Great experience using The Parking Spot 2 for the first time. I love that they pick you up and drop you off right at your car. Also offer a bottle of water on the way out!

I’m happy that I chose them. I’ve never parked my car before this was definitely convenient. Staff was helpful, we arrived around 2.30 am, the app said bus detected our location and was there right away to pick us up. Restroom at the parking lot, cold waters served. Plus, with the deal it cost very affordable.

Conveniently close to Hobby airport, friendly staff and I haven’t had to wait long for a shuttle coming or going. Prices are good too. Make a reservation through the app for points and discounts

Had a 25-minute wait after getting to the pick-up spot. Called a couple times, but no sense of urgency. Once the driver got there, she had a serious ‘tude. Checked her phone and nails while we loaded our own bags. Was rude to customers, and then, when we got to our car and didn’t give her a tip (why would we?), she said “YOU’RE WELCOME!” in a nasty tone. Seriously? Get some better employees.Follow up: we don’t know the driver’s name but we entered on 8/7/2021 at 7:14 AM, and exited on 8/13/2021 at 7:51 PM. We parked in covered, 7D.

Martinez at Houston Hobby is fantastic. Very friendly, energetic, and helpful & efficient with bags. I wish they would allow him to put up a sign for optional Venmo tips since I always forget cash for tips. It would make it easier for customers to tip without having to search for cash after traveling.

Really nice parking spot near the airport. The shuttles are very frequent to and from the airport and we never really have to wait for the shuttle. Definitely much better compared to other parking places.

I would give this zero stars if I could. We have been waiting for over 40 minutes at 11pm at night for a shuttle. It is June in Houston and this is UTTERLY unacceptable. NEVER again.

Great Service and bargain

This location is very convenient and the employees I have dealt with at the entrance booth as well as the drivers are always very friendly, informative and pleasant. The prices are also reasonable and comparable and there is not a long wait to get picked up by the shuttle from your parking spot. I would recommend this company.

I LOVE the app and the ability to track a shuttle. I also enjoy being able to reserve my SPOT AND then add the reservation to my Wallet. I can then scan it once I make it to the airport! It’s so easy and convenient. Checkout is easy too! Oh and thanks for always having cold water on hand that is also readily accessible! In Houston, TX that means a lot and makes a huge difference on a hot summer day! Keep up the great work!

Very convenient. I downloaded the app and used the bar code for fast and easy entry. And, when leaving, I didnt have to wait in line behind other cars, just went to the express lane and showed the bar code to get out. The driver was super friendly and offered help with our luggage. Overall a great experience and at a fraction of the cost of parking at the airport itself.

Excellent, and fast. As soon as I got there a shuttle was waiting on me to take me to airport and leaving service was fast. For my trip last weekend I used The Parking Spot 2 at Hobby Airport. It was my first time to park here in many years. The new processes and mobile app made it easy to select the best option/price for me. The attendant was very friendly when I arrived and the shuttle driver helped with my big bag. The whole experience was nice and stress-free. Ive already referred a friend to this location!

Always a great experience. Weve never waited for more than a couple minutes for the shuttle to or from the airport. The drivers are always nice and helpful. The cost is significantly less than parking at the airport or paying for a ride to the airport. We will always use the parking spot.

The parking spot 2 was a great experience for me. I was just traveling for a couple of days so it made sense. The drop off scheduled was there on time as soon as I parked at the parking lot. The pick up from the airport was waiting for me when I landed. The drivers were friendly and provided a card with your parking spot which made it easy to get dropped off right by my car.

I always book a reservation in advance and never had any issues checking in. The shuttle bus is great and we’ve always had a helping hand with luggage. On return there are shuttle buses running none stop to pick you up and drop you back off. When leaving we always are offered cold bottled water for our drive back home. Never any complaints!! The new app is also handy when checking in/out and to locate pick up location.

Had a very good experience.The van took us from the same lot we parked and brought us to and from the airport on time. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. The water we got it from the cashier was a blessing since we were very tired after a long journey in the middle of the night. All were friendly and helpful with a smile.

Wonderful Experience and super easy. I booked online and got my electronic ticket. As soon as we got there we were told which lane to park down. Before we could even get our bags out of the car, the shuttle was there waiting for us. Dropped us off quickly and was friendly. We met up again with him in Zone 4 at the Hobby Airport and three of them were driving up as we arrived. No one had to wait at all. I would completely use this again.

Posted a review in the past but wanted to inform everyone that I used the parking spot 2 again and it was as convenient as it was the first time. The shuttle is there to take you to the airport in minutes. And when you return from your destination, they are there at any hour to take you back to your vehicle. And checking out is plain simple. Will use this parking spot 2 in the future.

