The product was still under warranty. It was not performing as it should. They installed monitoring devices that improved the performance. If you have a choice ask for a senior technician. They spent the time going over all aspects of the system.They we’re very thorough and professional.

These guys are the BEST in Houston. I have used a lot of different A/C companies over the years and some were good, others not so good but Airteam never disappoints! On time, fast friendly, always honest and up front with what they are doing. I have been using them for the past 4 years, have a maintenance contract with them and I have never had any issues.

The two technicians were very courteous, professional and helpful. They checked the master bedroom and master bathroom vents for air flow and temperature. Everything was ok. They also checked outside air intake to confirm it was correct. We were very pleased with the service.

Unprofessionals is the word! They charge 135 for a tune up and then charge 65 on top of it to detect leaks and that does not get counted towards any repairs. The Technician Mario Romero came for a tune up and he did only two things - Check Freon levels, and opened the coil box to see a leak and the leak was visible, so he did not really have to do much. After that he left and told me, Airteam will get with me regarding the solution to the fix. Well, Airteam did get with me, but sent me a bill for tune up. When I told them the technician did not do a tune up as he did not check anything else, they filled up a maintenance form after the fact and sent that to me claiming that the guy did a tune up. I also asked them, where is my signature on the form and they have not responded back yet. They thought I am a new homeowner who does not know what a tune up is. Either the company or the technician or both lied about it. He did not check the drain, thermostat, filter, did not clean the outside coil, nothing that a tune up consists of.Airteam was the one that installed the HVAC at my house in the first place and I have only had problems.I understand bad service or sloppy work, but they simply LIED.Stay away from Airteam!

AC was not performing like it should. Tech arrived on time and found the freon was low and then found the leak in the line but for some reason could not fix the problem. Said would have to come back but have not heard from anybody since he left. After calling back myself and advising the office of this, an appointment was made to come back and finish the job. Came the next day and was on time and professional and did satisfactory work and seemed to fix the freon leak. We shall see. Asked for a receipt for payment and work done and was told he would email a receipt, however I have not received any receipt yet. Job seemed expensive to me but will be worth it in this climate if it is fixed.

The were dedicated service technicians who helped me solve the problem I was having. They came right back when the first fix needed some tweaking.

My Nest thermostat was on the blitz, shutting off for 10-30 minutes at a time. After speaking with Nest support it was suggested the problem was not the thermostat but a clogged drain line. I was dubious knowing the drain pan was dry and no water was coming out of the overflow pipe. Nonetheless I called Airteam to send a technician to check things out. After accessing the attic, sure enough I had a clogged drain line because Airteam had installed it incorrectly at a wrong angle. After 10 minutes the problem was solved at no cost whatsoever. I really appreciate Airteam righting a wrong committed by their installation team at no charge. Great service, professional, and I should mention their installation price for a new AC unit was far lower than everyone else. Im a satisfied customer for life!

The men who showed up were respectful and thorough. However, I wished they had cleaned up after themselves. It maybe some small trash particles but it still remains the same. Cleaning after work reflects on the company. Ultimately, the main issue was fixed.

Our house is only 2 years old. We had AC issues the when we moved in. We had a leak in one of our systems that needed to be fixed, both thermostats replaced, a coil replaced and an outside fan in the compressor replaced. Couldn’t be happier!The February freeze knocked our old furnace out on Monday night. After calling Airteam for a ‘rescue’, they were prompt to ‘bandaid’ our heater to get us through the cold. The following week, they provided us with 3 prices: one to repair, one to replace the furnace, and one to replace both the furnace and a/c both of which were 23 yrs. old. Their pricing was very reasonable and we chose to replace both. The crew of 3 who did the work were very professional and did a thorough job of protecting the floors and walls and cleaning up afterwards. Everything about this experience was pro. Thanks!

Air Team installed the HAVC units in our home. They have come several times to balance the air flow and do minor adjustments.Weve also contracted with them to do the yearly maintenance.Theyve always conducted in a very professional way (both office personnel and technicians).

AirTeam installed two stage Trane unit and additional attic insulation. Also, installed returns in bedrooms to balance temperature in all room. Forrest recommend the two stage system for efficiency and comfort. The interior blower is variable speed. This makes the system quiet and smooths the temperature as the system runs at low rates once temperature is achieved. Less starting and stopping. Such a difference - quite and comfortable.

I cannot adequately express how thrilled I was with the service we received from Airteam! We woke up the first day of a cold snap with no heat and we have a 1 year old in the house. Airteam made what could have been a nightmare into an easy fix. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He said that he would need a part and that it may be another day before he had it on hand. Once he left, their team went straight to work finding the part locally and within a couple hours he was back and fixed our heater. They went above and beyond to ensure my family was safe and comfortable in this cold weather and I am eternally grateful.

Air Team came out to adjust airflow to parts of the house. They were prompt and spent the time to get it right.

It was easy to contact them to make an appointment. He had shoe covers on while inside the house. (Important to us since we dont wear shoes inside.) He kept his mask on the whole time he was near us. When he was done, I wanted to double check on each of the vent downstairs. He patiently tested each vent and showed me.

