My Sears Home Warranty uses this repair company and the customer service and responsiveness to messages left on their machine is not a professional method to conduct business and you never get a live voice unless you call multiple times. They scheduled an appointment with me for Saturday 9/11 in between the hours of 10-1 and no one ever called to confirm they were coming out nor did they show up then the audacity of them to have a prerecorded message stating their office was closed Saturday for maintenance. If office maintenance was going to impact them sending out a technician then a courtesy call should have been made to let me know. I have left message after message and contacted Sears Warranty and told them to find someone else reliable and responsive as Ive already paid both Warranty and deductible for the service and they not even have the decency to reach out regarding the appointment or check to see if a more suitable date would be okay to reschedule for due to inconvenience on their end. I was supposed to attend a funeral for a love one who died due to COVID-19 and missed it sitting around my home waiting on someone to show up because non communication from their end. This is a very disturbing matter and I just hope after Monday if no one shows up that Sears finds me another reliable service provider or I will be canceling all services with SEARS if this situation isnt rectified the way it should of been without me having to do a poor review in order for them to understand that peoples time is precious and they need to do a better job or hire someone to answer the phone and not have to just leave messages waiting on them to respond just like I waited on them to show up. I am very upset and wish Id never had to deal with their incompentecy all together. Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

They still charge diagnose fees even if you hire them for repairs, and they never answered your phone. You have to leave a message, it’s like you gotta beg them to respond. I don’t know why they ranked so high.

Avoid! Ive been without a refrigerator for weeks now because I cannot get them to answer or call me back. Ive left messages, my fiance has left messages and no one will call back. I am extremely disappointed in how their business is conducted. They are not professional in the slightest. Avoid!

After scheduling a dryer repair and being told to expect a courtesy call when the technician was on his way, I was surprised to see a man wearing the Intelfix shirt at my front door. Also, he was not driving a company vehicle as I had expected. He did not introduce himself or call me by name. After I explained the problem to him, he said it needed a new starter switch. He performed no diagnostics.The part was ordered, found to be defective at the warehouse, another one was ordered and it was installed. This did not fix the dryer. He then said it needed a motor relay, again without any diagnostics. That was not the problem either.Then he brought the lead technician with him who attempted to make repairs. They took the dryer to the shop for diagnosis and repair. Neither technician had circuit testers with them. A new control board was installed which fixed the dryer. When it was returned, the springs for the door were detached and loose under the drum. And a sound-proofing pad was loose above the drum. I called a different appliance repair company to fix these items. I learned the hard way not to use companies recommended by Best Pick Reports.

Great customer service and work from Intelfix. I am very happy with everything they have done. I called and they came quickly to fix my freezer. I will definitely recommend technician Alex to friends and family. They are one of the few if not, only honest and friendly company in the greater Houston area.

I was having problems with my Washer and Dryer. Could not find anyone available for same day service. Seen Intelfix on Google and thought I would give them a try. They staff was very knowledgeable and nice. They were able to see me same day. Representatives called me prior to arrival and tech came in and diagnosed my issue right away. What a great experience. Hasan showed up as scheduled. 15 year old fridge I expected to be major issue. The technician had the problem diagnosed in under a minute. The repairs were done timely and I had to ask twice, Are you sure? Thats all it is? I was so impressed. Timely, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonable. Id rate above 5 stars if I could.

Had to use them with our home warranty company that was nothing short of a six-month nightmare. Our high end stainless steel kitchen aid $1000 model less than 2 years old .. suddenly the upper rack broke and would not stay in place. Our terrible home warranty company sent out Intelfix and again the only thing was wrong was the actual rack in our beautiful dishwasher broke nothing else. We just needed a new rack but they proceeded to take apart the entire machine constantly and destroyed it over a period of several months because we were stuck with our home warranty company. Who takes apart a motor when the upper rack is just broken? Once they touched the machine it never operated correctly again. it made horrific noises, they put in new control panel, new motors WHICH IT NEVER NEEDED!!! FROM THE FIRST DAY THEY TOUCHED IT IT WOULD NEVER OPERATE AGAIN CORRECTLY OR SAFELY! In fact we couldnt run it for fear it would burn down our house. THE NOISE IT MADE IF YOU ATTEMPTED TO TURN IT ON SOUNDED LIKE A CAR WAS GOING TO BLOW UP. We ended up having to get a brand new dishwasher all because of them. They visited us multiple times attempting to work on the machine when they only made it worse every time! they even threw away the insulation that wraps around the machine that keep it quiet pretending that we wouldnt notice. However there technician just put it in our own trash for us to discover. I am writing review over the correct company because I have every invoice from them. I stress we would have stopped using them after the very first visit however we were unfortunately held prisoner by the Home warranty company that refused to let any other contractor service it.

Antonio was very professional and returned the same day to complete an installation after realizing he needed a certain piece. Very friendly, professional and even though of the height of the dishwasher during installation (that we did not know about) for ease of future use. Waited for us to test run prior to leaving. Just had our Maytag dryer repaired and it was a very positive experience (well, as positive as it can be when you have to pay someone to fix something!!). I called them for a 2nd opinion on a hard-to-open fridge door and Intelfix corrected the problem for a reasonable price (a whole lot less than the Sears sub-contractor who suggested the fix would cost $700). I had my 19 year old built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator go out recently. I called Intelfix because of reviews I read and was not disappointed. They arrived timely and were prompt and courteous on arrival. Hassan diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate based on the worst case scenario of parts that might be needed. He arrived on a Thursday and returned on Monday with the parts. All but one of the parts was utilized to repair the refrigerator and that part was deducted off of the final parts estimate. They cleaned up and even polished the stainless steel before leaving. The total was less than I expected and way less than a new built in or even stand alone. I highly recommend.

It was really great working with Intelfix Appliance Repair. It was super easy to schedule an appointment online and they called me to confirm my appointment 20 minutes before. Ratmir, my repair guy, was on time and he was very detailed when he explained what was wrong with my refrigerators water dispenser. We had to replaced several parts and he told me exactly how much each part cost and why I had to replace them (damage from fixes that the old owner try to instill). Overall it was a very good experience and I would use them again!

If there was a negative rating I would give it. Intelfix is doing warranty work through Best Buys extended warranty plan. Intelfix NEVER answers their phone, after 1.5 weeks we still have a non-working appliance. Run away and fun away fast! These guys are terrible! I had a washing machine pour out water one night. I spent the next 2 hours with my wife pulling water up with a steam cleaner. I had to go to work the next day, so the Intelfix rep came out and spoke to my wife. I got the call and was told it was going to cost $191.13. I had spent the morning pulling video and speaking to other people with similar issues. I was able to determine that there are only 3 parts that cause 100% of all problems. Each of these 3 parts are available at most places at a cost of $10-$20. I was able to watch a video (1min. 12 sec. long) of the installation of the part he said I needed. My wife was told the part costs $87. When she asked why the part cost so much, the rep responded with, So, do you want me to fix it cause I can just leave. I reported my complaint and requested the manager call me back. That never happened. The summary version of my complaint is that this company charged $87 for a $10 part, and charged $96 for labor that takes 1 minute for an amateur to do. Also, the representative should be prepared to professionally answer questions. This is especially true when your company is taking more than a fair profit margin from customers. SHAME ON YOU APPLIANCE REPAIR INTELFIX.

Finally my headache is over. Two other repair companies couldt fix my Samsung fridge. I almost gave up and was going to buy a new refrigerator when my friend referred me to Intelfix .
