They are not concerned about anything but $$$.They have no professionalism. I showed a huge 🪳 that was in my apartment…And nothing was done.Gnats are popular and accepted as no concern of theirs.Dirty air filters in the AC.Theft of catalaytic converters daily.No security…And the list goes on 🤬.Don’t move here.No respect for veterans 😤…I don’t want to give them 1 🌟

This apartment is very terrible, they not do anything when you lay complains, I just moved in to the ground floor and the neighbors above me make a lot of noise, I have reported severally but they have refused to take any step, Its even worse during the weekends, they are only interested in your money. I have to go sleep in a hotel on one of the days. Its been hell for me since I moved and now I am stuck for one year. please do not sign any lease with them. to make matters worse, the amenities are of very poor quality.

Everyone in this community is amazing the maintenance and the office staff the Office Manager is incredible....... !!! I have always felt very safe here! Melissa Floyd is a wonderful sweet helpful manager and knows what she is doing! Caitlyn is amazing sweet and goes to every length to help with everything.. Jeanette is awesome and super friendly she will always see that everything is completed for you!!! Wonderful wonderful people here!!!

The assistant manager, Caitlin Bell, was extremely helpful from the time we started our process all the way through us making our final decision. We ultimately did not move into the apartment home, but it was no fault of hers at all. From the first time we came in and applied until the last day we walked through the apartment, she consistently looked out for our wishes and made the process as smooth as possible. She is truly a diamond and I know that whatever complex she gets the full reins to manage will be better because of that decision. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because of the apartment home itself, but the ladies up front & Caitlin were 5 stars hands down.

If I could give a zero I would. I love Catlin in the office but the apartment was not move in ready ...it was and still has roaches BAD. I’ve been without A/C since I moved in (I’ve been here almost 3 weeks now). The people above me stomp and run through the house all day and the office has not done anything about it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!

The staff are very nice and professional. They are willing to help you at any time you need help. They are very patient and it is a nice place to live. I have been a resident here for several years. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

This is a Roach Motel Ive been fighting with roaches and cleaning toilets since I been here for Three weeks Catalina lied to me and said it was ready to Move in it was Filthy and STANK when I open the door when I call them to let them know day one Catalina asked me if I put a work order in I told her I just got my keys and this should have already been cleaned I been though so much in a little time I will take it another Step Further I need answer know the sink is stop up!!!!! Im FED Up!!!!

Parking is a joke and the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbors are doing I mean EVERYTHING. But overall the apartments are good in space.

I am posting pictures of the property. Can you tell which spots are numbered? I cant and according to their sign which isnt visible from eye level. Those numbered spots (Which DO NOT EXIST) are reserved for permit holding tenants according to their tiny sign. So if you plan on staying here you better get your parking permit on the day of move in. May the lord help you if you have more than 1 car or ever have visitors or have to run heavy groceries to your apartment. They tow without warning and without any indication that you might be parking in a spot that will get you towed. They dont care. They are working with the tow guy. They have to be because they can tow your car within 1 hour of parking in a unmarked spot. No signs on the inside of the property to indicate which spots they will tow from. Tenant and visitors beware they dont care that you will be missing work the next day, no warning your car will be gone in an instant. So if you tell can tell which spots are numbered dont park in those numbered spots because they will tow you with a quickness. I couldnt tell.

I never leave reviews but i thought i should leave one especially since I’m surprised of all the negative comments. I needed to move fast before i had my baby. Melissa worked with me and made sure i would be set. Everyone that i have come across in the leasing office have always been professional. Maintenance has never been an issue as they have always came out within a couple of hours of me putting in a request. The one bedroom unit is quite huge. I was sold on it as soon as i toured it. The apartments are very quiet and clean. I’ve never had issues with loud neighbors. I highly recommend them.

Do not move here!! This is a high price Ghetto apartment the only good thing about this apartment is the huge space other than that, its a nightmare when I moved in my apartment wasnt even move in ready. The toilet was dirty and dead roaches on the floor I had to clean it up myself. Maintenance here are a joke they take forever to fix things. My lease is up in a few months and I can not wait to move out. Office staff are all a joke.

