Rented the limo bus for my wifes girls night out at the Justin Timberlake concert a few weeks ago. Want to thank you for a great experience! The chauffeur, Danielle, was awesome! She arrived a few minutes early, gave a great recommendation before they left, to bring a cell phone charger, helped take pictures, knew exactly where to drop off and pickup for both dinner and the concert. Very very pleasurable experience. Thank you again, will definitely use and recommend in the future.

I left my camera bag filled with 4000 dollars worth of gear and was sweating bullets when I realized that I had left it on the bus. All it took was one call late at night and long story short I got my camera bag back. Customer service was amazing. They moved quickly and made sure I had my bag back. Thanks guys!

I had the pleasure of working with John Johnson and his staff at AFC Transportation in June and I must say the service was superb, efficient and professional. I had a group of about 275 people and John communicated with me every step of the way and even came to my event on the last day to ensure a smooth departure for my guests. My club booked them for an Astro’s game last Thursday night and my phone was accidentally left on the bus afterwards. They were very helpful in finding it the next day and I appreciate the help. It was a good trip even through the bad weather.

We used AFC for our UIL trips this year. Our buses were on time, were comfortable, and our drivers were courteous and efficient. They went above and beyond to avoid traffic jams and get us to our destinations quickly and efficiently.

Booked transportation through the cruise line with this company when we got off of the ship they were stopping at 2 airports when we paid for direct transportation to our airport was told there was nothing they could do and we had to order an uber after already paying for transportation. If we took the bus we would be late for our flights.

Please dont pay attention to the comments below, especially from the reviewer who cant even spell AFC, let alone used them before. This company has been in business for over 26 years. The company is run like a family. The staff is extremely hard-working, and treat their clients like family as well. They refer to theold-timers by name, and are always reasonably friendly! The drivers do their best to go above and beyond in providing great service to their customers, regardless of the challenges they may face (delayed flights, cranky passengers), traffic issues (this is Houston, after all), etc. AFC has recently updated their limo fleet to include new Cadillacs. Nice! They also have the Escalade and luxury Mercedes. Thats a huge improvement from years past.As for this client, Ive used them for many years and have no complaints. Please give them a try. There are other options out there, sure, but its the unflappable spirit of this company that keeps clients coming back.

I used this company last weekend. My wedding was on June 27 and we had 2 50 passenger buses. They were horrendous! They showed up to the wrong hotels and brought everyone 35 minutes late, leaving us to pay other vendors extra to stay later. They then blamed it on our guests. During the reception we had multiple people try to get on the bus to go back to the hotel as scheduled. The bus driver locked the door and refused to open it. He looked at them and went back to sleep. Now we keep trying to call to talk to someone and customer service refuses to call back. If you plan on spending $2k on transportation -look somewhere else. This company is the worst.

So cheap they cant afford a clock. Count on them being hours late everytime. We called the company when they were 20 minutes late they told use the bus was 5 minutes away. 40 minutes go by they told us again the bus is 5 minutes away. An hour goes by they tell us 5 minutes away. .... after 3 hours they still tell us 5 minutes away. At this point We missed the annual event that toke alot of planning. If they are not going to bother showing up why be mean. AFC please Close your doors and stop hurting the people of Houston

I reserved the limo party bus for my daughter homecoming this year for 13 kids they were all super excited but at about 5:30 the day of homecoming I get a text from AFC saying your Sprinter Bus is on it’s wa I immediately called the office and they told me that bus was broken down so they literally sent a passenger bus no frills nothing and they didn’t even bother to tell me wow. Needless to say the kids were super disappointed the driver had no clue how to work the blue tooth so we had to go get a cord from our house and after about 15 minutes the kids figured it out. It was pouring rain that evening and the roof of the bus started leaking and two of the girls got wet, when they told the driver her response was to move seats. REALLY!! They were dropped off at the restaurant to eat and when the driver came back to pick them up she miraculously had the limo party bus we originally ordered and she took them to the Homecoming Dance in that bus so they spent a total of 20 minutes in the limo bus. When I called and spoke to Jacqui she was going to follow up with the driver to see what went wrong and refund me back some money for all the trouble and I’ve sent her countless emails but after 2 months I still have not heard a word from her or anyone from AFC with an apology or a refund. I will never ever use them again and I would suggest that anyone that is considering using them take their busy elsewhere obviously they don’t care about repeat business that’s for sure

We used AFC Transportation for a wedding event this past weekend. From Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday afternoon until midnight, involving 7 buses and 1 limosine, their service and equipment was absolute perfection. Every driver was onsite early and attentive through out. Each driver was impecably dressed in a black tux vest. The equipment had tasteful interiors and nice looking exteriors without be too commercial or gaudy-looking.I would use them again for sure.

All the drivers were on time and got everyone where the needed to be. The booking process took a lot of back and forth and there were a few times I needed to follow up, but overall I am happy with the experience.

AFC was the bus line contracted to provide transportation during this years wings over Houston Airshow. I can honestly say I would rather fight the tariff if in my own car than ride with them again. There were plenty of buses to move people from the park and rides to the show, but my driver both going to the show and back had no clue where they were going. It was almost like they were paid by the mile because on both occasions it took more than 30min to get less than 5 Miles. The first one basically took us to one of the other park and rides before actually going to the Airshow and caused us to miss several flying demonstrations. The second driver literally took us to Pasadena before a bus full of angry passengers started yelling at him to give him the correct directions. Up until that point he was blindly following another us which may or may not have been associated with the route he was attempting to drive, as there were a number of ISD related bus at the show as well I assume taking students on field trips. You would think that the company would ensure the drivers are firmiliar with the route they are driving before turning them loose.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!Reasons#1. Rude Staff...(i.e hanging up on you when you have a complaint)#2. Incompetent drivers (i.e. not showing up at pickup time or not showing up at all, running out of gas enroute, driving to the wrong destination...etc.)#3. Fraudulent business practices. (i.e. one of their favorites is to bill customers for unique vehicles/drivers and provide only one...always claiming in these circumstances that they are short of drivers. The driver will offer you a choice to accept the ride with multiple stops for the other passengers or find other transportation on the spot...usually past Midnight!#4. Poorly maintained and dirty vehicles.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I have never used AMCs services and never plan to after reading these customer complaints. And the comments expressing extreme satisfaction are laughably and obviously made by AMC. I am looking at an AMC bus right now that pulled into a vacant parking lot behind 900 W. 34th St., which is the Sheetmetal Workers Lical Union 54 building. It has been sitting there since 7:30 pm on Saturday, April 9, 2026. I guess the bus driver is napping.

Never had a worse experience than this. The staff was so rude. Missed our reservation then tried to charge us more because they knew we were desperate. Read all the reviews please.

This company is terribly rude, a companion who went back to the country forgot the keys inside the car of this company that took her to the airport, but in time she contacted the driver to come to leave the keys, they have not until today they still have the keys.I do not recommend it
