This was my first time taking that ramp. I found it quite interesting when I saw we were walking down the stairs to board the plane. It was pretty cool actually getting the chance to see the ground view of the plane most of the time we just board in from the door never seeing the outside.

Everything clicked off pretty smoothly. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The gates are pretty easy to find. There are plentiful fast food places located close to the gates. Comfortable seating. It is just the long, long walk to the rental area. Oh my. Anyway it all worked out.

Organized but need special signs for disabled vans and cars

Spacious and well lit terminal. Check-in at Delta airlines was a breeze, excellent staff and even faster security check by TSA thanks to Clear.

I felt like they where really trying to get you where you need to be fast with out slowing you down. Plus I was a little lost because I have never been to this one before and they changed my flight. So I had to go to a different terminal. So I had to ask a employee and they where very helpful.

Tonights pick was great. Normally shuttle area was very congested but not tonight. Shuttle driver was very helpful and had a great attitude.

The departures lanes are overcrowded and confusing. Make sure you stay to the right, as the left lane is used for leaving. Once you get inside the terminal, everything is laid out well and clean.

Not one of the greatest looking terminals. But you are just there to leave so it doesnt really matter. There is art pieces on some of the walls, I really liked those. Luggage was treated fine.

Easy to get around, fast service and help everywhere. Covid safety as well.

Its always clean, and usually speedy. Some TSA airport screeners are polite and professional, others should be collecting garbage from the roadside. Hopefully, they will be weeded out. Traveling can be stressful enough without all of the unnecessary attitude from people who are there because they applied to be there, and get paid for being there. If you dont like what you do, quit. Its simple.

The airport looks abit worn and un-kept but very big airport.

One of the best terminal bus ramps, quite outstanding. I will recommend it to my friends and family when they are looking for an airport terminal bus ramp. Cant wait to go back.

The line for drop off was at least a half mile. It to about 20 min. To reach Passenger dropoff

This is a great easy Uber pickup location 👍✈️🛻🧳🧳Felt very safe with airport staff available for guidance and plenty of ample lighting.

There is a sign for everything in this airport and thats great! Easy to move around and find your way

Dropped of rental car was easy. Transfer bus was ready when we got to stop. However the parking garage was littered with trash. Not a good sight for dont mess with Texas

The tent provides shelter and its very big so theres a lot of room but not much seating space. It was a bit dirty but not nasty.

Were able to find parking easily. From the parking garage, it was a quick elevator ride to baggage claim to meet our party.

Better then EWR airport 😂

Tha Gate A19 was too dirty it was food everywhere over the floor and chairs

Construction was terrible and add traffic to it was a complete disaster! Pack am abundance amount of patience

Too crowded, no social distance. Open the country and finish with the pandemic.

I love it! easy directions, friendly staff, clean.

Clean, conveniently located just outside baggage claim at street level. Curb access points could be wider to accommodate rolling bags, carts. Friendly helpful personnel.

The security there are reasonable my mom has an issue with her flight and location we were allowed to stay parked until we were cleared about her flight location and wheelchair assistance needs

The experience was wonderful and fast.. I caught an uber and the driver came to pick me up within 3 minutes and the ride was reasonable..

Super clean terminal and good choices for food and beverage.

Walked right out. No problems with baggage either. Could do with better signage to the App Ride share area.

Pretty good size airport, had to walk the entire floor to next flight.

Quick and easy going thru the check point

The bus ramp was totally awesome! I went round and round and round all the way up to the top - Sweet! Could see the old air traffic control tower and lots of halogen lights. Then, when I went back down, I went round and round - awesome!

First time there, very little signage. Clean and comfortable.

Three flight delays..... Sprit Airlines..Ughhhhh!.I always say that I am not flying Spirit again, but prices are low. You get what you pay for!

Easy to catch the shuttle bus to the car rental center. The drivers are very helpful. Customers observed social distancing protocols without having to be asked.

Always fly out of IAH where ever we go.

When we 1st arrived we were at terminal C and needed to be at terminal A. We proceeded to the shuttles where the driver then told us it would be better and quicker to walk.....YOU CANT WALK!!! We waited for the next shuttle and the driver welcomed us aboard and was very friendly and helpful

Kind of very easy to find your way...

These people know their business. They keep it moving. Theres an art to managing a lot of foot traffic and these folks have it down.

This terminal was so nice and clean. The employees were all busy helping others. I asked for help locating the badge office area and a gentleman behind a large desk area was so accommodating. He offered information that was of great help. Thanks so much.

Under construction right now but was really nice before then. Should be even better once completed.

Typical modern US design although too much space and lacking in kiosks where you can buy items or have facilities. This was limited only to vending machines. To their credit they also had a pharmacy (CVS) vending machine available and as a traveller, that could be a godsend. FYI, the Arrivals gents toilets were pretty clean, an essential in todays COVID-19 age.

Really nice terminal, bathrooms are clean and restaurant options are plenty. If you’re leaving from this terminal don’t worry about packing snacks.

Took forever to get on a bus. I know the capacity is limited due to it being so spikey down here, but after 2 flights, didnt feel like waiting half an hour to get on the bus to the car rental service.