Airteam did an excellent job.The thermostat was not able to connect with Wi-Fi but the Airteam mechanic assess the problem, changed with a new thermostat, and all (labor + parts) came within warranty. It is worth taking a 10-year warranty and peace of mind especially in Houston climate.

Labor cost for 10 minutes of work was off the charts expensive. Great customer service on the phone, very hard to pin down for an appointment, even in off season. They want to have a 12 hour window to arrive which is so 1990’s.

Good service, but buyer beware. Experienced a cordial and professional dispatch process, and the technician was first class and professional as well. The cost to me though, was just way over the top! $244 for 20 minutes of labor with no parts used. I called in to have a line blown out because water was over-flowing into the drain pan - Pretty common stuff. $94 for the arrival fee and confirmation that yup, you need the line blown out - then 20 minutes to do the actual repair and 5 minutes to prepare the tablet invoice. Summarized; 20 minutes of labor ($150) + arrival fee ($94) = $244 - Doesnt make Airteam a bad organization, just extremely expensive.

These guys are the best in town. I called our air conditioning company we have had a contract with for 20 years and they told us we had to wait three days for a service call. Air Team was out that day even though it was a holiday for most (Friday July 3rd). Their Tech accessed the problem, showed me the coils that had gone bad, I got the price and they are installing the new coils tomorrow so we wont have to suffer in the heat.Air Team is now my new A/C company and will be getting the maintenance contract that weve had with the other company and will be for the next 20 years if this is how they serve their customers.

Service tech arrived and listened carefully to my issue (return air vent was vibrating and causing a low-level hum while the AC was running). He worked quickly to resolve the issue and explain what he did and why he did it, and why it worked to solve the issue. Very nice experience, and i look forward to working with them again if I ever have another issue.

I just needed to have the overflow drain line from my ac in the attic, blown clear. The first young man who came out did not know how to do this and quoted me a price to replace the whole thing. 235$ including materials and 2 technicians. They came out to do the work and the the second man said we can just blow it out. This took 5 minutes for him to figure it out and complete the job. This price was $179. Ridiculous!

Air Team were the original installers of the units in our new house in 2013. One of the units needed a complete replacement of the evaporator coil in the attic. The technicians, who provided the diagnostics and the repairs, were very professional in their response to my many questions and in the service provided. They arrived and completed their work as promised. The cost of repairs were fair and competitive. I will certainly look to utilize Air Team for future needs. Excellent service and cost. They honored the warranty on our system. Both sets of evaporator coils were leaking and Airteam replaced them and all the parts associated with them.

I appreciate the call in advance of the visit, as well as arriving when the technician says he will be at our home.

Today AirTeam technician, Nathan came to add caulking to one of my units roof vent pipes that had been broken loose during the change out of one of our units coils. While examining the work to be performed Nathan noticed one of our vents sounded loud. He showed me that the manual damper was closed. After knowing what to look for I discovered that almost half our vents were closed or partially closed. They are all open now and my home is cooler and quieter thanks to Nathan.

Jeremy was our technician and he was kind, efficient and informative. He was very thorough and took his time with his assessment and he was able to get our downstairs unit working again. We were satisfied with our AirTeam experience.

I reserved my online judgment until I was completely sure of Air Teams incompetence and disregard for customer service. And I have been sitting on this review for a while in hopes that they would prove me wrong. At this point I have lost count of the number of appointments they have missed over the past four months for various maintenance issues. They have missed three in the past week alone. Are they expecting people to just be home all day, every day waiting for them to NOT SHOW UP?? I will add here that on one of the times they did actually make it to the appointment, the tech tracked dye (the color of highlighter yellow) ALL through our house. When I pointed it out he shrugged and mumbled something about not thinking it was him. It absolutely beyond a doubt was, and when I called Air Team about it they asked me to send pictures and then...crickets. No concern with trying to correct the damage. It took a lot of elbow grease to get out of the carpet, and it didnt come out of the tile in our entryway at all. A company who doesnt value their customers doesnt deserve to have customers at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else for your AC needs.

I strongly suggest not hiring these idiots. they NEVER show up on time. i repeat: NEVER show up on the suggested time slots given. i am currently waiting for them, held hostage in my own house because i can’t leave due to the fact that i don’t know what time they will arrive. they said they’d come at times between 9am-1pm. it is 6 pm right now. none of them showed up or called. last time we hired them, they said they’d come between 10 and 4. they promptly arrive at 10:15pm as we’re heading into bed. unless you want to be held hostage in your own house waiting for them, i highly suggest finding some other AC company

I am, however, still waiting to hear when someone is coming back out with a new fan blade for my A/C compressor.I appreciate that the issue has finally been fixed ( I hope - this has been an issue since last Jue) I will wait to hear from you.

As bad as service could be. I scheduled an appointment a week ago and was told someone would be here today after 1pm and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived. I took a day off from work and waited. My wife called at 2pm and they said they would arrive between 6:30pm and 8pm. It is now 11pm, I have waited for 10 hours. I left 4 “emergency” messages and have not received a call back. Nobody from the company bothered to let me know they would not make it to my house today. Airteam is the only company that has serviced this house, but they have failed to show too many times. I am curious to see how they make this screw up right. They already cost me hundreds of dollars today since I had to take a day off work. I wonder if the owner even cares?!
