I got online and registered at this location for the GSA Auto auction. I was able to get a list of vehicles from the GSA and was further able to bid on the vehicles I selected with ease. After I made several purchases I was contacted by the administrative offices who gave me all the information that I needed to complete my purchase and get the certificate of title and the sale paper. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and kind and sent me follow up documents by email and snail mail.

I have been in the car business for over 20 years selling cars all over the auctions and not just in Texas, but all over the United StatesToday I made the biggest mistake by trying to sell a truck at Houston auto auction.The truck book value is $30000,Told them to run the truck on a green lightThey said they willBut They didn’t, they ran it on a red light as isAnd the auctioneer started at $12000 killing any chance of getting the right money for it.And now they want $25 before I can get my truck backDealers Be awareDon’t take your cars to sell at this auction.Bad Management, didn’t want to help.A total waste of time.The auctioneer didn’t know what he was doing.Had to pay for transportation to get my truck to the sale and now they won’t release my truck unless I pay them $25.

Friendly and attentive staff as well as good deals can be found at this auction!Just like any other auction you go to, it is the bidders responsibility to check out what they are bidding on. There are a lot of cars that will sell cheap here! When they announce that a car is as-is, that is exactly how you are buying it! It could be perfect or it could have major issues. My Experience at Houston Auto Auction has been a great one. All the staffs are wonderful and very helpful. If you have any concerns they are ready to take care of it. The Auction it self is very nice looking especially the office, one of the best Ive seen. The management is excellent. One of the best car auction experience in USA. Give also to Repokar a try and have an opinion for yourself, it is worth to buy from this auction.

Location is well kept and organized, staff is very helpful and will tell you all the details you need specially for first timer.Public auction cars is ok, make sure to check vin history. Public buyers tend to get too excited and they will bid more than what the retail is, if you are a reseller prepare to be shocked.lolOther than that, I will give HAA 5 stars

Overall I had a great experience with buying a car here. I wish I had known about this place before buying from dealerships. Word of advice, do not expect the vehicle to be in perfect driving conditions, that is why it is an auction! The one I bought had a bad battery and the AC blower was out. I won the bid for $2400 but ended up expending $1,000 more in fees and repairs. Other than the mean green eyes lady in the front office, the staff was great to work with!

They tried to tell I bided on some house stuff when I didnt. And then did let me buy the cars I won on with no reserve. They had me there all day messing me around and lying to me. I will never go there again and I strongly urged every one to stay a way.

Bought a car for $6000 only for it to die out in the same day I picked it up. They did take the car back thankfully but it was a bad experience regardless. I bought the car on the public auction. When they gave me the check they delayed me again to verify the check. I’m still thankful they took the car back.

Its just sad that if you bid on a vehicle and win it and pay the deposit that they asked for you dont get the vehicle this place is a fraud and should never auction cars this place isnt a real car auction The people there are just a bunch of liars and thieves they will tell you that your bid is good on the floor and say sold but ones you come pick it up the vehicle that you won they will lie and argue with you just to get there point across Their excuse was that they call the owner of the vehicle and told him that his car sold for $4,600 and that he denied my bid I been to so many auctions and I never heard that they have to talk to the owner to see if he approves the bid the way it works is like a gamble you hope you get top dollar on your car but sometimes you win a lot of money and sometimes you dont get what you want thats just the way it is but in reality they never called the owner they just didnt want to accept the fact that I won the car cheap and in very good condition so they just made a excuse to put the car back on auction to get more money from it and give the owner of the car practically a crapy percentage and they keep the big profits this place is a fake and a ripoff

Purchased a older rate car from there facility.. 85 Buick T type.. picture of car look great and I did buy car online... the car I received was not the car I bought. Front was wrecked, grill was pushed in, stereo and speakers were stolen out of it, gear shifter was broke off, horn button was broken and laying on floor board, I could keep going.. I called with a open mind of it being a old car and sent photos to GM showing it compared to pictures they took and he was not willing to do and anything what so ever about it. Sorry is what it is, rather than try to make something right about the situation he said he was doing nothing and blamed it on my transport driver. Will never shop there online again, rather loose future business than do right thing since his staff damaged my car

My car was towed to their lot and when I went to pick it up the drivers side window was stuck down, they refused to fix the damages regardless that they admitted it did not arrive in that condition. I emailed CEO and others and got no response, next is small claims court for damages.

09/26/17. I bought a truck that supposedlyRuns and drives when I went to pick it up a mess nothing to see. Pay more than $ 5,000And they told me that it was my responsibility to check it when they put the truck walking and driving. steal you money.I think the truck is flood damage and they didnt announce it.ITS A FRAUD.I