I would very much want to like these apartments but I can’t. I been here for 4 months and from move in there has been something wrong with the unit. Maintenance never comes when there is an emergency it took them 2 months after move in to fix my air conditioning. Parking is TRASH!! Moved from out of state. Apartments looked beautiful online. Once I moved in, it was horrible. The neighbor’s threw grease down the stairs. Teenagers dancing on top of cars, drug dealers everywhere. It came to the point were we had to make a decision to break our lease.The staff in the leasing office changes every 2/3 months. No communication ever. Several open maintenance request never fixed. Just terrible. I would NOT recommend these apartments. The previous reviews were right. Also, roaches run rapid...

The 4 stars are for the current office manager Melissa. She is amazing and dope! Her tenants come first. However - the residents do not care about the property. There is always trash around the neighborhood (the streets, the grass, in front of the community dumpster) There were a string of car break ins for a lengthy period of time. My car was broken into and my girlfriends car was actually stolen. The apartments are VERY spacious! Love the closet space as well. Great amount of space for your money!

How can I start... Apartments are huge, I didn’t have an issue with parking lot and maintenance people are awesome!I have a list of negative aspect of the apartment.-Manager Mellisa mmm she will take all your money if you let her. And her manners are not the best.-Walls super/extremely thin. You can hear everything from your neighbors.-Apartment 1514. If you are thinking on live in here. I’m telling you now, you will suffer. Upstairs neighbors are so loud and always, when I say always believe me IS EVERY NIGHT, moving couches and beds in the middle of the night. Next door couple are always fighting each other yelling inside of the apartments and in the parking lot and playing music super loud till 4am EVERYDAY. If you think the office will do something about, just forget it. And the front neighbor will be smoking weed in the hallway.I’m just waiting for the time my lease expires to leave. Is the first time I’ve ever lived in an apartment and the experience was awful.If you guys are thinking on actually move in to this complex you will be sleepless and frustrated for the whole lease.

Im giving 4 stars only because of my great experience with the current manager Melissa and prior assistant manager Amy. The current staff including the past one Lorena are extremely horrible. They work when they want to and dont even acknowledge people when they walk in. I dont know how the new assistant manager is so I cant speak about him/her as Ive never interacted with that person since Amy left. If they had more staff like Melissa and Amy I would probably refer others to Towne West. Aside from that its very spacious, reasonable priced, and managemt works with you if you go and talk to them and let them know whats going on with you. Im not saying they fix all your problems but they do understand and try to help as best they can. I had so much problem with the prior management and when they came, they got to the root of the problem and all they asked from me was patience to find out what happened and what my best options were. If and when I do leave from here I will miss interacting with them even when I dont have issues or concerns. The others in the front of the leasing office not so much. Parking is horrible at times even with visitor parking but its manageable for me. Like most apartments the walls are thin but then again my hearing is above average so I hear just about everything from my neighbors. I dont like that some people misuse the whole valet trash amenity and keep their trash out all day and night and leave pizza boxes outside because of course it attracts bugs and other critters especially the baby roaches 😡. And like some apartments there are noisy inconsiderate neighbors and their visitors who talk loudly or play music louldy in the parking lot or breezeway or argue like no ones asleep at 2, 3 in the morning. For the most part the neighbors who arent inconsiderate that I have either keep to themselves or make small talk but in a nice manner. I like being able to run to Walmart or Kroger and a few of the shopping places in the area but traffic at times on highway 6 and Westpark is horrible but thats why theres a back way to a lot of the places I go to. There was security patrolling but they just stared at their phones all day and/or night in one spot and not much patrolling. HCSO comes on the property from time to time. Ive always felt safe even when teens were breaking into cars and other things happening around the area. So overall they get a 4. The closet space gave them a lot of points 😁

I rented many places, and I testify the management and the maintenance staff do their work. Yes, they will tow your car at night if you won’t put parking permit sticker on, but guess what. You sign in your contract that you will put it, or park on the visitor parking, and if you don’t do your part, guess what happens. Maintenance guys are completely fantastic. One of the neighbors had a flooded kitchen at the 4th of July late night, they arrived 20 minutes after the phone call. At the 4th of July at 11 pm. Think about it. I don’t remember having any major problems with the apartment, but whenever we needed them they would always come. The management lady once drove over to give my car a jump. It wasn’t her duty, but she did.They went over and beyond so many times for us, but in some reason some people write only bad reviews and don’t pay attention to the good things people do for them.

