Be sure to request more pictures if you have any doubts and see items in person when possible. There were minor issues with the piece I purchased but the owner, Ray, contacted me about it and we came to an understanding. All said if the right piece comes up I would bid again.

Wonderful items in their auctions. Previewing appointment was most professional. Though we mostly bid on art, our most recent win was a vintage settee which Daniel helped load and secure in our truck. Educated curator staff, pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to the next auction.

The auctions at Simpson Galleries are run extremely professionally, from the owners to the office staff to the guys in the warehouse that take great care with helping you load up your purchases. Ive bought a number of wonderful items here and it has been a great experience every time -- the quality has been exquisite and the condition has been even better than shown in the photographs. Bidding is robust and the array of items is vast so its a great experience for both buyers and sellers. Highly recommend.

Ive bid with this auction house previously and won once, but in their most recent auction I placed bids on five lots and was the high bidder on two of them. I faxed my absentee bids to them and my fax machine confirmed that the fax went through successfully. Simpson lost my bids with no explanation, so I wouldnt waste time going through their catalogs and submitting bids on anything again.

Solid auctioneers. Family owned and operated. I have met the owners and and they are super friendly, genuine and solid. Catalogues are very informative and impeccably written.

I was here for a Mary Kay event. Its a nice clean place.

Extremely poor communication. It didn’t have a good auction catalogue advertisement. It’s a weak gallery to consign with. If you’re an out of state consignor you have to pay for the shipping cost and arrangement. I have a very disappointed experienced. I would definitely consign somewhere else. Lots of galleries way better than this one.

Study their catalogs carefully and there are some wonderful finds here. They handle transactions very professionally and Ive never had problems getting things properly packaged so that they are well protected for pickup.
