I was very impressed with the quality and level of workmanship performed by the body work experts at Service King (service center #56), lead by Eric, the store manager. They went well above and beyond my expectations.I received superior customer service from this team. I dealt mainly with Jacob, who kept me updated via text messages and phone. I was always provided a thorough update of the time-line, and the process. Jacob was very courteous and knowledgeable about any questions I had,Not only was it ready on time, It looks new! My car was broadsided and the passenger front and back doors were so damaged they would not open. Yet, when I walked outside the service center to check out my car, It had been washed, polished, the entire interior thoroughly wiped down and vacuumed, the tires shined, and it looked brand new! No kidding! They even made my bent, front license plate look new! I was pleasantly surprised and I am very grateful.I highly recommend this Service King (Southwest Frwy) location. Eric, the manager has assembled a phenomenal team of highly skilled professionals who are polite, conscientious and have a strong work ethic. You wont be disappointed.

Great job with changing my rear bumper and repainting it post a fender bender.Also washed and cleaned the vehicle from the outside which gave it a completely new feel.Provided update via text and call daily and were transparent throughout the process.

They never gave me the key for my wheel locks and now i cant drive my car with a flat tire. I asked about it and they cant help me at all. I have to spend extra money to get them off. NEVER GO HERE

Great experience with Service King! Highly recommend using them. The biggest issue I had was with the Enterprise car rental on 59 and Gessner. Ther were very unprofessional and disrespectful. Would avoid them if you can.

After getting into an accident, the person at faults company sent me to these guys. They were extremely amazing - gave me feedback everyday and kept me up to date with my car. they finished ahead of schedule, washed the car and had it towed to my house because I was not feeling too well. I dont remember all their names but thank you especially to Eric, Roxanna, Camron, Mark - sorry that is all the names I remember. But awesome job you Guys and thank you for being so informative throughout the process and bringing my car back safely to me. I appreciate you all. Awesome team!

I took my truck here recently after a rear end collision and Service King did excellent work. From the time I walked in the front door they were completely on the ball - calling a nearby rental shop that I reserved a car at to let them know I had arrived, sitting down with me to go over the repairs, and even staying in touch with me throughout the repair process so that I knew what was going on. My truck was ready on time and the work was incredible. Thanks Service King!

Great place to get auto body work done. Finished my car earlier than projected and marched paint perfectly. Definitely would use them again if the need arose.

They do handle your car and will get you set. Great customer service and very professional.

They over charged on things that I didnt need and things that I did need they didnt even mention. Dont trust this place, they even stole my headlights and didnt realize until the other shop told me I was missing headlights. Everything was suppose ld to be in the car, but apparently not the headlights. They told me theyd call back and still did not respond...

One stop shop for all your service needs. From Travelers Insurance concierge claim center on site, to car rental office (also on site), to excellent body shop. Service was prompt and professional. Work well done and painless for me. Highly recommend it.

This place was one of the best repair shops Ive ever been to. I had insurance, so I didnt have to worry too much about the money, but it seemed comparable to other places.Heres the breakdown:- The staff were friendly and they kept me informed (almost annoyingly so) as to every step of my repair process- They went above and beyond by actually asking the insurance to take care of part of the damage that I hadnt even seen that they believed was related to the incident- They detailed AND washed my car for free.I mean. Im going back next time something happens to my car, and Im super picky about my repair shops.

The customer service was ok at first but they returned my car with white hand smudges on my black leather, a hard residue on the outside door that they had to run in to get a solution to polish it off, and window tint with a couple of bubbles. I was told to wait a week to see if the bubbles went away on the tint and to call back a week later for them to redo it if the bubbles remained. I attempted to call them three days and left messages and no one would assist me and my representative Jason would not even return my calls after he told me to call him regarding the matter. So the customer sevice went to poor. I finally was assisted by the receptionist on a Friday because Jason would not come to the phone. She advised that I could bring the car in on the following Monday and she would talk to her manager and have the tint guys there at 7:30 to redo it. I get there in the pouring rain and the receptionist is not there, tint guy is not there, and I was not scheduled. So, no one there knows anything about it. Now, they are requesting that I come back at 2 while they try to reach the tint guys. I would not recommend their facility due to inconsistent customer service and quality of work.

*Extremely* satisfied with the entire experience.Smashed my rear-view mirror leaving the office and needed it fixed quick. Sales Rep Cody Farber helped quote me the flat bottom-line cost in a few minutes. Moreover, he was quick and professional throughout the repair process and had my car in-and-out of the shop in a few hours. There is literally not a single thing I was dissatisfied with.A no-fluff or nonsense guy, Id recommend Cody to any of my buddies and would use him again without question (though lets hope I dont have to).

My vehicle was delivered 3 days ahead of schedule and looked like a new vehicle.

If you value the quality of the paint on your Car and Ethical Consideration and treatment DO NOT take your Vehicle to this place.The paint job was lousy had white specks all over it (Vehicle paint was Black), spilled paint on my splitter and used something strong to wipe it off and took the original paint off of the splitter and did not repaint it. Constantly was being told how good they were and they would not send out a car looking bad.....NOT...it looked very bad!!!Took Seven (7) days just to paint a front bumper....initially told me it would take 3 to 4. Came up with ridiculous excuses.The bottom line is....they will tell you anything to get you in there and receive your money and completely renege on their commitment.And frankly I think they were overly expensive!!!If I could give them something less than One (1) star, i would!!!I will not recommend these people to anyone!!!!

No point in going to this place. On top of terrible workmanship the customer service was equally as terrible. They warranty stuff for life but when something goes wrong its just a list of excuses and lies for why they cant cover the repair and why you have to pay more to fix the terrible quality of repair they did in the first place. Had it verified at two other repair shops, both said I was given the absolute run around. No legit attempt made to address the situation. Just a weak excuse to get more money or get the customer out the door. Stay AWAY!

Had my vehicle repaired here. When i got it they said they cleaned it inside and out. As soon as i got in i could smell the paint in my car. I dont know if they were painting other cars and had my car doors open but it was horrible. There was paint spots in my car and dried paint also. Not only that they broke a plastic piece from the bottom of the seats. Horrible work in the exterior by the way. They said they would use genuine Nissan parts but that was not the case. Some plastic parts were scratched which let me to believe they were not new parts. My insurance paid $3,880 and they couldnt replace a plastic part?? Very Dissapointed. IF YOURE SHOPPING FOR A BODY SHOP. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will not take care of it. Very messy work. Oh and BTW if Service King wants to know, It was a red Nissan Murano.

This place is terrible a took them 16 days to repair my car I will never recommend them or trust my insurance company to send me to a highly recommended shop buy them their customer service is terrible they made me feel like I was a piece of trash every time I tried or complain and on top of it I found out the damaged more parts car is at another shop and Im looking at another week of repair
