Easy navigation for online booking. The truth in the companys name Park N Fly, we parked & the shuttle pick us up at our vehicle then the airport. The convenience 10/10! The return was even better, & low prices. Definitely will be returning. Shuttle drivers very helpful.

Had a great overall experience. Not sure if it was my luck but the shuttle busses were there when I arrived and returning. I really likes how they drop you off in front of your car on the return. Help you with your luggage. Only tip is to keep track of your parking ticket they provide you. Definitely recommend them and will utilize them again.

Second time using park n fly and will continue to use. It makes traveling so much simpler I get to leave my car somewhere safe and the shuttle takes you and picks you up from the airport. And you get a free car wash. Staff we have encountered has been friendly highly recommend.

I really liked the SMS service. By using it, I could take a shuttle at the airport in less than 5 minutes wait. Dropping me just in front of my car was also a good part.

I was really impressed with the fast pick up when I parked my car as well as when I arrived. Both drivers were very nice and hospitable. The experience I had leaving was a bit lacking. The lady at the front kiosk was very rude and seemed to just be having a bad day combined with little patience. Even with that I was very pleased.

Bill H on our way to the airport was so kind and helpful and Jose A on the way back was awesome and hilarious! We were the only ones on the shuttle and he played music for us and made the short experience that much better. Jose got out and helped us put our bags in the car and directed us to the free air for our tires that he noticed looked a bit low. Totally great experience. The prices were great but the service was even better. All of the staff we encountered were helpful. They got us to the airport quickly and were there to pick us up on time when we got back.

I aways use Park N Fly when I have yo travel my vehicle at the airport. Servicr is good. The only issue I ever have is making sure I get early because sometimes they have to ride around occasionally close to 15 minutes before they head to the airport. In a rush, those extra minutes when you are trying to catch your flight.

This is always my go-to for parking. Quick, friendly, efficient and the free car wash is a nice bonus! I’ve used them several times for short and long term stays and have never had an issue.

Park N Fly offers a safe parking experience for my vehicle while I am out of town. And their website is easy to use. I am able to enter and exit their lot in very little time.

The woman who works the night shift made my experience a nightmare. She was extremely rude, combative, and unprofessional. I needed to do a split payment (card and cash), so the woman swiped my card first. After she swiped my debit card, it took the money from my bank account immediately. She then asked for the cash. Afterwards, she said that she needed to swipe my card again because she made a mistake. I showed the woman my banking mobile app and how the transaction had already went through on my end so it was no need to charge me twice. When I tried to show her the transaction charge, she yelled at me that she was just going to have to charge me again and didn’t know what type of bank that was anyway (the bank was Chime). I was confused at why she felt the need to scream at me and be belligerent. All in all, the woman was very hostile and argumentative all because of her own mistake (swiping the card first). The worst part is that she threatened to call the police when I simply asked to speak to a manager. This was very frustrating because it was 1 AM, and I was exhausted from my trip, yet, I had to call a friend to come pay (again as I was already charged) because she refused to swipe my card and yelled at me saying, “Oh well. You better call someone to come help you.”

It is a very easy way to go to the airport. I have 3 kids and the Uber cost me 80 dls each way, and they do not have car sits.So I go with my own car. I pay in advance on the web site. They send you a QR code to your email that you scan at the entry and at the exit and that’s it. Half of the Uber price, you go on your car and it’s very easy.

Soon as got into the property, a shuttle followed me and picked me up right on. When i got back to IAH gave them a call, the shuttle was there in less than 10 minutes. The only problem was the exit. There was only one working exit gate. The rest won’t read the IQ code. So i had to pull back. The women at the only working gate helped me. She was so nice.

Vicky was one of the nicest drivers I have encountered. She was polite, smiling and helped out with the luggage and finding our terminal. Very professional but most importantly a kind human being 🙂

Ease of convenience to leave your car at Park N Fly if you are leaving out of Bush in Houston. Prices are pretty darn good also. I will use if again and recommend it to all.

