My family and I have been using Allied for years. They have fantastic rates and super friendly staff. Ive never had an issue!

James helped me find the lowest rate for home insurance in the area and without cutting some of the important coverages. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who is also a new home owner. And especially if you were like me and have done more than 10 quotes on your own and still are not happy with those numbers. Awesome people to work with!

DONT RECOMMEND. Terrible service, I regret walking into their agency office looking for auto insurance . I put one star, only because I didnt have the option 0 stars or worse. I went there looking for a quote for progressive, they told me to sign a paper JUST to be able to look for prices. They say they’d call me back with information, but they never did, so I got insurance somewhere else where they told me clearly what I was doing. I come to find out that allied insurance agency located in east sam houston pkwy took the liberty of switiching me to them when I never gave them authorization to do that, especially after they never tried contacting me to give me any information. No one took responsibility for their actions, and tried giving me excuses saying a certian person was responsible for insurances when that same person was there supposedly helping meand they tried passing off the problem. I have resolved my issue thanks to the new agent I found not because of Allied Insurance or the “experienced insurance professionals” they have.
