Abel and his team were so nice and provided great customer service. I had gone to multiple collision shops to get a quote before coming to this place. Best collision gives you an honest quote with great pricing in comparison with other competitors in the area. I will definitely come back here for any future repairs. Dont even bother giving these people an estimate, theyll find every excuse to go over it by $400. Theyll also take a week longer than they say it will take, even if you tell them you need it by a certain date. And youll have to call them to find that information out, because they will make zero effort to keep you informed. These people are thieves only interested in your money.

My car was crashed while parked. Being a Mazda bought from Jeff Haas, they recommended Best Collision Center. This was by far my worst experience with a repair shop.A hail storm hit the shop while my car was there, and they did not even worry to call me about it. When I called to see if the car was ready to pick up, they informed me that not only the car was not ready, but that it was severely damaged. They did not take any responsibility and even started to fix the hail damage without my consent. They fixed it so badly that notably chipped the paint, and made a hole in the frame (which I later found out that it is a cheap way of repairing hail damage). I had to get into a fight just to get my car out of there and into another repair shop. The original job was not even well done, the paint color was off, and you can see one paint drop from a drip in one of the sides.They handled the situation badly, completely condescending and unapologetic even though my car got $4k of damage while at their shop, and when I told them that I wanted my car back because I did not want them to profit from what happened, they were refusing to give it back.I am surprised about some of the other positive reviews, but my experience was utterly negative. Bad experience, bad job, avoid at all costs!

Very good, they repaired the damages to my husbands Mazda CX5 from an accident where his car was parked and unfortunately involved in the collision and hit by a power pole that was knocked down in the accident, and the car looks and feels like nothing ever happened.

I went in for one of their free body work estimates on a Friday around lunch time. They saw my car and completed an estimate in less than half an hour with very little wait time! If I get work done there, I will be sure to add another post about it, but so far my experience has been really great there! The staff is especially friendly and eager to help! Abel Sabala was extremely helpful and kind! I would for sure recommend this place for exterior (body work) car repairs.

They gave truthful estimates and fixed my vehicle appropriately. Their business is not based on haphazard capital gain but by ensuring the customer is satisfied and treating them as family which is rare in Houston.I am truly satisfied and would recommend them to Family, Friends, and Colleagues.

They just moved to a bigger location just down the block but they were the same old helpful smiling faces when I saw them to remove the dent in my car. Best Collision Center truly IS the BEST! The side molding on my car (which prevents dings) fell off last year and the Mazda place referred me to Best, which put it back on at NO CHARGE. The glue they used has kept it firmly in place. But then this year the other side molding fell off, and once again Mazda referred me to Best. Incredibly, Best fixed it, too, again at NO CHARGE! Rest assured should I ever need serious body shop work on my car, my first choice will be Best! .. pb

The crew at Best Collision was fantastic. They helped me sort out the damage of getting rear ended, and they even worked with my nearby dealership to help make sure I got genuine parts (even though my insurance would not cover it directly). They made the experience of getting rear ended tolerable.

I had a great experience working with the team at Best Collision. They were professional and did the job within the cost estimate provided. In addition to the quoted work, they also mounted by truck box at no additional charge. Additionally, they also took the time to clean out the interior of my vehicle and take care of a few minor scratches on my truck. I cant recommend this team enough.

Took 44 days to fix my car last year, and although Harvey did hit in the middle, it was still a very long wait. My car came back with many signs of flooding with dirt caking the non obvious interior panels but Best denies it. I know its not their fault and I told them that yet no change in response. Other than that, my car came back with many trim pieces not fastened properly and the entire handbrake boot wasnt affixed at the bottom (not fixable without taking out the console). On top of all that, the car came back filthy, disgusting grime all over the leather. Zero TLC given, I should have gone with Service King...

Last month they repaired the rear bumper on my 335i. Came out looking like new. They did a few other courtesies that they didnt have to that I wont mention, but are greatly appreciated.The same car went through a hail storm two weeks later. They are taking care of it now.. will update!

After some idiot hit my Mazda in the parking garage at work, I called my dealership to ask which body shop they use and they immediately told me to call Best Collision. They did great work on my car! You cant even tell where I was hit. They did a great job working with the other partys insurance on my behalf and my car was ready very quickly. On the day I dropped it off, they had Enterprise on speed dial and called to get me picked up - I literally just had to hand them the keys and the insurance paperwork and then relax from there. They even put up with my incessant phone calls to check on my car the day I had to return my rental. Hopefully, I am never involved in another accident, but if I am, I will be bringing my vehicle back to Best Collision

Great workmanship with awesome folks working there.

I was rear-ended by a Ford F-350 in my little Mazda Protege and had considerable damage. They totally replaced my outer trunk and rear bumper, and matched the paint perfectly!! I had a spot inside my trunk above the wheel well that had rusted out, and water was leaking through and rusting my jack that sat in that spot. They patched that up for me, and even cleaned up and painted my jack - for free! When I picked up my car, they walked around with me with the extra paint and touched up any little scratches and spots that were exposed or rusting with the paint they had mixed. They took so much care in fixing my car, above and beyond what a normal repair shop would do. I was so impressed! They are really great people, very friendly and trustworthy. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

Honest prices and nice people

Everyone thinks that I drive a brand new cars - well the fact all my cars are over 10 years old. I take all my cars to Steve and Abel every few years to have them iron out the dents, fix the scratches, fix the bumpers that have been victims of hit and runs in parking lots and whatever else they think need to do. I get them back looking brand new. The are a hidden gem in Houston. I suggest them to everyone I know. Not only are they the best body shop in town, you will go there and be treated like family. I have never left with anything less than a grin from ear to ear. Dont bother shopping around, they are honest and will get you taken care of. AAAA++++