Screaming THE BEST!!!! The driver was there for our departure very quick, fast and friendly and was already there when we arrived back to Houston the driver were absolutely helpful which we needed after being stuck in LAX for 11hr due to a mechanical issue with the plane. After we got our vehicle we even received a free cash wash on the way out. We will definitely be using them again

Reserved online. Quick easy process. When arrived, the shuttle was there in seconds of me parking. When leaving I was dropped off right at my vehicle. The scanner at the exit made it fast & easy to check out.

Use this service if your favorite past times are waiting, speaking to extremely rude customer services representatives and catching COVID19.All the other long stay parking providers had multiple busses that were properly socially distanced. We waited 20min for a bus to squeeze onto and when I called to ask if a bus was coming I received a dressing down from the customer services representative for not knowing what exact location I was (other than their bus stop). Quite honestly, I should rather have walked as it would have been quicker.

On the way to the airport I was dropped of at baggaged claim and told to find my way because he had to go pick up other and he forgot to bring me to gate. So theres that. Then when I returned, I waited 40 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up. Had to call three times. Finally after I got picked up, shuttle took another 20 minutes getting me back to car. Needless to say I am late to where I need to be. Thanks park n fly I wont be using them again. EcoPark was consistently pick up their customers. Guess I know what service I will use next month.

Great prices, free car wash, friendly staff and great customer service. We lost our keys and the lady waited while we searched, then took us back to the office building to wait in the cool while we figured out a solution. Very helpful and kind after as long and difficult journey; much appreciated.

They apparently only run one shuttle on July 4th weekend. Been waiting to be picked up at terminal A with about 100 other people for about an hour. I may still be here when you read this...Edit: We finally got picked up. And we found all the shuttles!

My boyfriend and I went to Chicago for 5 days and didn’t want bother anyone to pick us up or drop us off. This was extremely convenient and less expensive than an Uber. They have quick service and both drivers that we had were professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our experience stressless and enjoyable! We will definitely be using this service for the rest of our travels.

Waited for over an hour at IAH terminal E and saw over 4 of every competition shuttle without seeing Park and Fly. Called twice to get a shuttle. Bad experience twice in a row. Would recommend EcoPark they seem to have a very good shuttle service. Now getting to an hour and a half with no shuttle

Extremely courteous drivers.....very clean facilities and a great automated system, texting and callback on my phone to let me know the shuttle is on the way....my family and I were exhausted from a long trip and I was very grateful for the quick service to get to our car and out of the facility in a very short time....keep it up....very much appreciated....also, I might add great prices.

I liked that if your flight is delayed, your car can stay there and they just ask you to pay an extra $6 or so. Its inexpensive, just make sure to stand by your car for the shuttle to pick you up and keep the card that they give you with your parking space location written on it.

The easy and close location to the airport is extremely helpful for flying out and returning. The shuttle service going and coming back were good as were the drivers. I really like the cost as it would be alot more to hire an Uber XL to and from the airport and it wouldnt be your own vehicle. We dont have to trouble family or friends to take us or pick us up either.

Everything was perfect, we purchased the ticket online, very affordable compared to paying uber going to the airport and uber home, this was really one of the best decision I’ve made during traveling out of town. Everything was very easy processing, as soon as we got there it’s like the bus was waiting for us, we was at the airport in no time, and as soon we came back the bus was outside waiting on us, the driver is very professional and friendly. He took us right where our vehicle is parked at, did i mentioned they have free car was? It was perfect

Parking location is very convenient but I’ve used this company at least 5 times and every time I have to wait a long time for a bus to come pick me up from the terminal to the parking. I’ll try another company next time because I see their buses picking up passengers regularly while Park’ N Fly only comes once in a while. I hope they increase the drivers to pick people up at the airport.

