Both of our drivers were very professional and didnt mind picking up our luggage without hesitation. The service was quick going to the airport when we departed and upon our return. Will definitely use this parking again. Really appreciate the covered parking too.

The good:- This was probably the closest off-site parking garage to the airport. It took less than five minutes on a shuttle from the garage to the departure gate.- There was a shuttle ready to take me to the airport as soon as I came down the elevator and there was a shuttle ready to take me back to the garage as soon I came out the arrival gates.The bad:- This was probably one of the more expensive lots. It cost me over $30 to park here two nights.- They require you to scan your ticket to get up to the 3rd floor and to leave the 3rd floor. Like, why?- When I was trying to leave, the scanner on the 2nd floor that would allow me to enter the floor kept giving me an error and wouldnt open. I called for help and even though the operator opened the arm gate for me, she also gave me a snide remark saying, you shouldve used the cashier. First of all, WHAT CASHIER? The cashier is on the 1st floor and I couldnt even get on the 2nd floor from the 3rd!Next time Im traveling through Hobby, Id just park at Fast Park. Sure its a bit farther and it takes longer from the lot to the airport, but its not that much longer. Plus, its A LOT cheaper.

Condescending workers and scammy layout. Shuttles say they drive every 6-9 minutes but I waited about 15 after I called them! Very difficult to navigate while inside. Park somewhere else that offers better service for the same price.

All were great except the parking needs a better sign to where to go. We also made a mistake and went to secure parking which was the wrong place. Coming from airport blvd entering the parking a better sign on where to turn to go up. As we are leaving we saw the same mistake that a car made so we know it needs improvement. Other than that it was a great parking place, staff and drivers were nice and kind and helpful. I suggest to reserved a spot and prepaid so convenient and reasonable for a covered parking.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used this parking garage. Both times have been no hassle experience. Easy to get in and out, close proximity to the airport, covered/ noncovered, and didn’t have wait to long for the van to/from the airport. Good pre pay rates would recommend paying online instead of getting ticket on the spot.

This place is an absolute pain to park at. If you make a reservation you have more work to do than without one. Upon arrival one has to get a ticket to go in and then more tickets to go up levels. Upon return you will have to go inside to have the ticket validated / receipt with bar code provided, which during Covid they keep the door locked so you will wait until the lady puts her mask on and buzzes you in. Then upon validation you can goto your vehicle (no you aren’t dropped off at it like many other facilities). If you park on the roof you will have to then scan the receipt several times as you go down to ground level and at the final exit. This place has more gate checks and stops than what a maximum security prison probably has. Obvious sarcasm, but it does certainly feel that way as you go through all of this. To top it off the pricing isn’t much better than other places so it’s really not worth all the hassle. I’d recommend other nearby establishments over this one.

Our flight came in way later than expected, but when I called to make sure we would have a shuttle available, the employees were courteous and prompt, and a shuttle was waiting for us right there. Could not have been more smooth of a process!

Very convenient in that this parking facility is very close to Hobby. A few drawbacks: vans are small and crowded. You will need to park your car and then take your bags with you and ride an elevator down to the van pick up point on the first floor. I found the garage to be quite dirty and the lighting to be so so. All the staff were very friendly.

Preflight is one my favorite spot at hobby airport . Never had issue with them and shuttles are always on time.

The only inconvenience was to scan your ticket on every floor to reach to the top floor on your way in and out. Otherwise clean and great location

Good:The car was safe and the shuttle service was quick to and from the airport. We paid in advance, so the rate was very fair.Bad:SHUTTLE: I travel often for work, and usually use off-site shuttle buses. The driver has ALWAYS gotten off the shuttle bus to offer to load my bags. On this trip, I was travelling with my family (wife and three daughters under 13yo) and we had 6 pieces of checked luggage. On our return, the driver sat and watched my wife and I pull our luggage onto the shuttle...then again watched us pull the luggage off the shuttle when we got back to our car. He did not say one word to us on the ride. I got cash for the trip specifically to tip the shuttle drivers, but did not use it here. It was very awkward. Shuttle driver was good on the way to the airport.PAYMENT: We prepaid and made our way to the exit and chose the lane that had a cashier in case there were issues with my pre-payment. I scanned my emailed receipt and it did not accept it. There was a printed sign taped on the machine saying prepaid customers need to go to the office. Of course, there were no cashiers working to answer my question and I was stuck in the exit line. I didnt want to block the exit, so I had to reverse out of the lane and drive over to the office. There the man told me to scan my ticket first, then to scan the payment. Another customer came in at the same time with the same issue. There should be a sign posted at the payment stations with this information if they are not going to have a cashier on-site.

