New Creation and the people that work and provide the structure there are straight to the point about giving precious time/resources to teaching and insuring a New Life. You have to be honest with yourself and completely in tune with choosing that path. Both houses are great places to start off and the management will treat you like family from day one and far down the road after youve moved out and on.

Looking to volunteer your time? Catholic New Creations is the approach I may recommend. Isaiah & Providence Houses allows volunteers to work closely with staff, creating a more welcoming community for fellow Catholics.

It is a long and difficult road for these men to re-establish themselves in society. CNC is there to make their personal resurrection a reality. God is there.

Let me start with the serious bed bug infestation. I have bites and sores all over my body and when I addressed Tony about it I was met with cussing and being told there are no bed bugs even though I was holding one in my hand showing the proof. Second, I took another job that was paying more than 7.25 an hour and because I left that job and immediately went to work at the other place they are kicking me out of the house. I am completely shocked at the way they help people here. Especially since I was paying 740 a month They tell you its 110 a week but in reality its 110 for rent 50 for groceries and 25 for transportation. and they even charge 20 dollars for a line fee for the donated sheets and pillow they said they gave me but actually sold me. They deacons that oversee this place from new life catholic also impose their own rules on th AA meetings held here which is against AA regulations. Overall its been a rough experience Its doable but beware of bed bugs hidden feels and control issues by the people in charge. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Definitely not the way Jesus would have things ran if He were in charge although he should be in charge. Ease dont let people like this turn you away from God or sobriety.

It was a place that did everything they could to help you get on your feet. All around good people. The amount of help they gave me goes beyond words

I hate the fact that whenever my son visits from this place, I must have him leave his belongings outside and Im nervous about him sitting on my furniture.Why?Bedbugs!@!I asked him to send me a picture of what was biting him at night...bedbugs!