We are always amazed by the service. We have used this service multiple times and start to finish its a star. Also the cherry on the top that brings us back is that prices are reasonable and they offer water when we were leaving. That is definitely much appreciated when you are exhausted from your travels and do not have to worry about making an extra stop.

Shuttles were readily available on our way in and out of Hobby Airport! Hardly any wait at all on our way back. It was a great welcome home.

I liked the parking, exit, and pickup. The service was fast and convenient..On the return from the airport, the driver sped (literally!) past the remote parking bus pickup areas and only stopped when a porter saw me starting to run after him and whistled. He was clearly not going to stop, as fast as he was traveling. He was on his way somewhere and was late..Alls well that ends well, but seriously!

I have used them many times and was satisfied but after following up with why my bill was so high and finding a “holiday rate” that was stated no where on the website or a warning that it would be happening in the middle of our vacation I am no longer a fan. If a company is going to change rates out of no where it should be posted. I was not charged the rate the website quoted the day I parked.

Quick and easy. And you don’t have to wait in the lot for pickup. The bus is there as you park.

Always park here when I fly out of Hobby. Drivers are courteous and friendly. Staff at the booth greet you with a smile. The new automated system is a plus, just download the app and your all set.

With the app it is the easiest thing I have ever done in my adult life. I went on a whirlwind trip so parking my car was cheaper than an Uber. If it was a longer stay I can see it getting pricey. However again I had no problems and I recommend to anyone

Fast, Friendly service, checking in and leaving. Recently I have discovered reservations and payment on line. Especially easy and quick when returning from a trip!

I have used The Parking Spot 2 on several occasions over the last few years and have always had a pleasant experience. My car has never been broken into, I can make my reservation on line and all of the people I have encountered at the check-in/out station and the shuttle drivers have all been nothing but professional and courteous. I will continue to park at this lot when I fly out of Hobby which I do at least 3 - 5 times per year.

Good app for the phone, easy to use and make a reservation. Shuttle service is ok to and from the airport. I like the bottle of water that is offered upon exiting the parking lot.

We were directed right to an available parking space from the lady at the gate booth. The shuttle bus pulled right up and waited for us to unload the car and put our luggage on the bus. Everyone was polite and friendly. I will definitely park with the Parking Spot 2 again. When we returned home a bus was there waiting and the same experiences were with the staff! Love them!

This is a super easy way to just slide my Parking Spot card when entering and it is even easier to check out and leave quickly by swiping my Parking Spot card to exit!!!

When I drove into the parking lot until the time I came back and picked up my car a week later everything was perfect. I wish I knew the name of all of the employees that helped me. When I pulled in to the lot the lady was very nice as she told me where to go park at and I had only been out of my car a couple of seconds and here comes the shuttle to pick me up. I am disabled and have a walker and it takes me a little while. The gentleman driving the shuttle was so kind he told me not to worry to take my time and he even came over and took my luggage and made sure my car was locked up and walked over with me to the shuttle. I truly appreciate the great customer service and I will be back again. Thank you

The price is right,But the service from the van driver today 07/31/20, she was very unprofessional and argumentative, because i thought i give her the barcode ticket, But i miss place it and she was so rude,another driver came by explain to me if i lost my ticket, i can get another,but its obvious ms. Janice the van driver is not qualfied for this job and she definitely need a attitude adjustment, i surely will not go back because of that.people skilled is needed.

We had the worst experience with parking here. We came back from our honeymoon ready to get home after a long day of flying and it was also windy and cold out as well.We ended up waiting for a bus to come get us to take us to our car for about an hour and a half with about 50 other upset people and children as well.We all called and asked for someone to send a bus after 6 buses for the same company came but for another so they could not take us, had came and gone. So imagine our frustration when they came and only 2 people entered the van and still no parking spot 2 bus has come.About 45 minutes in only 2 buses come and mind you they only hold about 12- 15 people and you can’t stand. It there are hand rails on the top for that purpose. So only 2 buses after we all called and told them it was a lot of people and they would need at least 4 buses to get us, one of them kicked a man that was frustrated from waiting and he may have been out of line on yelling (but was not yelling in the drivers face), he kicked him off and made his wife who was already sitted get off the bus and wait for the next bus to come. We didn’t make it on the bus cause there was not enough room and you couldn’t STAND. We ended up waiting for the other buses 35-45 minutes and had to call again as we watched another 8 buses or so with the same company but other parking lot come and go. We landed and waited starting at 11, we got dropped off at our car finally at 1:00 am.I will never use this company again, and I hope this never happens to anyone else either.

This parking area is safe, convenient and close se to the airport. Yet, a great cost savings. You will quickly be able to park. And the average wait time for mevis usually less than 2 minutes. But even better, because multiple shuttles are coming and going, there is not a long wait to either get to the airport for departure, nor to your car upon return.