I was so shocked After seeing so many bad reviews so I decided to write one of my own. My boyfriend and I love our apartment! The move in process took a while but Maritza and Melissa made sure everything we requested to get fixed was fixed before our move in date. We were a little anxious at first because some things were out of place at the beginning but everything worked out great. I would recommend to check on your apartment at least twice up till your move in date in order to make sure everything is good to go before you move in. The closet is huge and it’s very spacious for what you’re paying. Haven’t had trouble with anything so far and the maintenance crew is awesome😊

I lived her for about 1.5 years, everything was fine for the first 6 months but then I noticed just how bad the apartments and staff were. The front office has a terribly high turnover rate the only one I’ve seen consistent is Lorena who is so sweet but never knows what’s going on. I developed a leak in my ceiling and I repeatedly told the office who put it off put it off and put it off until finally after months they looked into it and it had affected my electrical lines in my bathroom and developed a hole. They paint over any mold/mildew in the apartments instead of treating it. Melisa is sweet but never available to actually assist will make empty handed promises. The theft in the apartments is alarming, there was a string of breakins in my parking lot resulting in my and 9 other vehicles to be broken into and the leasing office response was they were not responsible for theft on the grounds. I guess if you’re willing to be constantly afraid your belongings are going to be stolen and that your apartment will probably fall apart around you and the leasing office isn’t concerned until you move out at least you get a big closet 🤷🏽‍♀️

Workers are Very nice and helpful

Towne West has the most space for the money of any complex weve seen. The property manager works with residents to make us as satisfied as possible. And the maintenance crew is prompt and effective. Our only complaints are that noise comes through from neighboring apartments because of the way they were built, and some residents are inconsiderate. They can oom their music in the parking lot, speed along the driveways and throw trash as they please.

Can you believe how incredible these apartments are? They are huge, beautiful, clean, free from bugs, and incredible people live here. It is truly the staff that makes it so incredible to live here. Melissa in the office in particular, I have to mention! She is amazing!!!! I have never been treated so well by any apartment manager ever!! She makes this place home! Anything you need just ask Melissa she is the best!!! I thank God for her life! AMEN!!!!

The staff are unprofessional and scammers. They said my credit rating was not okay after they have collected my deposit of $356 and said the would not refund. Then they told me to pay $1200 non refundable deposit and still pay rent and were forcing me to move in on the 21st of the month. Then I told them I dont wanna continue with my application and my deposit should be refunded. That happened in January 2020, this is April and I havent received nothing. If I can rate you zero, I will. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER, MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER ARE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

The apartment look nice but the service is horrible. Here someone broke the window of my car and they dont do anything! Because this complex dont have security and Not cameras 😡 you can see people smoking weed at the night too.After 1 year the price change more that the $100 .... I love the property and do not have anything negative to say about it. I do not see hudlums hanging out all night, that statement is false. The people that I have noticed in the community are working class just like myself. I have been able to park in the same location since I have lived in the apartment right in front of my apartment. These are not Section 8 property as mentioned in the above post, totally untrue. Besides, some know some great people on the Section 8 Program. I am going on my second year at this property and love it. Just renewed my lease for that matter. The staff in the front office are very welcoming, professional, respectful, helpful and a true pleasure. They go above and beyond to work with you if your needs are communicated to them. The floor plans are great and huge. I fill safe in my apartment and very comfortable. I give the property, staff and location 5 stars in rating.

I wanted to live there but the parking lot is so dark and doesnt have any security.. Doesnt look safe at all.. No enough visitor parking and the resident parking are far from you apartment.. But the size and interior design are very nice..I wish they install more lights.

I love it here! The young ladies that work in the front office make sure that I have everything taken care of!! If I have any problems at all, they make sure that i’m informed on how to fix the problem!! If I could give this complex 10 stars, I would!!

I lived here from 02/15-08/16. The apartments, nice size, thin walls and cheap materials. Maintenance was okay, fairly quickly with request. Parking, not the best. Never liked walking in the parking lot at night, definitely needed more lights. A car of mine got keyed. No security. The gates were also broken. They didn’t provide a gate code to get in, you must have a remote and half the time, it didn’t work. Now the front office, it really depends on what person you talked to that day. I would ask the same question and get three different answers from three different people. Moving out was frustrating. I was in the process of buying a home and wanted to give my notice 6 weeks in advanced, which they refused the letter and said they would only accept 4 weeks. Had to go back to the office. Moved out of the apartment end of August and my lease was scheduled to end first week of September, I had to pay the full month rent of September. Took a while to get my security deposit back, had to call a few times. It took about 4 months to get the deposit back.

