We brought our vehicles here to have inspections done. We were able to get right in and received quick service. The woman working at the front desk was very nice and accommodated the waiting area for our kids while the worked on our vehicles.

I went in to get an inspection on my vehicle. It took less than 10 minutes and the staff was very friendly. Gilmar inspected my vehicle and was very informative. Definitely going back!

We dont live very close to West Bond but we always come here because the service is exceptional.

I dropped off my car for body repair (they did a good job) and asked them to do the inspection while it was there. A week later when they called and told me that my car was ready, I go pick it up and they tell me when I get there (not when they called to tell me it was ready) that it didn’t pass inspection because the check engine light was on and I need $400 worth of repairs. Common sense says that I wouldn’t have asked for an inspection when I dropped it off if the check engine light was on because obviously it wouldn’t pass. I’ve let them work on my car a few times, but they won’t work on it again. I never had problems with my car until I started taking it there for oil changes.Follow-up: Two days after I paid them $400, the check engine light came right back on. I took it to another shop that works on Lexus vehicles and the problem was an $88 hose!

I started taking my car to Westbahn Auto Service about a year and half ago to fix issues my husband was having on his Buick Lacrosse CXL they did a full body inspection on the car and diagnosed the issues with pictures along with reasonable prices way cheaper than taking it to a dealer. I am a very articulate person so I dont just trust anyone, but this beautiful warm spirited family auto shop serviced the vehicle returned the car and I havent had an issue since. They first replaced the motor to the passenger front side window following an extensive break and rotor job afterwards they replaced the engine coolant reservoir tank because of a leak that was causing antifreeze to drain out of the car which in turn made the car overheat . They also fixed a transmission and oil leak in the vehicle but nothing was done without the pictures showing exactly what is wrong with the vehicle. I have yet to see a body shop go to such depth for customer satisfaction as this Mom and Pop shop has. Please beware if you go to them for an oil change make sure to check your oil before you leave if you know how. I went to them and they did not put oil in my car. They towed my vehicle and charged me an additional 90 dollars for the tow. They are manipulative. You could end up loosing your vehicle trying to save money. I purchased a Groupon for this service avoid them!!!!! There are several other mechanics that will do good.

My car was fine before bringing it in. Gotta be honest if anyone knew what I went through on the long term with this shop....they’d be surprised I’m giving it 2 stars. I’m in dented for quite some time finically to the loan service this shop provides for “work” to my vehicle that still to This day seemed foggy at best. Dangerous at worst. I had no issues with my vehicle until I took it here. I got an oil change and asked for a check up to see what work on my car may need to be done in the future. Or even if anything was wrong I didn’t know about. The suggested a master cylinder change for my brakes.....well the day of I get my car back after the install the first master cylinder. On my way home my cars brakes lock up. So they tow it back. They can’t figure out what’s wrong after purchasing another master cylinder to only find the same issue. I call and ask what’s wrong they do not know. I contouring checking in until they say my car is eventually ready and “fixed”. With no confirmation given on what master cylinder is in my vehicle or anything. My car drives just like it always did this time except now my check engine light has come on after one day....yep. So I go back they still not knowing the problem replace my ABS and charge me. I needing a car and not being able to pay that cost so suddenly had to fall under their loan category. Now of course they don’t know this but their awful work popped my brake light on my repair light on and my check engine light on. When I went to try and speak to a manger on all the finical issues and foggy details. Their employee told me he was asleep. Like a coward he was unable to face his transgressions. I give this place two stars because they can sure change oil, but past that I wouldn’t trust them. For their sake I hope they practice better service and for my sake i hope this loan goes away fast. Either way took my car to a real trusted mechanic afterwards and life made sense again.(Part 2) Get this they wouldn’t refund the broken master cylinder in my vehicle and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. Then hung up on me after sarcastically saying “happy holidays”. On my life never go to these people. Oh and yea I’m suing them.

