We rented a limo bus from Advantage for my wifes birthday this past weekend and I gotta admit I was impressed! Bus arrived on time and Tyrone was great. We made a couple changes to our trip and they were always okay with it. We got rates from a couple shops and they had a good deal so we booked. Definitely gonna use them again.

Called this place for a town car private escort for an up and coming actress. Let me just say I would never ever recommend them. First off... I called asked a few questions, then called back to book left a message,and never received a call back. Called an hour later, he picked up and I began booking the service paying no mind to his condescending tone or heavy accent. Then he said something along the lines of I need to get authorization.. at this point I said Im sorry are you asking for the card holders phone number or the credit card number? He then said VERY LOUDLY and SLOWLY I NEED THE C-R-EDIT CAAARD NUMMMBBERR I was shocked by his unprofessional-ism I said politely Sir you dont have to be rude, I just didnt understand what you were asking. He then proceeded to say Lady I dont know you and you dont know me, so you know what take your business elsewhere WOW...seriously? How professional!Im glad I got the attitude,and not my client. Thank You Advantage! On the bright side I found Chariot21 and was ecstatic to have found Pepe! He was extremely nice and polite, on-time and my client said he was so accommodating!

We rented the limo for prom and the air never got cold so we were riding around sweating. The driver refused to listen to us when we were telling him he was traveling to the wrong location. So we were too late to eat dinner. Then we were too hot so we just had the driver drop us off early then expected. Wouldn’t recommend for events.

All I can say is the staffs of this company is pretty hospitable and their service and they have very good lodge for your bored-level to be extinct.

TERRIBLE!!!!! WORST LIMO EXPERIENCE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED!!! ZERO ZERO ZREOExtremely POOR service. I would call the company and tell them about our experience but it would not change what happened. We missed dinner because the driver refused to listen that we were not going to the address on the clipboard. Before we got started he told me the address was not listing on the GPS. I gave him the corrected address and he wouldnt go. The company has unrealistic rules. You have the vehicle reserved for a certain amount of time but you dont have assess to it during that time. You cant stay in the limo if you choose to. You have to get dropped off at destinations and everyone exit. I had to call the company to get permission to ride around until our event started. The air never worked in the vehicle. It was a miserable ride! We had him to drop us off early. We just stood outside until our event doors opened. One good thing I can say is that we made it to our destination alive and well.
