Im very pleased....I have a New nail salon which is better than a Salon, it is actually a Spa that pampers you. Everyone is so Professional and very Pleasant. They do very good work. They take their time with you & make you feel special. I love the safety precautions that are in place & are enforced.

First impressions: CLEAN, Beautiful floor plan, Great customer service.Candice did my nails at Infinity Nails and she did great! Worthy of a big tip for sure. I enjoyed the message and the heated rocks. Nails looked great leaving out!! Now whether they last more than a day is still up for review…I’ll post any issues days from…if there are some.From out of town so did my research on local nail shops…even went to one other before coming to this one. The other one, NAIL SERVICE, across from this nail shop, was terrible from customer service to cleanliness. Don’t go there.

This place is awesome!!! It’s beautiful inside!! My manicure and pedicure was like Heaven. I would definitely recommend the sugar scrub pedicure. I almost fell asleep!! Hot towels… Ryan is my guy!! I am handicapped and he helped me a lot and took care of me!! I will definitely be back in about 3 weeks!!!

Have been here before when they first opened the new salon and the quality of work was great and worth the price. Came in today and they were very busy. Understandable, it’s Saturday. Didn’t expect my manicure to be rushed though. Got a full set of acrylics and I assumed that would at least come with my cuticles being trimmed since it had before. Nope, extra $15 just to have them trimmed. The girl rushed through the whole process and some of my nails are lumpy. Won’t be back. Running everyone through like a herd of cattle.

I really like the safety precautions. Very spacious, clean, you aren’t jammed up next to other clients. Everyone is very friendly, professional and they do a great job 😎😎

Quyen did my nails. They are beautiful. I would recommend her. They have a lot of ombre options and solid color options. This place appears to be very clean. They also recently have remodeled the place and looks gorgeous inside.

They do great work and I felt very safe going here. This was my first time getting my nails done since the pandemic and they were excellent at maintaining all safety measures. They took my temp, made sure i was masked etc. Loved it.

Walked in and the guy met us at the door. Said we have to wear a mask the whole time. That’s crazy. CDC no longer requires it and I refuse to wear it the entire time. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Infinity Nail Spa has been completely remodeled, and they paid very close attention to the minor details, which creates a very relaxing environment from the moment you walk through the door. The spa is very clean, and the staff take extra precautions to thoroughly clean after taking care of their customer. My mother and I love the spa, and Quin and Van ALWAYS make sure we are well taken care of. They are very accommodating because they allow you to walk-in or make an appointment. Oh by the way, they were so thoughtful to create a section for Mothers and their children.....meaning.....Mothers will have their pedicures and sit directly across from their children who will be sitting in beautifully designed child appropriate chairs, which allows Mothers to watch over their children. Please give Infinity Nail Spa a try, and you will not be disappointed.

Gwen ( the younger lady) does my nails and toes and always does an awesome job every 2 weeks when I go in. I always make an appointment and she’s always ready for me when I go in.The service is amazing, and the staff is always friendly.

I been coming to this particular salon for a while and my experience each time is good, however the last time I went I got a short square full set and pedicure with gel polish. Everything was going good until it was time to pay, my services cost me $100 which didn’t add up to me because the last set I had was extra long coffin shaped with gel and a pedicure and they were $100. Their pricing isn’t clear or somewhere along the lines they aren’t adding service totals correctly. I’m not riding them off but when I brought it to my tech’s attention he had a “whatever idc” attitudeJust an updateI originally rated them 3 stars but after today I have to give them 5 starts. While I was getting my predicted done the owner Lee came to talk to me about this issue I had with a prior service. The fact that she took the initiative to come to speak to me and resolve the issue speaks volumes because a lot of business owners wouldn’t do that. It really showed me that she take pride in her business. I really encourage everyone to try out this establishment at least once I promise you won’t regret. You get quality service and excellent customers service. Thank you Lee for taking the time to come and speak to me. Your establishment is beautiful and the atmosphere is great you definitely have a faithful customer here.

This is my favorite nail place. they are super clean, highly organized and have very friendly staff! they truly want to get to know you. they are patient and take their time; they don’t rush things just to get to the next costumer. they always offer me drinks and want to know how my day was. i’ve never had a rude encounter there. they make me feel very welcome and i trust them with my nails! at first, i was very hesitant to get my nails done during the pandemic. but i trusted them and immediately upon arrival, they enforced strict guidelines that ensured i was safe and remained healthy. all in all, it’s great nail service, super friendly staff, perfect quality nails, and all for a really affordable price. i’ll never go to another nail place!

I thought this nail shop would be the perfect nail place for me but not only did they spend 2 hours on doing a full set ... a week later I noticed my finger was turning green ... THEY GAVE ME A FINGER INFECTION & not only that ... they only have about 2 workers in there and are very unorganized ! I will never go back there and I wouldn’t recommended anybody neither & they’re overpriced !

At first I was impressed by this salon. It’s decorated beautifully and has a 100% safety/cleanliness rating but the customer service on my last visit was subpar and therefore I will not be returning. I visited this nail salon several times and recently had gotten a fill in with gel nail polish which cost me $35 plus the tip so I was expecting my nails to last at least 2wks. I’m a nurse practitioner so i don’t do strenuous work with my hands but I noticed that my thumb was chipped and broken in less than a week. So I went back to the salon to get it fixed. The salon owner was not very cordial and never once apologized for my nail not lasting the appropriate time. Instead I was made to feel like I was just attempting to get something free! He quickly repaired my nail and then walked away to help another customer. The salon wasn’t that busy. He didn’t even ask me if I felt my nail had been repaired well nor did he look over my other nails( which had fading nail polish) to see if the polish needed to be refreshed. He just said you’re good to go and walked off! There was no ownership of the faulty service I had originally received or anything! I felt totally slighted and will NEVER step foot i there again! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

This was our first and last time here. Pedicure was decent but the most expensive of anywhere Ive been. We asked for a design on one toe and showed them a picture and they said they could do it, it looked horrible!

Im a professional black man that went in for pedi/manicure. They originally said the wait would be too long so offerd to call me in an hour and a half. I offerd to call them and they insisted that they would call me. Never received a call back and felt like they didnt want to provide svc from the time I walked in. Horrible place.

I’ve been going here for about 3 months now. I have gotten SNS nails everytime because they are supposed to last a month. When I first started coming here, my manicures lasted a month. Since then, they have lasted a lot less. The past two times I had to come back in under 1 week to have 1-2 nails repaired. They have not corrected their technique, and continue to butcher my nails, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had a great mani/pedi deluxe, it was very relaxing, they even offer drinks(water,soda and wine) The guy that did my pedi was great, I cant recall his name but I would definitely return and I sooo loved the tropical sugar scrub!
