I was skeptical to purchase and switch to the Houston based Allstate Insurance Company, but it has been the best decision Ive made. Not only has it saved me money but the staff has been great to work with. Staff are very professional, courteous, and what I have enjoyed to date, is the continued communication and service provided after purchasing insurance with Allstate Insurance, in general, and Pisani and Associates, specifically. They are very responsive and return my calls or inquiries promptly. Its very clear to me that Pisani & Associates take great pride and believe in customer service for its customers. I am very pleased with being a new member of Allstate Insurance and Pisani & Associates in Houston, Texas.

They saved me a lot of money from my last company. Almost more than half with more coverage including my home owners insurance. These guys are great, and very responsive. Even answered an email on a Sunday.

Moved to Allstate from Progressive a few years ago, have had both home and auto insurance through Adams agency and Ive been very pleased with all aspects of the relationship. Adam and his team deliver a fantastic response every time Ive dealt with them. If youre looking for professional, pleasant, prompt, proactive, punctual, personal service (and thats just the Ps!), you should give Adam Pisani a call.

I love Adam’s Pisani Allstate Insurance Office . They have always been professional and are prompt when I have any questions or concerns.

On 2/31/2020 we called in to see why our rates were increasing and to see if we could lower our rate, we were told they would respond with an email after they looked into it. We had yet to receive and email as of 3/4/2020 so we decided to go into the new office on fm 529 to speak with our agent. We were informed by the receptionist that we were receiving the all the discounts that they offer without adding on a life insurance policy or adding their vehicle dive tracker. If we wanted a lower payment we would have to reduce coverage or decline the driver safety bonus check. We were told that rates are just increasing and that they might go down in the future, and that ist only $28 more. Yes it is only a $28 a month increase but that is $336 more a year, and has been on a steady increase since we got Home and auto with them in 2015. I said that if that is all they can offer the we will just have to shop it around, the receptionist said she would have a manager look at it. The manager came out and told the receptionist that if we wanted a lower payment we would have to lower our coverage. The manager was rather unperson-able, the receptionist was friendly but appeared stressed. We went down the street to State Farm and kept our coverage level and saved $70 a month ($840 a year). One of the best life tips I have ever received is to shop around your insurance every now and then.(Update)After reading several other reviews on here Adams response is not surprising, it seems that the quickest way to get his attention is to leave a review on Google. He nor his staff covered any other options to adjust our coverage, maybe if he had met with his client in person to discuss options instead of leaving it to the receptionist or even one of the managers to talk with us in more depth we would still be a client. To save a grand total of $13 a month and miss out on the once every six months safe driver bonus (on average $45) would require a downgrade to gold instead of platinum a saving far less than what we got for the same coverage else where. To imply that any other national brand would be a downgrade from Adams stellar and attentive service only highlights his feeling of insecurity. Im sure Adam believes he is the best agent there is and he might be to some, but he failed to meet our expectations. In the future I can see us using Allstate again, just not with Adam. My advice is still the same shop around your insurance for better deals, with so many agents available they need to stay competitive.

Adam and his team have been providing services to my family for so many years I cant count. Always a cut above the rest. Very responsive and customer oriented. They know their product and the market. We are a knowledgeable and demanding client, knowing that, Adam still meets or exceeds our expectations every time. I would recommend him and his office to one and all.

Insurance - Something that we purchase that we hope we never have the occasion to use. Since it has no tangible value it is something and if we could we would avoid purchasing; but in the modern world it is unavoidable. Because its nature we prefer saving as much money as possible when we purchase it.Recently we met in our insurance agents office to go over our policy and they were able to make suggestions that would help save us some money, and were able to show us some areas we needed to increase our coverage. The net result was that we left the office saving a few dollars from what we had been paying previously.Adams staff was very helpful and understood our desire to have adequate coverage, without busting our budget. They patiently reviewed our policy and took a great deal of time answering all of our questions, without making it seem any of our questions were stupid. We neither felt rushed nor feel like they were trying to pressure us into purchase anything beyond our current coverage. Typically I try to avoid these meetings out of fear that it will be one of those sessions that they will try to up sell but at the end of the meeting we came away feeling good about the decisions that we made.

I’ve had Allstate for many years and have been very pleased. Been hit a couple times by non insured and Allstate took care of it. I’ve asked for a rate reduction lately because I’m retired and don’t put my car on the road as much. They were kind and gave me a reduction.

We have used Adam for all of our insurance needs (home, second home, cars, umbrella, flood, etc.) for many years now. He and his team have always provided great service and competitive pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking insurance quotes.

Terrible agency. Adams staff dropped the ball after I reported an accident - they didnt enter the report into the system. Adjuster then found it odd I didnt report the accident. Adam was always too busy to speak with me about the issue. After I fired his agency and wrote a negative review, suddenly Adam had time to harass me - multiple emails, phone calls. Now wherever I write a review, Adam claims I harassed him.
