Meybell was very professional, nice, efficient, and delivered above customer service expectations. I’ve called a dozen insurance companies for my 2018 financed Nissan Altima and by far A Abana Insurance is more affordable by a couple hundred dollars. I recommend anyone to at least give them a call and check out their rates. You will not be sorry.

There is not enough words to describe how wonderful, friendly and caring the employees here are. I am located in Dallas Tx. I needed insurance and Anita made it really easy for me. Not only did she help me out, but she seem to care. She called me a few days later to follow up with me. I did not feel like just another number. I have spoke to couple more other ladies in the office who are just as wonderful as she is. We are headed to go too Galveston for fishing trip in few weeks. I am going to stop by and see you guys.. This insurance place was ok in the beginning, buy when something happened come to find out that it is as another company that was categorize to me some outfit named American Access Insurance Company, but again when an incident happened you CANNOT CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE, so opinion is that these places actually SUCK, STRAIGHT TRASH.

Abana insurance has excellent customer service, its agents are professional, respectful and always ready to help you. They have the patience to explain everything to you regarding your auto insurance policies, I feel very calm and grateful to do business with this company.

Do not choose this company as your car insurance company. Especially at this location. When you file a claim, such as robbery of your tires, they will blatantly blame you for it. They will claim to do an investigation and other ridiculous excuses to not pay. Save your time, money, and a headache. Please go elsewhere.
