Nice venue to have a party wedding, quinceañera, etc. Service is excellent. Prices are low.

Dulce and her family were awesome to work with. My alumni chapter held a gala and Ricon helped decorate the venue. Dulce answered every question I had and was so helpful with providing me with many money saving options. Her teams work ethic is impeccable. They will continue to be successful in this industry. Everything started great. The venue looked great and was pretty. Until the day of the wedding and we arrived. We were ignored by the DJ and he played what he wanted to play even though me and my husband kept telling him to change the music. We paid for our wedding anyways we wanted our music and he ignored all requests. He couldn’t make the slideshow work even though it worked on my computer. The waitresses were rude and ignored me and my entire side of the family. My husband and I got served our food very last despite being the bride and groom. When we got our food it was cold. When my mother went to the back. 1 of the 2 waitresses was on her phone instead of helping serve. So it literally took 30 minutes for everyone to be served. We asked multiple times for the fog to be kept off because of me having asthma and it was ignored. My ring bearer even killed a roach. And on top of everything the owner/manager was unreachable all night. When we brought our concerns to her she just made excuses. She gave us an extra $100 on top of our deposit and said if we have problems with it. To take her to court, after we told her things we paid for weren’t there. We purchased the princess package and she refused to let us see her copy of the contract to show her we purchased it and kept saying we didn’t purchase a packet. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Like the decoration, but the venue was cold, food wasnt hot enough, things could have being better. Just one waitress for all the guess dj music keeps cutting off
