Sams limousine really provided an exceptional experience for my team and I. Being that I am a strong critic and can be somewhat difficult to impress I must admit that I am impressed. Very professional, on time and world class customer service. Even while in the middle of a pandemic the drivers and staff met our needs to perfection. The sanitation and cleanliness was was a strong 10 out of 10 which is like no other company that I have yet to experience. I love that the safety, comfort and well-being is top of their list. I will most certainly be using Sams services from here on out.

At the beginning I wasn’t sure about choosing Sam’s Limousine since I read some scary reviews about not showing up or being on time. Honestly they were the ones with the best price, so I decided to take the “risk” . The driver, Carlos arrived around pick up area around 30 min before the set time, he called me to confirm if it was about to be a surprise or if he can just park in front of the location, he have also refilled some ice without me asking! Service and price was exceptional! Party bus was neat .. clean and in perfect conditions .. terms and conditions pretty clear!! No hidden fees and price was way lower compared to other Party bus rentals. Be like me and take the “risk” is worth it !!

I rented a Limo Bus for a 14 year old birthday party and it was superb. It was clean, great sound system for the partying teens, comfortable and spacious. I had the pleasure of attending a 60th Birthday Celebration weekend in the Hill Country which limo service was provided by Sams Limousine & Transportation. Our driver was Mr. Eddie whom was very professional, courteous, attentive and timely from pick up, while in the Hill Country and safely returning us back to Houston, TX. The Sprinter limo was roomy and very comfortable. I would recommend limo service provided by Sams Limo & Transportation as well as Mr. Eddie as a driver.

Sams Limousine & Transportation were fabulous to work with for our wedding day. My wife and I wanted to ensure our guests were able to enjoy our wedding responsibly, so we offered bus shuttles from the hotel to the venue. Our guests LOVED this. The shuttles were on time, clean, and had friendly drivers. What more could you ask for.We also used Sams for our get away vehicle. Our driver was friendly and took the time to get to know us. He also made sure we felt as comfortable as possible. Whether that was for our safety (COVID precautions followed and driving slowly so we made it to our hotel), the environment in the car (music and temperature of car), and our level of engagement with the driver (talking during drive or silence); he made sure the night was about us.I would 100% recommend Sams if you have any transportation needs!

Sams Limousine was absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding. We had a multiple day Indian wedding and multiple venues, but coordinating timings and locations was seamless. They were always on time, knew the locations well, and catered to our guests needs. In fact, our guests said that the shuttle rides were some of the most fun parts of the wedding. Earlier during this week, Houston also had power outages and a snowstorm, and we were very concerned about transporting our guests and their luggage, however Sams Limousine came to the rescue and provided a small bus for us. Rented a limo to take me and my wife from our wedding to the hotel on 3/26. Driver was fine until we got to the hotel. After we arrived he attempted to explain how the 20% gratuity that is automatically charged does not go to the drivers. I just got married I didn’t have my wallet in my back pocket. I felt intimidated and honestly I just wanted him to go away.UPDATE:Sam’s limousine reached out and was very apologetic for the unfortunate situation. They were understanding and said they would look into their process to ensure this is avoided for future costumers and offered some compensation for the error. All resolved very quickly.

The music system was terrible and the driver was very rude when it came to time. The host paid for a 3 hour minimum and the driver was adamant on only driving for 2. The volume was not loud at all. Don’t book at Sam’s.

Sams Limousine was perfect! We used them for transportation for our wedding in December 2020. I somehow managed to book the busses for the wrong date and realized this the week of the wedding. They remained calm (kept me calm) and were able to accommodate us anyways! I cannot recommend them enough. Good price, great service, fantastic all around!

We organized a corporate event with this company and had a very negative experience this past weekend. The day started well, however when we were picked up at the end of our day, there was no operating air conditioning, power, music or any of the features that we paid $1000 to have for our corporate excursion. Instead of sending out a new bus, the driver insisted that we travel over an hour back to our destination so that he could make his next appointment. On Monday morning I called the company and was given the run around when trying to talk to the manager. After 6 phone calls and e-mails, I finally had to be extremely assertive to get through to Fernando (GM) who offered a 10% refund. We still have no resolution and while we only got half the service level that we paid for, I dont expect this company will do the professional thing and provide a refund for the half service we received. I highly encourage anyone considering this company to reconsider. While we had a negative experience and as the host of this corporate event, I was personally embarrassed to take our team and spouses out with this type of bus condition, I cannot even imagine how I would have felt if this was a milestone event such as a wedding, prom, etc. I think an operational bus with air conditioning on a hot Texas day is the absolute bare minimum that we should have received for the cost that we paid in full, upfront.

I went with Sams limousine service for a party bus as I accompanied a party in years past.The issues were as follows -Bus rented was suppose to be a 18-20 passenger bus, in reality it should be a 14 person bus. guests were sitting basically on top of each other.It was raining the day of event and the bus leaked on my guests through the night, no other buses were not available per drivers supervisorI was not advised once that the TVs would not work unless I brought my own DVDs/CDs, so was not able to get the use of all amenities with the party bus.The radio we had trouble connecting due to the set up. No directions were given but just connect to Bluetooth which was not the case. luckily I had a guest that knew what steps to take get the radio to pair with IPAD. IT took about 30 minutes each time entering bus to get radio to connect to have music.

Our limo driver was very disrespectful. After picking us up from our restaurant we asked him to take us to la pasha which is a 10 minute drive from where we ate at. After 20 minutes of driving I check Google maps and see we’re headed in the opposite direction. I knock on the window to ask the driver where he’s going and he starts to talk to me rudely saying we never gave him a address when we clearly told him where we wanted to go. I ask him why he didn’t just clarify before leaving if he wasnt sure and he just continues to argue and speak to me disrespectfully. Very unprofessional behavior by the driver I’m very disappointed by the service and will not be using sams again.

The driver, Jonathan, was very patient, nice, and very professional.Also, Jonathan made sure my basketball team was on time to our basketball camp. While there was traffic Jonathan called the police by paying them to escort us to our location.

This is the 2nd year in a row that Ive reserved a party bus for my birthday night. The driver was most importantly on time, patient and drove us everywhere we wanted to go. The sound system was amazing and we danced all over the bus. I reserved a 20 person party bus and it was super roomy for 18 people, an ice chest, and everyones belongings. I definitely recommend Sams and will reserve from them again. My entire party said they had a blast!!

Mr.Johnathan Wicker is the best driver we have had yet. Every year he takes our group all around on a big trip. He is very sweet and consistent. He does his job well and also has fun with us when we go on tours and trips.

We rented the 18/20 passenger party bus for my friends birthday party. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The party bus had plastic disposable cups and fresh napkins ready for use. The party bus also came with fresh ice in the coolers for us. The driver was really nice and on time. He even had a corkscrew available for us just in case we forgot to bring one with us. He helped us get the music going and was very helpful getting the party started. The bus was absolutely amazing. Everything worked perfect and we were surprised with smoke coming from under the seats that made the effect even more awesome. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to everyone and my friends and I will totally use Sams Limousine again!

Our school booked a trip from Houston to Winter Park, Sams was contracted to transport the students and staff. Trip was cancelled in March due to Covid19. Sams refused to refund the money for the trip, they offered a credit for future use. So, in essence, they kept our money! Not happy.
