My bmw m3 got into an accident which caused driver side damage, my insurance recommended this shop to me. The body work was not ok, could see orange peel, paint color was wrong, did not do car alignment or wheel balance. Argued that the paint was not the same, they did offer to redo the paint, however they did not do it right the first time, why would they get it right the second time.

This is a great body shop for any make or model vehicle. I have known Marilu for 20 plus years and she has spent most of her life working in the body shop business. Glad she went out on her own. I am taking my own truck in for repairs as soon as they get my parts in.

They work quickly so that you can get your car back as soon as possible. Marilu is awesome and she is great at communicating, whether it be because she heard from the insurance company or because she is giving you a status update. She is very knowledgeable and is happy to talk to you about your car, repair or anything else you might have questions about. My dad has been coming to this place and recommended it, I really liked their service and work as well. My car has been in two accidents, and the first place I took it to doesnt really compare to Sunrise. I like it here!

Dont take your vehicle here. The manager and the associates are all totally unprofessional. First, they didnt tell me until 5pm about my vehicle being ready. They are far from town and hardly gave me any time to pickup my car before they closed and said they would charge me another day for the rental if I didnt drop it off. I RUSHED over there before they closed and thought I had given my keys to the hispanic associate. They urged me to that the vehicle there instead of hertz. Weird? Turns out they didnt have them and didnt let me or hertz know until a week later! Therefore, I was charged over $200 for a car they had in their possession, not mine because they didnt inform me or hertz about the return of the vehicle and wasnt aware it was in there SMALL parking lot? When I called to ask about it the manager was so rude, wouldnt take any blame, and then hung up on me twice. She refused to even let me talk to her. I couldnt believe it.

Great work...easy to deal with

The staff was nice when I dropped off my vehicle but things turned sour when I I picked up my car. I pointed out several things about the repair I was unhappy with but the estimator seemed annoyed and gave me attitude. They conviniently had me pick up my car after it turned dark and when they were about to close. Although they did tell me to take my car back the next day if I was still unhappy, I am not going to. I dont like the way I was spoken to and Im not confident in their work seeing how they gave me back my car with some noticible things that should have been repaired. I also just found some paint drips on my car that werent there before I took it in. My car is grey the paint drops are black. Really angry about that. Im glad my insurance is going to let me finish the repair elsewhere. Would not recommend Sunrise!