I find the price is comparable for other lots, especially for covered parking. Paying ahead on line is no problem. Park your car, hop on shuttle to IAH. Come home and most likely shuttle is waiting for you. Seems very safe, too.

Always the best parking experience! All covered parking spots at compatible rates. Even arriving at 3 am in the morning, no shuttle waits. Couldnt be happier with their service!

I like it, but you have to do a lot to get in the parking and to leave. You have to go inside and show your reservation and the have to get you a bar code to leave.When you just got off a flight thats the last thing you want to do is go through hoops.

I used PreFlight parking for 5 days while on vacation. Prior to parking I printed out a coupon from the PreFlight website. The coupon offered a reduced price per day and said to present the paper to the attendant when exiting/paying. We got back late on a Sunday night. I drove past the payment kiosk and stopped at the attendant as directed by the coupon. The attendant seemed frustrated that I pulled up and didn’t use the kiosk instead. Keep in mind there were no other customers around. She didn’t say a word and took the paper. She then asked for my card, walked over to the kiosk, and paid my charge. She then returned and gave me the coupon, my card, and the receipt. I was ready to get home so I left. It wasn’t until I later looked at the receipt that I noticed I was charged full price. All together I would have saved $12 bucks with the coupon price. Honestly, I don’t really care about the money. What bothers me is the lack of customer service. I shouldn’t have to feel like an inconvenience. If you want to be treated well I would recommend trying another parking garage.

We left on Christmas Eve morning, leaving our car at the Preflight Airport Parking. I had made the reservations several days ahead. When we arrived, we quickly went through the check-in booth and found our spot. The van to pick us up was already at our spot. We had help loading our bags, went right out of the entrance, all I less than 5 minutes! Courteous and helpful! Same experience on our return. I will definitely use Preflight again.

I had online reservation for covered parking but when I reached there, no covered parking was available. I had to wait for about 20 minuets to get covered parking. One of the lady at entrance was rude. Bus drivers were very nice and helpful. Shuttle service was frequent and convenient.

We tried two other parking facilities several times before using Pre-Flight and they are the best weve found. Drivers are professional, friendly, website easy to use, buses are prompt, and their prices are very competitive.

The park was okay but the walk to and from rather airplane port, lot of walking.

I have parked at both Hobby and IAH and never had a problem. Hobby facility parking is easy if a bit of a pain to self-park on the top floor you have to go through many checkpoints. Make sure you have your bar code handy.

I use Preflight every time. No matter what time it is the buses come every 10 minutes or more. I really like this company.

I have been a frequent customer of Pre-Flight Parking at IAH but have recently experienced an incident that will keep me from trusting the company with my personal valuables.I had left a portable charger on one of the shuttles, called the on-duty manager that night who reassured me that he had found the charger, wrote my name and phone number down and told me that I could pick it up the following couple of days. I came to pick up the device to find that the on-site manager I spoke with that night could no longer find the device, that someone seems to have taken it from the lost-and-found, but was reassured that they would check the security footage to find out what had happened. I have yet to hear back from any of the individuals I spoke with.Until there is more accountability and security, I will take my business elsewhere.

If only the ticket machine to the rooftop would work! They will charge you for covered parking when you return if you don’t pay attention- go to the cashier when you check out. Other than that- the shuttle bus is really quick and the rates are decent.

Parking at the airport is expensive. Preflight offers an attractive alternative. They are cheaper than parking at the airport itself and offer a valet service which we use. Not only is it cheaper than parking on the airport but they have the car running when you arrive, air conditioner on, and trunk open with an attendant ready to help you with your bags. All this and a cold bottle of water. Awesome

This first time visit would have been great, prepaid for full service valet for 3 days, upon exit, this individual made the entire experience sour. Should not have been given ANY attitude or had to argue with a cashier over a ticket that had been given to her staff. Would give 0 stars if applicable. Not helpful, not friendly, not professional. She would not listen, would not reason, rolled her eyes like a child. The next time I fly hobby, Ill make sure to use a company with more sophisticated staff members.

I have been using PreFlight for a few years now and they are consistently great! The customer service from all that I encounter is always stellar, the shuttles are often at my car to pick me up before I even have time to unload and I never have to wait at the airport for a shuttle more than 10 mins and thats on the long side. Plus the price is great. I wont go anywhere else.

Decided to use valet due to luggage and timing. When we arrived very early, the driver was great. Helped us with luggage and was very efficient. When we returned it was not so much fun. They had not given us our valet pass so there was terrible communications. No help with luggage. Ended up doing all the work our selves. Had coupon but still was way out of price range, especially since we got no help. Used covered parking in an effort to keep car clean, boy that was wrong. Due to location of valet parking car looked like it had been in dust storm. Will switch back to UBER in the future.