Ive been in Houston for almost 30 years so have been to plenty of mechanics across the many areas of the city Ive lived. These guys are A1. Always do real quality work and fast as well. Prices are solid and I never feel bad about the money I hand them for the work they do. I got super lucky this time. As a way, I assume, to support the local community Westbahn started a giveaway of multiple different services and I won a wheel alignment! Had it done this morning. They took my car back right at the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. To be giving back at a time like this, during the Covid-19 pandemic, is really phenomenal. Thank you Westbahn crew. Inspections always quickly done

I came yesterday for an alignment but told the man I would like for them to check the car before they do anything I waited 2 hours and they had my car lifted but no one was able to do a thorough check. But I had to leave because I had to get my kids from school. I told them I’ll be back in the morning but from what I was told they said I didn’t need anything done but just an alignment. So I came today now they tell me I needed a camber kit for my rear tire but they were going to charge me almost $270 for one. I told them hold on I was going to call around first before I made my decision but other shops were charging me more than half of what they told me. So you mean to tell me Almost 90 for labor and the rest for one bolt . I know I’m not a professional in this field but I think they are so full of it. So I went in told him I will go elsewhere for that camber kit because they are charging way too much for just a bolt to be put on then he tells me oh it was a mistake they quoted me for two but had I not told him about that and said to go fix it they would still charged me for that amount. So full of it. I hate to even give them money for an alignment but this will be my last time. I should’ve known not to come here after they told me in the past that I needed a new starter and water pump but I am so thankful that i went somewhere else only to found out that it wasn’t a starter I needed. Just water pump and my battery connector were worn out but starter was perfectly fine. But I gave them a benefit of doubt to give them Another try plus I saw on Groupon they had a deal on alignment but never again... you can find a better shop that’s trustworthy and more reasonable with their prices

They are a family owned business and now the second generation is managing the business. Their technicians/specialists are certified in Germans and Japanese luxury vehicles. She was sold a car that had many things wrong with it and Westbahn Auto Services is working to bring it back to tip top shape. They was able to accommodate me to get back home while they work on the repairs. I’m truly satisfied with all of their services, care, and concern!

They are professional and helpful! The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is they are definitely overpriced. $550 to change one spark plus and ignition coil doesn’t seem fair to me. I was able to do it myself for $86.The customer service and friendliness is definitely worth mentioning, so if I have the money, I will work with them again.

My go to oil change place

Ive used them twice. I needed a better post because my car kept not starting. I went there and they replaced it for me for free. I dropped my car off today around 10 am for a four wheel alignment and my car was ready before noon.

I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE with Westbahn Automotive between the staff and the mechanics I dont know who to be more disappointed in . The Master mechanic has no idea what he is doing. I have had to bring my car back twice each time a job was done, the first time was a fuel pump the second was a timing chain both weren’t done right and left me stranded somewhere. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible why should I have to call you to ask you when will my vehicle be done . The heavy set customer service lady zhurie just sits and lies about the car “ your car is being worked on “ when she didn’t even get up to check just lazy . Stay away from this place they have had my car for almost two weeks and when you call they just say it will be ready next day . Drive the little distance to Reliable Auto will save you a headache and time .

The service was very quick and thorough. Received an alignment and state inspection. Communicated thoroughly on minor things that wouldve caused me to fail the inspection. Luckily they are also an auto repair shop so fixed the minor issue so I could pass. Very happy with service.

Had vehicle fixed here some time ago and they recommended more expensive work then needed. Got the small things fixed and have not had any issues until yesterday. Vehicle stopped on my son in the middle of the street so I called to inquire about a warranty and was told to take a picture of the issue. How? Vehicle stalled on other side of town while I am home. Explained this and it didnt seem to matter. Had to get a ride &rig it myself to get it there,only to get a call the nxt day saying there was nothing wrong with it. Duuuh, bc I put tape on it to hold it in place. Long story short, be careful dealing with them.

Ive been to Westbahn on a few occasions for maintenance, inspection, and brakes. Ive always found everyone there to be very courteous and the prices reasonable. My roommate has been taking her vehicles there for about 13 years. We are both loyal because of the customer service and excellent work. We trust them.

