Very easy to make a reservation online. We received email and text confirmations which was great. Our address is hard to find but Sam showed up early. What a relief when you are heading to the airport to catch a flight. Everything was perfect and we will be using them again!

Pick up at airport because of the history that I have with the company. The driver is always in the baggage area before I arrive. A sign with my name easily seen. The drivers are all professionally dressed with coat and tie apparel. Drivers are always exceptionally friendly and courteous. Every vehicle that I have been transported in are immaculately clean and fresh. NEVER HAD ANYTHING BY 5-STAR SERVICE!

I had a wonderful experience with Elite. The driver was their to meet my flight and help manage my luggage. Their was a slight delay at the luggage carousel and I never felt pressured. Kris was the initial contact for us when booking and she made sure that all our needs were met and stayed in contact up till the reservation date and followed up the next day as well to make sure everything went smooth. Prices were the best out of the 5 or so companies I quoted and the Sprinter we booked as exactly what we wanted and super clean/elegant. Definitely will use again!

I was celebrating my 50th birthday and booked a limo with Elite. The driver, Christopher, showed up a little early (which I liked). He was very professional to all my family. He explained the controls to the limo and helped us take a commemorative picture before the trip. He assisted every one into the limo then drove us to the restaurant and dropped us off at the front door of the restaurant. I texted him when we were done. He met us outside the restaurant and helped us back inside the limo. On the way home, my brother, had to make an emergency stop due to an illness. Christopher, did a great job of helping find a place where my brother could take a break and then get us back on the road. We got back home and had an excellent time in the limo. Christopher was a very professional driver and very nice guy. I would definitely book a limo with Elite and request Christopher as our driver.

The owner is very rude and belittling this company have the potential to be excellent but the owner lack in respecting and showing concerns for his drivers which puts his passengers safety in danger and causes the driver to drive under stress and pressure this owner is all about money hopefully they can make improvement so the driver can feel appreciated and safe to provide great service to customers

This company is not willing to take responsibility for sending us a LEMON LIMO! We hired a stretch limousine for my Moms 70th birthday, and it broke down IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, after dinner, leaving the driver going about 5 MPH, on a VERY BUSY ACCESS ROAD, and putting ALL OF OUR LIVES IN DANGER! If not for the fact that we were near a club that we were a member of, we would have literally been stranded in the LEMON LIMO (and it also got VERY HOT IN THERE WITH NO AC) We also had a 7 year old in the car with us, and she was petrified. They were able to send a Party Bus within 45 minutes, which was nice, but we missed our dessert reservation. They claim to have compensated us with an extra 45 minutes, but when we contacted them asking for a partial refund because their car was not properly maintained and broke down in the middle of the job, they practically laughed in our faces, claiming that the extra 45 minutes in the party bus should be enough, even though this caused us to miss our after dinner reservations! A contract is a contract, and they sent a LEMON LIMO to take us around for our Moms Birthday. To add insult to injury, the BLUETOOTH on the limo did not even work. We had fun, and made the best of it, but I am sorry, they should be willing to meet us somewhere in the middle when it comes to making it right. The manager who contacted me was curt and took no responsibility for the case of the lemon limo. Transportation companies in the greater Houston area are a DIME A DOZEN, so when you have a choice, avoid these guys at ALL COSTS!!