Per my conversation with Melissa Floyd on 05/16/2019; I was told she would roll the camera back to see who stole from my car on 05/15/2019. (first building-first driveway to the right) She stated that I was the second person to tell her that this morning. Where are the cameras located-that she intends to gain this type of footage from? Brittany stated that she has only been employed for 5 months and has no knowledge-and, does not want to put her foot in her mouth. I told her I have been here a year and-unless its a hidden camera...or, perhaps theres one in the bush-there is no camera. Brittany stated that Melissa is not required to tell me what she saw on the camera; Melissa is required to tell me if there is indeed a camera! Since she rolled it back-which one and where is that particular camera located-the one she rolled back? Could she be lying-surely she did not concoct a lie about a camera that would show the side of building 5 facing the parking lot? The second person to inform you of an invasion of their property,-and, the best the apartment manager could do was LIE about having cameras...hmm, very interesting. Perhaps a camera wouldnt be such a bad idea-since TWO people told you this. SMH

It was peaceful when i lived here in 2016-2017. When they changed management in 2017, they changed the whole leasing staff. The new management just doesn’t care about the residents. They got my rent money order misplaced twice. Thank God they later found it so they dropped the extra late fees added to my rent. The apartment is spacious and clean. Parking is limited at night. Overall I got my deposit back when I moved out, even though it took 3 months of back and forth phone calling to achieve that.

I have lived here slightly over a year. It is not as nice as when I first moved, but it is not that bad. It might be dependent on what area of the complex you live in. It is a huge property. The office staff are nice and friendly. Any complaints I have had were taken care of within 24 hours or less. We have gotten notices of crime in the complex, but I dont think it is excessive, compared to other areas. I would recommend this complex to someone who wants roomy living quarters. The walls are thinner than I thought they would be. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors DO and say. But, overall, it is not that bad.

I honestly don’t know why the reviews are so low here. I love the open concept and space of the apartments for the amount on rent. I personally have never had an issue with the office or management Michael has always been nice to me and Amy has definitely went above and beyond to help me out whenever I truly needed it. Maintenance is always on top of my requests. I personally think most reviews are from people not getting their way with certain things. Management is far from rude and honestly I enjoy living here a lot. I’ll probably be living here the next few years.-Nelresha

I loved living here!!! After moving from Residence at Westchase with 3 breakins, Townewest was my apartment HERO. I stayed for 2 years with no issues and wish I hadn’t moved for the size and location. Great community property. Leasing manager was amazing! Front office management is terrible! By the time they come to fix some the lease will be over! Great in size but for the price you can get some way better. Pool area is just water with broken chairs!

I wish I could give a zero! The manager, Mellisa is a liar. I was tricked and lied to just to get me to pay some money then they hold my deposit, citing stuffs that is not in the lease agreement. Im getting cooperate involved and my lawyer will be reaching out. Terrible management.

I lived here last year and I put my deposit of $400. Now I have moved out still waiting for my refund And it has been over 6mons now. The staff keeps lying to me about they will cut the check but I have not seen anything in the mail. Im trying to contact corporate or get my lawyers involved. I kinda feel robbed.

The apartments are a beauty. The community is spacious, inside and outside. The rate is reasonable. However having the management ran by the women who currently manage the property is distasteful. Any violation is a financial expense with little to no grace. The little warm welcome you receive upon inquiry is thrown out once monies are received and papers signed. Any cooperation to accommodate, is void. You must simply handle your instances by the book to avoid being thrown under the bus Everyones experience is different, so I can only speak for myself.I am adamant about the conditions of my next move, so Ill be ecstatic when my term here has civilly ended and I can move out and on.

These people towed my brand new car with paper tags because the office was closed and I didnt have a parking permit. They take forever to fix repairs and they dont care about you as a renter! They wouldnt credit me or refund the tow charge. Do NOT. Move here!!!!!