Proximity to Hobby and price make this place stand out. The drivers are also pretty good about picking up and dropping people off without sitting around and waiting for a long time. The only time I had bad service the manager comped my parking without me even having to ask.

Never have to wait very long for a shuttle, and the daily rate seems reasonable enough, I guess. I did have one issue where my card was double charged, because they were trying to figure out an automated payment system at the exit.

Worst service rude and disrespectful employees including management. Not helpful & seem like they don’t want to be at work. Only the valet guys are nice & helpful.

Well-lit covered parking, as well as an economy lot on the upper level.If youre in a hurry out of Hobby Airport, this is the only way to go, with shuttles coming through often (and efficiently).Just watch out for construction on Broadway St on the way in to the lot.

Found this place on Google maps. Getting in and parking was fairly easy. Shuttle to the airport was quick and courteous. They even had a coupon to download for up to 20% off. Looking at the coupon, we selected 4th floor parking, at a rate of 9.89 per day.When we got back, the shuttle was at the airport for the quick trip to the garage.All was well until we checked out. Our 3 days and a few hours at $9.89 a day turned into $46.Turns out the cashier charged us for valet parking at $11.50 a day or portion of. We were never in valet, and had to scan our ticket several times going in and at the 2nd floor coming out.What hood is a discount rate if they dont give it to you?

Waited 10 min for shuttle, finally came, filled up immediately & and enough people standing around to fill up another 2. I hailed an Uber for a $6 ride to get there. Arrived at garage, 5 shuttles parked. I went to this extreme measure from experience. Previously I have waited for 15 minutes, decided to walk back, had to hop two fences, and ended up beating the shuttle. Last time I had a reservation printed out but wasnt fully educated how to use this upon exiting so I stopped at the booth. Back up and use da machine! Another time I lost my card, oh yea? We dont do that. Go online. The drivers are friendly, but customer service as a whole has miles of improvement. Oh, its convenient (when the shuttles are running).

As crazy as it sounds me and my family drove from Austin to Houston to fly out of Hobby as we saved $900 on our airfare. I drive a Tesla and have many options to park a EV vehicle at the Austin Airport and it is always charged while I am traveling. I called a couple other parking companies as I was already a member of their parking club but neither one had EV parking. I called PreFlight and spoke to a lady on the phone who assured me they had EV parking and could charge my car as long as I parked in the valet section while we were gone. We were going to be gone for 6 days and driving from Austin so I needed to make sure my car would be fully charged when we returned. We dropped the car off the morning of June 26th and again I asked the gentlemen who helped me in the valet section to make sure they charged my car for me as I needed to drive back to Austin when we returned on July 1st. He said no problem so off we went. Well fast forward to last night when we returned and my car was not charged at all and when I asked the guy why my car was not charged he simply said we dont charge EV cars here. I then let him know what the lady on the phone told me and what the gentlemen told me when I dropped it off and all he said was we dont charge EV cars here so its not my problem. Really, not your problem, I was told my car would be charged and it was not and all he said we would never tell you that as we dont change cars here. Why would I ever park an EV vehicle after traveling for 180 miles at a place that could not charge it. I was basically called a liar and told that they dont charge EV cars there. He did not offer a solution or any assistance at all and Im now stuck with 36 miles left on my car and I have to drive to Austin. When I asked him what they could do to help me, again all I got was we dont charge EV vehicles here. Probably the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever received and it is obvious that PreFlight Parking does not care anything about their customers. Our return to Austin was delayed by over 3 hours and instead of getting home around 11:00 pm we got home at 2:20 am and only made it to a charging station with 13 miles left on the car. I will never park here again or ever recommend PreFlight to anybody, ever. Thanks for the worst experience I have ever had parking my car at any airport and I travel alot. Perhaps you should consider a class in customer service and actually consider trying to help people as opposed to the NOT MY PROBLEM response.

Giving PreFlight 1 star because you cannot give 0 stars. Prepaid for Valet service. When I arrived in Houston, they did not have my keys & I could not get in my truck. After approximately 30 minutes, they located my keys - they were locked in a filing cabinet in the office. However an employee had taken the key to the filing cabinet home. So anyone who had paid for valet service could not get the keys to their vehicle. They used scissors to break into the filing cabinet to get everyones keys out.I called the next day to speak with a manager and he was very rude, unapologetic and dismissed it as nothing. I will never use PreFlight Parking again.
