I went in for the first time on a Thursday at 4:45. They asked what services I needed and after an awkward pause and telling another worker what I needed, followed by more awkward silence, they told me they were booked and went back to work. No effort to see if I could come back another day or make a future appointment. I was asking for a pedi and an SNS mani, both of which are clearly listed on their menu of services. Being new to Hoover, I was excited to have a nail place close by but I guess it just wont be this one...

From some one who HATES feet: this pedicure is the best thing that has ever happened to me! I am still here and yes, it’s that amazing! Philip is incredible! They could charge double for the signature spa pedicure and I wouldn’t care! I will never go anywhere else ever again!

Best salon and artists in bham!! Easy to communicate and brainstorm ideas. Great advice on what shapes, colors, and lengths are best for your hands. Faithful to my every two week appointments!!!

I stopped by today randomly to check out the area because my fiancé and I are building a house here and wanted to see if this place was worth coming and it definitely WAS. So clean and friendly. It was raining outside when I entered they gave me towels to dry off. Overall, great people and place and I will be back every time I need my nails/toes done.

Phillip, Megan and the staff are extremely professional!!! The salon is very clean, the music is relaxing. I really like how each employee focuses on the client in front of them.I would recommend them to anyone.
