I bid on one of their auctions that they were hosting, and they were okay with not disclosing the many stains on some of the items, and that the jewelry listed was chipped and broken! Never again! Very disappointing!!!

I have been a buyer for many many years. Many Auction Houses are corrupt. This is NOT one of them. I have talked to a lot of people in the business and we all agree the guy who runs this is professional and honest. It is nice to have an honest, friendly, professional Auction in town. Unicorn... I have bought from this company several times and was happy so I decided to consign 10 large bins of antique and vintage linens from my moms collection. It cost $100 to truck them there and I got around $75 for all of them when all was done. I never saw them included in any auction. Something is wrong.

I have bid with TexMAX a number of times and they consistently have nice quality items. Their descriptions for the auctions are also accurate and not misleading. Their staff is also attentive and helpful and work well as a team in assisting their buyers during previews and pick ups. All around great experience with this company!

Charge an 18% fee to the buyer rather than the seller. Their website implies this is a credit card fee, but this fee is applied to all purchases, no way to avoid it by paying cash, etc.

I have bought from this auction house several times now. I love that all bids start at $1 with no reserve! I’ve gotten several great deals that I’ve turned around and flipped (or kept for myself). The people that work there are so nice! Any time I have a question, they are right there with the answer, or find the answer and get right back to me. I’ve bought from a couple of other auction hoses, but this one is by far my favorite!

Watch them out. They put this jacket on auction with pictures like new.But this is what I got. No further pictures and comments.
