I have been with Mitch Landry’s office for 5 years and I never plan on switching agents. His office has amazing employees that are always professional, down to Earth and very responsive no matter how urgent I need a response. 10/10 the best Agent I’ve ever had.

This office is amazing, your service is taken personal by the staff, especially working with the office manager Connie, she goes over and beyond for her customers new and old. I also like the fact that Greg will take time to really educate you on the products you may be interested in purchasing to ensure youre getting what works best for you. I seriously had the best experience ever. Great service! Great saving. Best customer service and rates!

Ive been with this agent for 10+ years if not longer. Ive been trying to add my new purchased vehicle to my insurance and it has been 13 days since I first called them. Took 2 voicemails to get a call back a couple days before. Called yesterday and they were supposed to call me back and still nothing. They do not answer the phone on first try or at all lately. I will probably be moving to another agent or company after this.

I’ve been with this agency for over 4 years. I’m not one to leave reviews but felt like others should know this agency is top notch.I couldn’t move into my complex without renters insurance. Mitch and his team had it faxed within minutes so I could proceed with my move.I believe the Briar Forest Lofts refers a bunch of business his way specifically for the reason above.Thanks to you and your team!SR

I have been with this agency for three years. I switched to Mitch Landry State Farm when they were able to save my family $600 a year on auto insurance. Connie has bent over backwards to help my family, often working outside of business hours to get them taken care of. We have never had any issues here... perhaps because we pay our bills. Thank you Mitch and Connie for all you have done for my family.

I love this office and the staff has been nothing nice, Elliott is great and Greg Gallaway needs a raise he is the best!! He talked and got me to understand my policy better and got me renters insurance at a great rate and he also listens... Love this location!!!!

Was signed up for almost a year but made the best decision to quit them and State farm entirely after some surprising behaviors from this agent. I chose to add a vehicle to my account and I called his office to know how much it is going to cost. About a week later, on my way for a lecture, he called me to give me the starting cost and my new monthly premium. I paid the starting fee and went for my class. 4hrs later when the class was over, I changed my mind and called his office to inform of my desire to remove the vehicle. Whoever I spoke to said he is going to implement it and I will get my full refund. A week later, the car is still showing on my account and my refund hasnt shown. So I called the office which as usual in most cases doesnt go through. Left a voicemail and also sent a mail to request whats going on. I got called back and I was informed that the process is still ongoing and if I dont get my refund in a week, I should call back. A week, I didnt get it and I called. Whoever I spoke to said he will call me back. In d call back, the person said I will get a refund of 33 out of d 92 I paid and the rest will go to my next billing payment which I already paid in full 2 days earlier. No problem. All these happened in June. I wasnt ok with that decision. So I asked the agent who made the decision and he said State farm. I asked for the persons number so that I can ask why directly. He said he doesnt have the number. Thats when i started having big doubts about this agent. He said he is going to call back. After the call, I immediately ran an application with root and I found out I can save about 36 dollars with them and so I switched. But I was not done with Statefarm and the agent because I want my money back in full. The agent kept saying Statefarm wants an evidence of me not in possession of the car anymore. How is that possible? If I am still in possession of a car or not is none of their business. The main idea is I cancelled a policy the same day I started it and if Mitch Landrys office filed the necessary paperwork that same day I cancelled, there shouldnt be any problem. I guess they delayed the cancellation and State farm felt I used about 2 weeks of the policy before cancelling and so I am not eligible for the money back and need to prove I dont have the car in possession as of the date I claimed I cancelled it. As a matter of fact, I was told by Statefarm that their record shows i signed up on June 6 which in actual fact was 17th. So 6th till about 25th which was when I guess it was finally implemented made Statefarm feel I used the policy for the new car. So much dishonesty and games by this agent by backdating the new car policy so that I dont get my refund. Till a week ago, I was till dragging it and the idea came to my mind that Why not file a claim with Discover with which I used to make the payment. I have a record of the phone call Mitch Landry made to me to start the policy (June 17) and record of the deduction done few minutes I gave him my card details, and record of the call I made to his office 4hrs later for cancellation. Discover ruled in my favor and returned my money. My advice to whoever is looking for a policy: Avoid Mitch Landry, and if u cant, have a recorder recording ur conversation. Never pay with cash or money order. Use a card. And if after days u report a dispute in charges and no refund is made, they are not forthcoming, just complain with ur bank to get ur money back

I would give less than 1 star if possible. They added 2 of my sons vehicles to which titles were clearly & solely in his name to my insurance without my consent. Causing my premiums to go through the sky & then evaded speaking with me. Then, dropped my coverage by claiming I did not pay my premium. The manager did a lot without owner knowing I suspect . I asked to personally speak with owner & was told, I handle everything, I run this office. Well, you lost me as a customer, which may not matter but, your business is dirty & I want no part of your representation in the future. Supposidly, the owner replied to my email but, I dont think so. The manager admitted their fault & stated, we terminated Elliot for his wrong doing but, when I called you at the end of June, you didnt pay. So, thats your fault. She is underhanded & not trust worthy at all. Im glad she doesnt work for me! Shes the one that shouldve been terminated!

I have called on numerous occasions and they NEVER return the calls; have not experienced this with other insurance companies before. Im done with this place.
