Horrific! RUDE!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! WORST PEOPLE EVER!!! I CALLED FOR INFORMATION SEEKING ADVISE FOR A MUTUAL CUSTOMER, THE LADY YELLED AT ME FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB, FIND ANOTHER AND IF YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS, START A BUSINESS YOU ACTUALLY DO LIKE.ZERO STARS.

My car was stolen about 2 weeks ago, and it was towed to this lot. I went the next day, per the instructions from my insurance company, to see if the car had been damaged in order to determine whether or not I would be responsible for the fees incurred from the towing and subsequent storage. Thankfully, my car did not sustain any damages beyond what it currently has. One of the employees at the lot suggested that I tell my insurance company that the pre existing damage my car had was a result of the theft. She told me that there was a body shop at the location and that she could help me with the claim. Last time I checked, that is considered fraud. I asked if I could have AAA tow the car from the lot as the keys were not recovered when the car was. She stated that AAA could not come on to the lot. Fast forward 2 days later (Monday). I contacted a locksmith to meet me at the impound lot so that I could have a new set of keys made. This location will not allow a locksmith on the property unless they have the same licensing that tow truck drivers are required to have. The locksmith and I were both very confused by this; however, all of a sudden, the same employee that told me that I could not have AAA tow my car on my first visit all of a sudden changed her mind and said that I could have the car towed after the locksmith was refused entry on to the lot. Additionally, when the police contacted me to let me know that my car had been located, they confirmed that a certain item was in the car. I saw this very same item during my first visit to the lot to assess the damage. The day I was finally able to get my car, this particular item was suddenly missing.

Im not one to leave reviews but the lady in the front is rude and unprofessional,racially biased..Dont waste your time, shes just going to end up yelling & unwilling to kindly help.She doesnt even deserve 1 star.

The lady at the front was very rude towards my mom and they overcharged her for towing my brother’s car. The car wasn’t there for even a day and they charged her for it. Do not recommend! The lady was really rude and unprofessional. And she said if we complained she would charge us more! We just asked her questions in a good manner and she came out with an attitude!

My sister was in a car accident in a car that was in my name. I drove from Dallas to Houston to help get her belongings out of the car. Online clearly states that the hours of operations on Saturday are 9am-2pm. They refused to let me in and said they had to be by 1:30pm which is before the closing time.

Please dont ever take your car here!!!!!!!!!! Run!!! Ask some one else to tow it!!!! These people have been more than a headache releasing my car after it was towed from a wreck. I have been more than hassled from these people to use their own shop he called 4 times in a 20 min period, I finally had to raise my voice and tell him DO NOT TOUCH MY VEHICLE!!!!!! I recorded my conversation because I didnt want him to twist my words. If there was a 0 stars I will use that in a heartbeat!!!!!

This place is extremely unprofessional and the lady is just rude. I’m a nice person I say yes ma’am and I’m sorry I didn’t hear that. She just kept yelling and saying HOLD ON!! HOLD ON!! Cool. She didn’t listen to me long enough for me to get a question out. Which was the same thing she later had to explain but would have been resolved if she had listened instead of interrupting me.

I got a fleet vehicle manager for a few years now. And without a doubt these are some of the worst people that Ive ever dealt with . To be a fleet vehicle manager for a large corporation I kind of forgot that places like this actually exist but they do! Z-Ro customer service. I had to call the Houston Police Department to intervene so that we could get one of our company Vehicles released.. I would not recommend this place to anybody, but I would recommend this place to be totally disbanded and license to be revokedA place like this should not be operating in our great City

Horrible. My cars has been in their storage for over a week. I can’t get it out. Very rude and was very loud an mean on the phone. Refused to give me his name. He said no one needs it. I will never use them. Unfortunately I didn’t have a choice I was in an accident. Don’t use

These people are horrible !! Do not go there by any means ! They towed my brothers van and when we got there to get it back they didn’t allowed us to open the hood to change the battery. Van was stolen so we wanted to check to see if the battery was not good any more and that might have been the reason why it wasn’t turning on. These people refused to let us open the hood ! About to go check and see if it’s legal for them to do that

High fees over charged a day for storage Other than that was courteous about sticking it to you.

How can they tow your car earlier Sunday morning, then tell you the lot is not OPEN ON SUNDAY to pick up your car. And the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, sorry I woke you up lady!!

This place was horrible. They got us for every PENNY they could. Finding every excuse to make the whole process as difficult as possible, I hope this place gets shut down! They ripped our battery cable off the terminal and left the key in the on position to kill the battery. Another guy that came for his car at the same time said his door had been left open, killing his battery as well. Then when we came to get our truck, they would not allow us to even pop the hood. We had to pay $75 more on top of the 325 we already paid, to move the truck 30 FEET out of their lot to the street. I paid with $80 and they wouldnt even give me my 5 bucks in change. Said they didnt have any 5s. Funny seeing as how I had just paid 325. They had a 5. Straight up con artists. Reported to the tdlr. We had been calling for 3 days before someone finally told us how much we needed for the truck. After they racked up a ton of fees. These people suck!!!

I wish I could review this place 0 stars. Arrived and no one was at the front, waited 5 minutes, knocking at the window, and after no response I went in through the door they had, and also no one was there. I started to walk to the back to see if anyone was there but I was rudely greeted by what seemed to be this crackhead lady who clearly doesn’t have a sense of customer service. All she asked was if I didn’t see the sign, and after looking for the supposed sign that says to call when no one is there, I couldn’t see anything outside. She then went on to tell me if I would think it’s okay for her to just walk into my house the way I did. I didn’t feel like arguing with her, but if it’s a business and no one is coming to you after five minutes of waiting, and you see an open door of a business, I’m obviously gonna go inside to try and find someone. Really wish I wouldn’t have got my car towed with them. Most unprofessional place ever.

This place is trash the lady at the front window is trash she can yell and curse all she wants then yelling at my husband while we get our stuff from or vehicle that wrecked the night before then she uses her dog like he is going to attack us this place needs to shut down or fire that trash. Or not letting my 10 year old son help get our property from our car this lady does not own it we do....lol thieving ass people trash these people are trash. She got everything in my car and through it into a trash bag with a cup of coffee and it ruined my babies ultrasound pics and inportant papers. She can hide behind a dog and window all she wants I will make sure she gets a good court date.
