highly recommended.

Ive been bringing my cars to Joes for roughly 10 years. Theyve always done right by me and when there was an issue with a repair not being done correctly they would make it right. I dont expect perfection from my mechanic; I expect knowledge, honesty, and respect. Joes has all of these things. Joes son, Joe Jr., can be a bit to the point and blunt but Ive never experienced him being outright rude.Id like to address some of the negative comments (as few as there are). No one likes to have to spend money to fix their car, and if youve every worked on a car youll know that sometimes as you are fixing what you thought was the main issue you find a related problem that also needs to be fixed. Its never good news but its the way fixing things works. So if youre looking for a trustworthy mechanic this is the place.

I got the over heating situation fixed for less than I would have at the dealership.

I drove in there early, they were already busy. Asked one of the mechanics to see what was going on with my car. Got on the ground, looked under, got up, went to the shop to retrieve some tools. Got under again, worked his magic, and in five minutes, it was fixed.How much?Nah, nothing for that.I was expecting at least a couple of hundred dollars due to part replacement, but he fixed the original part.Just amazing people.

I highly recommend this business! I dont know much about cars, but I have a 12 year old vehicle and it started making a loud rumbling sound when I was stopped. I took it over to Joes Auto Repair the next day and it was fixed within an hour at an incredibly affordable cost! They also changed my oil quickly for a small fee. I’m very confused as to how this shop has good reviews. I was just told that it would cost anywhere from $500 to $800 to get new brakes on a CHEVY IMPALA. He clearly didn’t want my business because he was rude from the moment I drove up. I guess people who go to him are okay with throwing away their money?? Not sure.

I’ve come to Joe’s many times and will continue to. They are honest people who always show kindness and patience with a genuine desire to do right by their customer. Just today, Joe found some issues that he could have taken care of and charged me for but informed me that the dealer would likely do them for free as he remembered a recall being issued on at least one of the parts. Knowledgeable AND Super Honest - One of my clients has been going to Joes for over 20 years and he highly recommended this place. After we replaced the original battery in my 2013 Cube, the readings on some of the inside electronic instrument cluster stopped functioning (blinkers, trip meters, mpg, hazard lights) and my door locks no longer automatically unlocked when turning off the vehicle. The dealership said we “may” have created an electrical surge, when switching out the batteries, causing a spike in electricity which “might” have shorted out a portion of the body control module. Yikes, say no more..... That part alone costs over $400. So, I decided to visit Joes for a second opinion. Joe Sr heard my story and said he would first attempt to reset the computer (approx. $50). In the end, it was a simpler fix. The computer did not need to relearn its functions. A 10 amp fuse was blown and cost less than the original price quoted. Super honest family run business (Joe Sr and Joe Jr). Lesson learned. These new vehicles are more complicated than we ever imagined (one big computer brain with multiple fuse boxes). Let the professionals change your battery because you could potentially cause a really big problem. They have me as their customer for life!

Super friendly. Honest. You rarely find this in the car repair business. Joe and Max will be seeing my cars whenever car service is needed. They fixed the front end rattle on my jeep at no cost, flushed my transmission fluid and checked my coolant to see if it needed flushing (he said it checked out fine). Reasonably priced for sure!

Great service and people. It is somewhat more expensive than other service shops, but the service I receive every time I take in my vehicles is A+. Once an issue is fixed, it is fixed, I dont have to come back unless something else breaks, except for my regular service intervals. I make sure to follow the vehicle manufacturers service manual preventative maintenance intervals which makes visiting Joes a lot less than if I didnt. Whenever I have needed my vehicles worked on Joe has always been great, always available, performs excellent work and is quick but my vehicles are fixed right the first time. If there is ever an issue with a repair he stands by them with a great warranty. Though, I havent had to warranty work in my over three years of going there.

Extremely honest and outstanding mechanic. Joe is always there supervising and working. I took my car in for the 35,000 mile maintenance visit. I maintenance my car every 5,000 miles. All I needed was a new oil filter and new oil. They also filled the fluids. This cost me $95. Joe never, never, never tries to replace items that are not needed. Fantastic and wonderful shop!!I love this place!!