I lived her for two years, the first year wasnt that bad but it has just gotten worse. Let me start off by my car got broken into. There is no security really anyone can just come in. They have all kinds of hoodlums hanging out at night getting high outside on the stairs. Then they have no parking ever!!! You have to park far and its scary. Another things is they are lie about their amenities. They dont have a business center that center hasnt work in over a year!!!. The front office is piss poor!!! They never answer the phone and or they are never helpful. I have finally moved out. I got the carpet clean I left the apartment clean. In the mail I get a 18 refunt check mind you my deposit was 150. I called on Tuesday to get an explanation because their paper they send me didnt explain it. It Friday I have gotten a call, they said they were going to call me in a couple of hrs didnt happen. Called them today still doesnt have the info. Talking about they have to call me back. Yes the apartment is big but its not worth the price or the hassle you will have to go through

I recently decided to move here (3 months ago) because the apartments offered a lot of space for a great price...And now I see why. They have to over compensate for their office staff. They put on a front at the beginning but as soon as the lease papers were signed, all of their politeness and showing of care and concern went out the window! They are rude, show that they only care about the money & take forever to get anything done. As I stated before, its been 3 months and I have yet to receive a gate key, the toilet in the apartment runs long after its been flushed so you have to jiggle the handle to make it stop, the dryer takes at least 2-3 cycles to dry the clothes and the stopper for the bathtub drain doesnt work. Aside from these things, they have changed the options for paying rent to ONLINE ONLY. No money orders, no checks. When I first went to pay the rent, there was an unexpected $25 convenience fee! A member of the office staff helped me set the online profile up but failed to mention any fees. Lastly, I have always paid my rent on time, so when I noticed that my rent this month was excessive I contacted the office staff to find out why. They informed me that they never received the payment, yet I had received the confirmation right after submitting the payment when it was due. I left the money sitting in my account for quite some time. So when I contacted the office, they told me I was being charged late fees, etc because they decided not to retrieve the funds until a week later (another thing they forgot to mention about paying online) and had never thought to contact me and inform me that they never received the payment! After calling, they decided to type up a letter to notify me almost a week later (gee, thanks)... I cannot wait until the lease is up.

Never expect the people to send verification forms out in a speedy manner, if you are looking to move somewhere and expect these people to reply fast you will be disappointed. Thanks to Michael Hutchinson I was able to recieve speedy service.

The office staff at this place are horrible for example Lorena she doesnt treat customers right. And dont apply for apartment number 0311 when it rains water goes in through the living and dinning room. And when i was there the kitchen over flooded. And on the outside the front apartment leaks from the bathtub and all the water goes into the masters bedroom closet.

I previously provided the below review based off of my experience with the prior management team. I was contacted by Amy, who advised me that they have an entirely new staff, which I was PLEASED to hear. She was VERY helpful and addressed all of my frustrations. I am pleased to hear about the new up coming changes (i.e. the terrible parking; limited visitors parking) that this new management team will be implementing. It was nice to speak to someone who actually cares about their job and tenants. If things go as discussed and planned, I will stay at this complex........The management is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I currently live here and if I didnt care about my credit, I would break my lease. The front office NEVER answers the phone. This unit has a terrible mold problem. My clothes furniture and windows all have mold that I constantly have to clean. Ive even told the manager about the poor ratings they receive and her answer was Ok. I feel like I live in the projects because its so loud and management does absolutely NOTHING. They take your money and treat you like crap. Yes, the apt layout is nice and spacious but dont be fooled, this place is a hell trap ran by unprofessional rude DEVILS!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.

I am living with a friend here and the apartments are quite but the construction Is bad...there are flying ants thats been getting in every time they cut the grass....the office people are rude....they dont do the ONE job they are supposed to do. .....there is now a man robbing women and there are car break ins A LOT!!!! For THE Price We Are Paying. ....NOT WORTH IT....everyone slams their doors and you can hear it as if you were on a college campus living in dorm rooms....horrible place to reside....in conclusion!!!

If only I could give a lower rating.Lived here for a year, then ran as soon as the lease was up. The apartments themselves? Quite lovely. The downside is all in your neighbors, the parking, the people, the crime, etc.Section 8 housing. Truly ghetto trash live here, because they get it at 1/8th the price you do thanks to Uncle Sams assistance for the criminals and drug addicts.I dont even want to go into further descriptions, all I can do is warn those tho care about safety that you need to stay away from this location. Look further south on highway six, closer to Hwy 59. Or further west on I-10 towards Katy. Do not live in this area, as you will quickly regret it.

