Mingo did a very good job of repairing my dishwasher that was not draining. The drain pump and hose were replaced promptly for a very reasonable price. The parts are guaranteed for 1year and the labor for 90 days. Very pleased with his prompt and courteous service.

Mingo is the man.My gas dryer stopped heating. I called my friend who knows his way around machines and he told me that the sensor was not working. I bought a new one from MV Parts but unfortunately, I got the wrong side ---it was what I needed but GE dryer has this peculiar design for right and left ---you can never tell the difference unless youre the one repairing it. Anyway, my friend tried to make do but it didnt work. He suggested that I call a professional.Because my dryer was barely 2 years old, I went to YELP for reliable leads.The first one that came up in YELPs list was really an honest guy. He told me that the timer needed to be replaced and he ordered one online. He came back a second time to fix the dryer but it didnt work. He suggested that I get either a refurbished or a brand new dryer instead of spending more than $200 on repairs. He didnt charge me a cent in the two occasions that he came to my house to look at the dryer.I called the next repair center in the list YELP gave me: A & N Appliance Repair. Mingo showed up and told me that the coils needed to be replaced. He also said that the sensor was the wrong side and it needed to be replaced too. Mingo also said that the machine is good and that after he fixes it, the machine should serve well.I went back to MV Parts and this time I made sure that I got the right sensor. Today, Mingo made the dryer work! He suggested some things that I should do to maintain the machine like cleaning at least once a year the exhaust duct. He showed me even how to do it. He explained that when the exhaust is clogged, the sensor, the coils, and the timer will break down one by one because of overheating.Thank you, Mingo. Outstanding service!!!Mingo was punctual and showed up on time.He diagnosed the issue with my fridge with professionalism, explained me everything in details and patiently answered all my concerns .He ordered parts without even asking for an advanced payment ( like other companies do), the parts arrived so fast that I couldn’t believe it and he was willing to come the next day to repair the issues with the fridge.He was pleasant, friendly and courteous and he was working hard to solve my issue. Even though he could have told me to defrost my fridge to unclog the ice that was stuck in the tube, he didn’t do that. Instead, he was working with insistence for 4 hours to break down the ice .He was working extremely hard to get us pleased.Highly recommended for his great service and work quality and definitely the only one I’ll be using in the future!