Not only did there refer me to a great towing service ( Codys Wrecker Service) the driver came out picked me and my vehicle up and was supper polite.When I got to the shop the guys looked at my vehicle and was able to give me a very good price to fix it. They figured out it is a battery problem and called to verify that I want to replace the battery. I confirmed. Later, they called again after they found out my previous battery was still in warranty and proposed to, instead of selling me the battery, let me borrow their battery free of charge so that I can drive to replace my battery where I bought it.

Our first interaction with Joes Auto Repair was when my mother was unable to get her steering wheel to unlock. They sent a mechanic to our home to assist and didnt charge us a penny. I then went to have my door ajar light and sensors checked. Turns out the sensors were just dirty and they cleaned them up completely free of charge. I also had a known oil leak that Id previously had checked out by 3 other mechanics. Joes fixed it for over a $1,000 less than the next lowest quote. This is now a go to mechanic shop. The work is always completed in a timely manner, the quality top notch, the price fair, and the mechanics are all so pleasant. We definitely recommend Joes Auto Repair!

Joe was a great Mechanic! He told me my problem (which turned out to be nothing) and was really kind! He told me I didnt have to fix it if I didnt want to, but if I wanted him to, he would. He also filled up my tires with air without me even asking him about it! Will definitely be coming back.

I asked for a full auto check and it wasnt done. I spent a lot of money with them repairing what they did find but there is still some major problems. Now I have to get a new car and all the money invested is just gone. The work they did do was great and the customer service was good too. I just feel weasled.

I live in a set of condos right down the street from this place. Everyone there goes to Joes, and I have to say I was LUCKY to find this place. Hes a good guy, just like some of the other reviews here read. I usually do my own work, but now that I moved to a condo with small parking, I cant exactly leave my BMW in pieces for a few days.I asked Joe to help out with a small item I suspected to be faulty on my car, and he offered to take care of it for free because it was a quick simple task. That afternoon I get a call that I was wrong about the problem, and way more more work was needed, like an hour instead of 5 minutes. When I showed up and asked for the final cost for the labor, they said it was still free. I mean, talk about sticking true to your word, even though I was at fault. Simply amazing. This shop is seriously awesome.

This is my favorite place of its type, and I am not the only person that prefers it above all others. Therefore, if you are not there by 07:00, they may not have enough space or time for you. My only request would be for them to please open a second location or expand their current location.Note that there are no tire services here.

I normally dont write reviews but this time I feel like I have to. When I brought my car in, it had a check engine light with 12 error codes and an engine stalling and dying at low rpm. I wasnt sure I make it to a mechanic.At the end of the day I came to pick it up and the problem was gone and they didnt charge me anything. I had to ask twice. They said it was just a dirty filter and I dont have to pay anything. So all the positive reviews are true, they are knowledgeable, honest and they are not trying to take advantage of you.

I took in my Acura MDX today to see why the steering was pulling to one side. We had already had the tires aligned twice (by Firestone) & a new tire put on recently (by Discount Tire). It appears to have only needed be tires rotated & the shop did it free of charge. Well be using Joes again for our next vehicle need & letting our friends know what great service we received!

WOW! I turned my car in to Joes because the dealership I bought it from said the ball joint driver side needed replacement. I decided to get it fixed in my hometown of Houston. As I pulled up,I met Joe in the parking lot, he seemed super nice. then as I told him inside the quaint lobby about my ball joint issue, he blew me away. He said that sometimes places will say the ball joint is bad when it isnt, but he will take a look. WOW I thought, thats rare. A truly honest mechaninc. too good to be true right. WRONG, I get a call from him the next morning saying ball joints are both good and the car is g2g!!! toally recommend this guy if u want an honest appraisal in Houston.

Drove my car up there, had to have ot towed out. Said my head gasket was dammaged and quoted me a price, when i said i would look elsewhere i got the car back and it wouldnt even turn on.....also filled my coolant up with straight water.......shady place.....sad they damaged my car....