Left my backpack in the transportation bus! Thanks so very much to the staff at Houston Hobby who kept my bag safe for me until I retrieved it. So surprised that someone actually answered the phone, no recordings, and had my inquiry about my lost bag answered in just a few minutes. Very anxious that bag was gone! Parking availability and convenience of being shuttle to and from the airport and the attendants are so nice and professional. Excellent customer service on and off the phones.

From the moment you pull up to the entry gate, then take the shuttle to the terminal you are greeted by a friendly face and courteous employees. A no hassle experience from arrival to departure; and the bottle of water as you exit is a small gesture that goes a long way.

Expensive for a park and ride, great service but I have found cheaper. I dont believe in giving more money for less service. This park and ride has no cover for your automobile and is the most expensive in Houston your Hobby Airport check around for better prices

In case youre trying to decide between The Parking Spot and The Parking Spot 2, The Parking Spot 2 is almost across the street as opposed to The Parking Spot located down the street from Hobby Airport. Both are great locations. One is just closer than the other.Always great service with fast pick up and drop off to and from. And they always have coupons in the magazines on Southwest Airlines.

The attendants were really nice, both coming and going. The parking fees are quite reasonable (look online for coupons!). Didnt wait long for the shuttle at the airport.Ive had great experiences with the Parking Spot at Intercontinental Airport as well. I had to make an emergency trip to visit my mother in hospice. I went to the Will Clayton lot; the attendant on my way in was just lovely to me. She could tell I was upset and just could not have treated me any nicer. I parked my car (a week before Harvey) and, due to the delay, they lowered the cost of my stay there.All in all, Ive had nothing but great experiences with Parking Spot in general and with the lot on Airport at Hobby in particular.

Be aware of the area of parking that is through the gate. We got to our car around 10:30pm, tried using our ticket to get out. We tried calling The emergency number on the call box, and the number on the ticket with no answer to either. Good thing our car was small enough to fit through the side and the gate arm. If we had a bigger vehicle we would have been stuck for who knows how long.Also, the guy taking ya to the car, did not help with baggage at all. He literally stood there and watched me struggle getting my suitcase turned over to put down below, with my hands full and did not help anyone with baggage getting off.The good, its inexpensive to park.

Im leaving this review personally for Jason who gave impeccable service in picking up my girlfriend, myself, and everyone else on the shuttle from IAH and dropping us off at our car. He was incredibly courteous. He acknowledged that I had called to have a shuttle sent to terminal B and apologized for any delay. The delay wasnt long, and I know it wasnt his fault, yet, in apologizing and shouldering the blame, he apologized on behalf of The Parking Spot 2, which is admirable. Jason moved quickly to help all passengers with their bags and did so with care and enthusiasm. Jason is someone who understands the meaning of service and how to provide it to others. We wanted to leave him a tip, but neither of us had cash on us, hence Im writing this review for Jason. For the managers of The Parking Spot 2, please reward Jason for his excellence. My girlfriend and I are going to return to The Parking Spot 2 for our airport parking needs because of him.

Customer service is always on point. I like the security and the shuttles are fast and efficient. When traveling, this is the only spot for my car.

Nobody clearly mentions that the $5 online reservation fee (which it turns out during most times is unnecessary) is not a payment toward the parking fee. So the $11+ dollars for daily parking was charged IN ADDITION to the online reservation fee.Service was fine but this kind of business pracrice will cost them more in the long run because they just lost a potential regular customer.

Most of the time its fine, but on one occasion I almost missed my flight. They waited until the bus was full before they left for the airport, The drove around the lot and waiting for over 20 minutes to fill the bus. I just made it in time to check my bags, Then there have been times I waited for 30 minutes after I called to be picked up at the airport. I would give extra time if your plan on parking here.

If you want to park at Hobby airport this is the best place to get in and get out without a hassle.

My vehicle was as I left it. The driver was friendly and helped with bags. The cashier was nice and even offered a cold bottled water. Really impressed with the Parking Spot 2.

Parking lot seems secure, drivers are courteous and helpful. Price is about what you would expect. Pick up and delivery at the airport is fast, not much of a wait at all. On the negative side, they give you a discount on the daily rate for making a reservation online, but then they charge you a reservation fee that wipes out your savings. Also, I had a very hard time getting a receipt afterwards, which can be a major problem if you are traveling on business. The only way they could give me a receipt was the manager took a picture of her computer screen with her phone, and sent it to me as a text mesg. Not very professional, and caused me issues getting reimbursed by my company. Ive used this location many times in the past with no complaints, but the reservation system they have now is an issue.