Super fast to reserve online. Drive into lot, they picked me by my car and dropped me off at terminal. At pick up they gave me a number to call and they picked me up and dropped me at my car. Scanned my reservation at the kiosk and drove out of lot. It couldn’t have been easier. Plus, they were cheaper then the others. Will use again.

The parking areas are clean, the shuttles are frequent and the drivers are pleasant and helpful.

Awful again - just keeps getting worse and worse. Has to wait at the terminal in the heat while all their competitors show up and pick their customers up. Third time Ive had to actually call the number and see if someone is coming. Then had to wait almost fifteen minutes to get out because nobodys receipts were working. Whats the point of prepaying if every time you go it takes forever?

I am so impressed with the new automation that Park ‘n fly uses. It is so easy to pre-pay and scan the QR code upon entry and exit. Good job!

It’s so convenient and easy to use Park N Fly!!! We have been using them for about 5 years and it has been fabulous every time. I always feel like my car is safe and watched over. If the weather is going to be bad while I’m gone, I upgrade to the covered parking, and even that is affordable! So much better than parking in the airport, I actually feel like my car is safer at Park N Fly than it would be at the airport!

I gave them a 3 because my experience before my flight was not good but coming back, was a COMPLETELY different experience! First off, when I came into the place (about 4am), it wasnt clear where I needed to be but there was an airport employee who was waiting for the bus that helped me out. At first I thought it was just going to be the 2 of us riding but the guy just kept finding more and more people to pick up, until we were so packed that people had to stand up to ride. Before he picked up the last family, I asked him what about social distancing and he responded with, youll be ahight. This was my first time flying since the pandemic and my nerves were already shot before I even got on a plane...Coming back, however, was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT story! Vicky (I hope I spelled her name correctly), was so sweet. You can really tell she likes her job and loves people! First off, my flight got in late because of the weather so it was after 9pm and there was only me and another female passenger. We got on, started to leave and she asked if we were warm and if she should turn the AC up some. I said, yes and she did. Once we got to my car, she took my carryon, I said, I can get that. She said I got it. To which I said, but I dont have any cash on me, I feel bad. She said dont worry about it and continued to walk it around to my trunk and put it inside. That REALLY impressed me! Thank you Vicky for ending my trip on a good note!!!!

Wonderful service. We parked, and immediately had a shuttle to the airport. When we came back, it took less than two minutes for their shuttle to arrive to take us back to our car. Will use them again in the near future.

Strongly not recommended. They can’t properly manage a bus system, so you end up stuck waiting for a bus that isn’t full. When one that isn’t full gets there, it doesn’t have enough room to fit all the people waiting. And finally at the lot, they don’t have an efficient way to drop everyone off, so it still takes forever to get to your vehicle.

Never having to wait in the parking lot for a shuttle. They are always right there and very helpful to an older person like me. Last trip, I was unsure if I had locked my car, or not. The driver took me back to my car to make sure ( and it was not locked)

This is a big lot with plenty of space but the spaces are really tight when it gets full. I had a ding in my drivers side door. I know this is not the fault of the lot managers or staff who are all very nice, but of the person who parked next to me being careless when opening their door. I can`t give five stars for this reason.. The price is good, location good, everything else good just the tight spots is, for me an issue.I drive a Mid-Size Mercedes Sedan, so it`s not a huge car at all. Big trucks not sure how they`ll cope?

It is very conveniently located. The shuttle driver handed us a card with our parking spot number so we didnt forget where we parked. The shuttle was clean and fast. The only issue I had was using the ap to locate the shuttle when we landed. The cell service in the pick up are is bad so I had to call to get the shuttle. There are courtesy phones at the shuttle stop so that was helpful. Our battery was dead when we tried to start a car and they were quick to come with a jump!

Its always easy to checkout. Drivers are courteous and always offer to assist me with my bags. They are quick and clean. The shuttle is air conditioned. They offer a complimentary car wash before you leave and my vehicle is always secure.
