I was looking for car insurance for my grandson. He is young but responsible, I was referred to this Insurance by the dealership where we bought the car. I had already obtained insurance somewhere else was just so high, so I decided to get a quote from Brightway Insurance boy was I glad I did! Not only better coverage. But saved him a $ 100.00 dollars a month. I could not believe the difference. if you need good insurance for a young person this is the place to go.

Honestly the cheapest place I found insurance! Only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is cause I was quoted one thing but then all of a sudden if I didn’t keep the insurance I already had then it would go up $15 which was still cheaper but I feel like if you quote me one thing it should stay that quote! When it was quoted I’m sure it was already known that I need to keep my current insurance for 8 more days!

I just recently got coverage on both vehicles plus our new home -- and I have to say that I’m very impressed by Mr. Portillo ‘s attention to detail and follow through. I spoke to two other companies and by far he was very engaging in every aspect of the process and laid out several options, helping me entertain all three scenarios on the home policies and the different possibilities on the automobile coverage. Gave me worst case scenarios and the likelihood under each different coverage/plan (thorough). I’m certain there are other agents out there similar to the Santos Portillo team, but I have to say, I’m glad I have my best agent.
