Horrible customer service! The only two black people who worked there witch is the security guard and some rude lady with braids had a nasty attitude period. Not even assisting me in my matter I had to stomach through the nasty attitudes for no reason.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! I purchased a truck from Houston branch. Please look on BBB for pictures and decide for yourself. I received this vehicle missing the cold air intake, mass air flow sensor, both batteries, and the key. The cuts in the cable were corroded and not shiny as well as lots of dust and debris in the intake so it would be out of the question to suspect the transporter. After complaining about being ripped off they nicely asked me for my contact information so they could work out a solution and promptly closed down my account instead. BEWARE VERY UN ETHICAL BUSINESS!!!
