The refuse to fix my Samsung stove when it broken down. We had a warranty. The stove was less than a year old.so So they told us instead of using my warranty to fix my stove. They would us it to pay down my payment on it. To fet it fix myself. Crooks. Crooks with lies.
They came to come house, make a diagnostic, they call asking the part, charge me $300 and 11 days later, the came to tell me, because my insurance they cant do anything, so they return the part.I said WHAT???They didnt give me the chance to buy the part. So politely, cleaned my unit and left.Im an elderly ill person with high blood preasure, diabetic, Cancer survivor and I waitem 11 days for nothing. Im in the same situation than 11 days ago, with out A/C and with $300 less... very very bad, bad service and their techs are guessing, they dont even know what they are doing.I never gonna buy anything from them again...., products or insurance.Better go to Sears, Sams or Home Depot.
Mixed bag - More bad than good.The good:Their service plans are reasonably priced and the techs that come out are pretty good. They will cover everything that breaks for the most part. I have had them replace 5 DLP bulbs for me in 3 years time for nothing. That pretty much takes care of the cost of the warranty.The bad:Dont expect them to do anything for you with any kind of quickness.Expect to call and talk to many different people just to get nothing done.Expect for them to say they will call you back and not do it.Expect to wait on hold forever.
The techs are suppose to show up on time the day dispatch calls and tells us when the repair tech is going to be at our house. For three times dispatch called NO TECH has shown up on the day they were said they would be at our home. Now a day late tech itself part, new ice machine and it still does not work. $330.00 dollars later and missing three days of work.
Sells stuff. Had some problems. Well see.

This place is an absulte disgrace, they make you wait and i really think they are racist. They made me wait 2 hours and then finally told me that they didnt have any of my furniture in the warehouse. They need new management and also the front desk people are soo rude they have no customer sevice they hung while i was talking.