I lived here from May 2015-November 2015 and my biggest problem was the staff-As far as the apartment look and living, everything was great, and that is why I am giving it the two stars. I never had an issue, no one bothered me, and the apartment was so spacious 1,100 ft (1 bdrm)Now for the STAFF, beware. The assistant manager Loranda or whatever her name is, shes the worst. Make sure when you sign that contract that your move in date and move out date are 100% correct. I was supposed to have a six month lease and move in May 1. After an entire day of moving and packing and getting to the complex at 4:30, I arrived to find the entire staff is gone and the leasing office locked ; and the apartment was not supposed to close until 6 PM! I dont know if they wanted to leave because it was a Friday, but they knew I was coming and they left anyway even when I called and said I was five minutes away. When I moved in the next day, May 2, I was so angry and so anxious to move in that I did not check my contract as thoroughly as I should have. Because I moved in on the 2nd instead of the first, they took it upon themselves to extend my lease for a seven month without my knowledge; they claimed that the computer does that. They know exactly what they are doing, but they pretend to be shocked when you discover they have made a mistake. Unfortunately for me, I did not see this error until I was getting ready to move out at the end of October and then realized the mistake on my contract. When it came to me providing a written notice that I would not be renewing my lease, this is where the real problem begins. I contacted the office and the Hispanic woman working there informed me that All I had to do was send an email to my leasing agent saying that I was not going to be renewing my lease and that would be the end of it. I did that and apparently that was an invalid way of stating that I would not be renewing the lease. The manager and the assistant manager tried to tell me that any sort of written non-renewal was invalid unless I have used this specific form that they print out and is there in their office. They then lied to me and told me that it says it in the contract that I have to use their form, which is 100% false. I come from a family of attorneys who looked over the contract and nowhere in it does it clearly state that I need to use their specific form. Any form a written notice would have sufficed, and that is what I provided. They then decided to charge me $1300 because I needed to pay for the month of December for not giving them a nonrenewal notice and have since ruined my credit and sent that amount over to a collection agency. I have no intention of paying this and I will not pay it. I have all the proof I need that they are wrong and I am right so thats not what Im worried about. But this is a huge inconvenience and they were nothing but rude and impotent and that office staff is nothing but a bunch of untrained monkeys.So as far as the actual apartment, everything is great and I never had any pest issues, break ins, nothing. The walls are very thin though.

Worst apartments ever. The apartment staff are extremely rude and irresponsible. They lost my rent check and said they never got it but it was withdrown from my account. Horrible. First they will tow your car if your parked by the office mind you there is no parking there has been times when we have to walk from walmart to the just to save a fight with the office then i got a new car the lady told me to take off the sticker of my old car and give it to her to get a new sticker for my new car i do that they tried to charge me for the damaged sticker that she told me to take off..Second office staff rude ass hell the lady hung up in my face and when i was omw way up there cuz she pissed me off i got threatened to get evicted..Third women gets robbed out here we are a target...The apartments are very nice but the issue is beyond the apartment i put in my notice this month and im on a serious count down...So i stay away from them because im at a breaking point with them....DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT

The walls are really thin. I could hear everything my neighbors were doing and saying. I made several complaints about my neighbor next door always being excessively loud, but the office failed to do anything about it.

Ive lived here for 2 years and as soon as my contract expires Im gone their service is horrible maintenance it takes them 6 months to get a request done i had to change my own air filter cause they took 2 weeks to do it when they finally showed up they did not even apologize my first year my ac unit broke took them a moth to repair this was during the summer my apt was as hot as outside took them 3 months before they fixed it slashed the management is rude they cant seem to answer the phone even when its not busy they have changed owners like 3 times in one year the apt is not as nice as you would think for almost $900 in rent plz dont move here save your money there are better apartments out there.

This apartment is annoying. The water as being shutdown for 4 hours and I called to asked when the water will be turned on, they told me they don’t know... Do not live here! 😠😠

This is worse place I have ever been in Houston, the management should be fire because they dont do they job at all I have been in this place for 3 years now I taught the previous management was bad but this new management is the worst, when you need a maintenance in your unit it will take days or even week to come fix it .Honestly I m just looking for their corporate headquarters so I can tell them all the Tenants violation so they can come and check it out them self.

I have lived in this condo with my family for 2 and a half years. My experience has not been bad because I love the apartment it is very spacious, well distributed and very beautiful. My big drawback is that everything is heard, especially the footsteps and my downstairs neighbor has complained on several occasions. The floor is poorly done and everything is heard. The hallways are not cleaned, but the other common areas are clean. The pool is very nice and spacious, I always enjoyed it on vacation. This vacation they have not opened it yet and it looks abandoned. Regarding the administration and the attention in the office, I can say from my experience that it is acceptable. When I have had problems and have made a report they have come quickly. So it has its pros and cons ...
