They did come out on a service call for $85, but the business name is pretty misleading since its not some official frigidaire repair service company, its just another third party repair company called The Appliance RepairMen from a different location.

Technician came right on time and I found him to be very pleasant. He diagnosed and repaired our old fridge in the garage and left it clean. Their pricing was the best around.

I ordered a part and it came in 3 days. Price was reasonable. Will order again.

Never had service this good. My fisher & paykel dishwasher was making noises and not cleaning the dishes very well. The technician was really good. He came on time and he finished it in an hour giving me enough time to run my errands. I am happy with you people and will recommend your service.

While I was not thrilled to have my freezer repaired, I was happy to have Houston Frigidaire Repair do the job. He was prompt, professional and clean. This company did a great job.

Do not go to this company! They will tell you $59.99 is for the service to come to your house, then ask for your credit card number over the phone. The staff Ken told me I will not get charge $59.99 if I choose to do the repair that means i can use the 59.99 towards the repair fee but if you chose not to do the repair then I will get charge$59.99. So when the technician gave me the invoice I found out the company already charged me 59.99 out front ! But the receipt shows I get 59.99 discount with the high dollar amount technician charged! Very tricky! Do not appreciate how the way do the business . Lesson to learnt. Not just that, After 4 days repair the freezer completely stop working! I called the repair guy Jose he says he can come n look but will still charge me $60 for trip charge! Then I pay whatever’s repair fee! So mad and very unacceptable! It happened during the evening time when we back home after work, we were running crazy without dinner before the store closed to get the freezer we need before my frozen food go bad...I ended up spent $800 for new freezer at Lowe’s after $308 repair only last for 4 days! I pray their business closed soon !

Their repair rates are very reasonable, my range is fine now. I will call again should I need repair on another appliance.