I went for full synthetic oil change. Didnt have to wait too long even though the time was around lunch time so that was good. The waiting area has a few chairs for customers. There were K-cup coffee and cold bottle water available which was nice. However, I didnt see restrooms for customers at the waiting area like other repair shops. The front desk staff didnt seem like the chatty type. No usual greetings when I first went in. No how are you, etc. So I didnt bother to ask about the restroom since I didnt have immediate needs.

Needed my annual inspection and stopped here. A little worried about places in this COVID world but this auto center was clean, fast and friendly.

Dont get anything that will take more than one day on the mechanics side. They held my car for over a month, and continued to order the wrong part, the manager Lori believes that the costumer is wrong and will not fix your car until they are done with their john moore contracts. I Highly recommend you keep looking for a better shop.

Regarding the Detail/Autobody department: My cars roof was scratched up at a nearby car wash so the car wash referred me to this shop for the body work repairs. Despite the friendly service and professional staff I must say the quality of the detail/paint correction was very sloppy.... there was leftover compound all over my car as if they did a quick wipe and sent it out. As a former detailer at a dealership I had to point this out.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place on earth!! I was charged $129.99 for a new set of spark plug wires which was not put on my truck. I was charged $29.99 for each spark plug. There isn’t a spark plug you can buy for $29.99 each. I was charged $500 in labor for a 1 1/2 hour job. Horrible place to do business with. And the lady that answers the phone is a hack and will tell you that you need 100 things done that don’t need to be done to try and make more money.

The service was great. Work was done at a good price and I was able to make a Saturday appointment. All in all very happy.

Just to have an estimated for the check engine light was very helpful to help me but nice to tell me what was going on never been there before

They took a long time to come and diagnose my car. They said they would see me in 15 minutes but didnt come until an hour had passed. But they put a new starter in my car and all worked well after. Price was okay at $220 I believe. Their towing partner charged $55 for towing for one block which was okay.

Never taken my car there nor would I recommend you to. They use the shop at night as a hang out with friends to blast music, rev engines, dance, & holler on different occasions. On at least three-four different nights we have had to call the shop late after hours to ask them to turn down the music. Usually they answer and comply but I wouldn’t trust leaving my car at a place used as a bar. Hopeful these instances will lessen as the shop has the opportunity to be neighborhood friendly.

Came right in and got my inspection by John efficiently! Kazori even let me know other things that’s going on with my car and gave me the price and tips on getting it fixed.

Really good people and really good service. We used a Groupon and there were no additional fees like many other places, and they told me about issues with my car without trying to pressure me into buying another service. Loved it.

I am not too sure how they misdiagnosed my car 3 times, but they did. Spent thousands of dollars, over multiple visits, only to be told the issue was resolved, but a day later my car was not drivable. After 3 months of my car being in and out of the shop, the exact same issue was happening. Whats worse, I was told that they would have a meeting to possibly refund some of the money I spent on them putting bandaids on my car multiple times, only to never hear back from a single manager. Very disappointed, as my family has been coming to Westbahn for multiple years with multiple vehicles.

I went here for a full synthetic oil change on a Groupon and I was told I had a leak in my radiator. They showed me I didn’t have any fluid in the container. My car is only three years old, and I’ve only had it for a total of eight months as it is new to me. I’ve never had any problems with it before. I decided not to get the work done here, because I still have a warranty and would prefer the dealership. Anyway he couldn’t show me the leak and wanted to run a diagnostic, I let him do it and was told I had a leak in the top hose. They did me a favor of filling the liquid before I left. I went straight to the dealership and was told I didn’t have a leak and for weeks now my liquid has been full. I don’t know what type of game they’re trying to play there, but it’s not funny and it’s not fair to customers coming in. I was told I had to pay $100 out of pocket to get the flush that was necessary to replace a hose. Anyway after all that the mileage for the oil change was only 3,000 miles. I expect more, this isn’t my first oil change and I pay extra for synthetic. I’m not even sure that’s what they put in my car. Listen I know I came in on a Groupon and I saved money by doing so, but please don’t try to steal your customers. Shady business would never come back here again.

Good experience. My Tahoe had a check engine light come on and I dropped it off in the afternoon for a free diagnostic and received the analysis on the bad part, had it replaced, and had it ready to go by the next morning. Very reasonable price as well.
