Owner doesnt know how to treat guests with hospitality. But he does have a nice place. Hes just on-top of guests .

Clean,new smell & that A/C was perfect in cold temperatures nice...The A/C is the first thing I notice when walking in.

Nice hall, good food, overall atmosphere was good. Only attended as a guest, therefore I cannot comment on business side of securing the hall for an event. My friend said it was relatively easy and friendly.

Space was nice. Definitely had me fooled from the outside. Great job pulling my friends wedding reception!!!!!!

My event turned out beautifully thanks to my family & friends.....HOWEVER, I was highly unsatisfied with the staff & how they handled things on the backend. I will NEVER use this facility again!While the planning process was easy-going & pretty straight to the point, I felt it was gonna all go smoothly the day of my event (my baby shower).1. I was quoted a price, paid the deposit & when I came to pay remaining balance, they wanted me to cough up more money stating that my deposit didn’t go towards my balance when that’s what I was initially told.2. During the paperwork process, she’d written down how everything was to be set up (sashs, linens, drapes, colors to be used, etc), she also wrote down any extra items that I would’ve needed (tables, chairs, chaffers for food, etc)......got there & NOTHING WAS HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE!....they had wrong color backdrops, sashs tied wrong on the chairs, linens weren’t the correct color.....no additional tables for for as I requested either. The staff acted as if they didn’t want to correct their wrongs. Thank God my team had gotten there to handle all of this early before my event started.3. As much money as we spent with this facility, you’d think some things would be complimentary. They literally tried to charge us for ANYTHING additional that I was told we could use (if needed): ice $20, utensils $20, decor box $30, etc.....that was freakin ridiculous! We ended up having to leave a few times to grab things so we would have to pay for stuff we didn’t end up using from them.4. My event was 2-6pm, at about 5:45p they had started taking linens off the tables & cleaning up even with my guest still present. BEFORE 6pm, they started turning out the lights while we were wrapping things up. That had did it for me!All in all my baby shower was a success DESPITE, these people’s rudeness & wrongness. The facility is clean & beautifully arranged, BUT IF you even think about having something here PLEASE GET CLARITY ON PRICING, ARRANGEMENTS, COLORS, EQUIPMENT, or ANYTHING EXTRA PERTAINING TO YOUR EVENT because if you don’t, I guarantee you you’ll be stuck with an additional bill by the end of your event!

Really nice place for any event, I love the decoration and tablecloths, great food, music and the personal very nice, definitely I recommend this cozy place.

It was nice for the quinceanera, but they didnt keep the bathrooms clean. The trash was overflowing in the sinks were dirty.

We waited and waited for payment till the last minute.regarding the music we had nothing to do with the DJ, your friend hired her own... we played the music we had available since the DJ was late and guest were already in the hall... Sorry you felt that way but we tryed to help your friend in every possible wayRegarding the AC, YES it was hot.But again when no payment is receive for our services we have no choice but to keep our cost down and we told your friend this could happen if payment was not receive according to the contract since event had to be paid off 15 days prior the event dateThank youRey De LeonManagment

Good place to use

I attended a friends wedding, establishment was hot, owners were RUDE, and they locked the door on arriving guest. Owners played music in a different language very loud. I really wouldnt spend my money here. But it wasnt for me.

The place is ok, gentlemen if you ask for a theme of colors, they put it to your liking. The package included my cousin, the local, some drinks and food, which was beans, Mexican tortilla, rice and chicken. The Disc Jockey leaves to be desired ...
