Excellent Service!! I have used Stay Cool for over 8 years and they have always been honest, reliable, and professional.. My A/C went out Friday evening with 100 degree temp outside and JR was over Friday evening to fix it... That really means a lot to us!!My moms A/C went out on Sunday and he sent someone over the same day!! I have referred him to my mom, family, and neighbors and they have had outstanding service with them!! Great service and great price!!!I absolutely recommend Stay Cool!! Definitely 5 star plus!!!!!

Ive used Stay Cool on numerous occasions for the past 4 years. Ive had nothing but great and honest service from this company.The first year we were in our home our home warranty company sent out a AC company because our system wasnt cooling. The tech said our entire system was shot and needed to be replaced (older home) We were told even with the home warranty our out of pocket cost was going to be over $5000.00.Needless to say I wanted a second opinion. I found Stay Cool and called them up. Im pretty sure they were out there that same day. After checking it out the tech told me it was just a piece of the system in the attic that needed to be replaced. They had us up and running the next day at a fraction of the cost we thought we were going to have to pay.If youre looking for an honest, small, family owned company then give them a call.

Great experience! After John Moore quoted me insanely inflated prices for a motor replacement, I called Stay Cool. The service tech found the real problem, a bad capacitor, which was a much cheaper fix. He explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had. Great service. Great price. I will use them again and refer anyone I meet. SO refreshing to find such honest and competent help. Five Stars.

Awesome and truly trustworthy company. I would not use anyone else. They start with what would be the cheapest fix and work up. Never been disappointed! There is a reason I have been a customer for so long... the best customer service in the business.Ever since I learned about Stay Cool from a colleague at work, I have been happier and happier with their services. From finding me ways to save money on my products and repairs to making my very old equiptment function correctly year after year, these guys just do the right thing.I had the team out earlier this month for my annual service and to clean out my drain lines. Then last night we had a power surge and -oops! no air! They came back this morning right away and fixed it in no time. To top it off, they didnt even charge me for the service call even though it was an electrical issue and nothing to do with their work. Called receptionist And asked for a quote to charge a empty 5lbs R22 system. After brief hold, $1,400 was the quote she said her technicians gave her. CROOKS
